I didn't like panipuri there is no test like pani puri + 1plet is for 50 rupees and they don't have any test I got broken puris + ALU STUFF WAS NOT HAVING eny solt our any test + mita chatni was sooo sticky and only had little test like it ment for panipuri so I took 3 pleats for just a west so I will not buy panipuri again thre everything is soooooo expensive!

Beautifully presented Indian snacks and sweets. Everything is clean and well organised. Top quality sweets. Yummy! The staff pay attention to every detail in preparation and packing. Some people make comments about prices but you cannot compare this store location and quality to the street or kiosk vendors. If you are in the area you must visit.

Rude, lazy and super slow staff. Even a 90year old would have a quicker approach to things. Only go here if you really want your patience to be tested:)

Terrible experience via Zomato.

Ordered something specific & the order was initially accepted. A short while later I got a call stating that the ordered dish is not available in a good enough condition to send across. I was understanding / appreciative of the update. I was also asked if I would accept some alternative dish instead which I politely declined since I wanted the specific item. With that, I requested them for order cancellation.

However, post the call, the order was not cancelled by their end. Waited for a few mins & raised the request via Zomato. That was shown as *rejected* by the restaurant with the reason that the order is already prepared. I again called up the outlet to check what had happened & why they didn't cancel it themselves + rejected my request too.the person on the call got suddenly aggressive. "I have already put it as out of stock, can't you wait, it takes sometime to reflect" etc etc. He said all that & abruptly hung up while I was still talking. Requested a call back from Zomato & when they connected on call with the outlet it was magically & instantly cancelled

Poor experience overall for something straightforward.

Worst quality bought peanut ladooo cockroaches were there in the box even dink ladoo was very bad quality. Not at all fresh

The lady who owns the shop is very rude and arrogant. Doesn’t have manner to talk to the customers. Very very frustrated lady….

I can’t imagine sweets like these served in India. Already Pune has a very few sweet shops but this has to be the worst experience. We tried some almond barfi and some kesar peda, and they had sourness to them ; (they were so bad that we couldn’t eat even an inch more. I don’t know if people there love such sweets but we couldn’t. Plus these sweets were so expensive. The only better sweet was the motichoor laddo.
I wish better sweets are available in the future.

Some of the Indian sweets and farsan are very fresh but it is over crowded with staff, not customers. Some of the staff are so rude that you will prefer to go shop somewhere else.

It's Lohri. And I was having major cravings for some til-gud sweets.
Luckily I found them to have the Lohri specific sweets.
Rewri, Til Gajak and Til Laddoo are all amazing. Very fresh and nicely prepared.

Located in Lane 7 Koregaon Park, best sweet mart all over town for all. People take various types of sweets from here. Ordering is also available from them and they have all kinds of favorites for people. Kaju Katli is the most sold and Laddus also. Most reknowned one in Pune.

I use to come here since a few years bcz of the quality and quantity that was given for chats. It had one of the best until recently the prices are up and the quantity is reduced to half. Having a dahi Puri and aloo chat for 140 bucks with not even good quantity where in the local stalls gives double for half the price. Did not expect this from a brand like Karachi. It surely has lost its charm. Seems like KP needs a new chat place to open up who wouldn't compromise on there items

Edit: I think the chat section was opened just before covid and I have been coming there almost every week. The taste is good and this is something that makes you stand out. I myself am a hotelier and pretty much understand the costing and seeing the quantity today, I can pretty much say it couldn't haven't cost even 10 bucks. I hope you workout on the facts to retain your customers. Good luck

Exorbitant Prices but Quality is inconsistent considering the brand. Some assortment of sweets are really nice.

Iconic brand but things have changed in the last 2-3 years. We are unable to buy sweets from Karachi for gifting and festivals due to inconsistent quality and poor service.

Let's hope things change now that shops have opened up.
