Kesari Tours and Travels

I had booked europe tour through this travels agent in the month of June 2023. I had paid 100% payment by cheque. After a week I had received call from the agent that I can't be given the bonanza offer as I had paid payment late and I will have to bear ₹50000 extra without which I can't go to the tour. Apart from this I had asked to pay visa charges ₹20000 in cash for 2pax while visa intetview and it will be refunded back to me. Thus agent overall ₹70000 charged me extra. When we actually went on tour I had spoken to other tournates. They were also cheated by another agent.
This is clear that the Kesari Tours and Travels and their agents together cheat the customer.
I request those aspirant who what to go throught kesari tour and travels should confirm the tour cost. They cheat almont all customer.
I hate such company who charge customer after booking the tour. Certainly I will not chooes Kesari Tours and Travels for my next tour. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
Why there no regulatory government authority on these tour organisers? They charge extra once we get trapped by paying 100% amount.

I'd booked a custom package for Turkey tour for 2PAX. Paradise tours arranged everything really well and they were always available 24*7 for assistance throughout the tour. Their staff is also very polite.

Refund concern. Not so good service. Better to reach to Only City Kesari office. This is franchise. Take care

Last month i booked a package for my mother for char dhaam with KESARI, turned out to be the worst decision of my life. My mother has Arthritis (Knee problem) and so she did not want to go to any other tour as she assumed KESARI is best. So we paid almost a lakh rupees. (94 to be accurate) Last week she returned and when i asked her how was the tour, the only thing she said was we should have visited VEENA WORLD before booking. I was surprised as i thought i booked the best so that my mother will be having a hygenic, comfortable and civilised staff treatment. Sadly every expected service was below average. Accomodation was booked at hotels where the walls were smelling of varnishes. Food quality of the chef they booked for us was not even satisfactory. I could go on but words are limited here. Even if you choose to go with KESARI confirm the tour guides names, If their names match with Mr. Subodh Thakur and Mr. Atul Shinde, well you will be writing another review like me someday. Now on Certainly my first preference will be VEENA WORLD.

First of all, the on tour experience with kesari was outstanding.service by tour guide was quite good.but this 1 star rating is for this booking agent Avinash, Milind, Pradnya.their initial price for tour was different and i paid advance for that.after some days they calls n tells that fares have increased by 18k.so i enquired from JM road branch office but they said there is on such increase.agent is looting u.after that i went to customer care and got the same answer.so be aware while booking to nigdi and pimple saudagar branches.as the both branches are of these same guys.also no follow up calls by them, everytime u need to call n ask. Worst service. Better to go with JM road direct branch office and avoid these agents or go with Veena world which is in same building in Nigdi.
