Worst experience. Staff at booking office, provided incomplete information regarding tour before booking. We booked air to air plan. During start of tour, we expected hospitality from their side, but there was serious issue with hotel booking & airlines booking. In the return journey, due to some issue our booked flight got cancelled. Instead booking another tickets from their side, They started demanding full ticket fare during tour for return journey. We have to pay money bcoz next day we having another schedule. Worst experience.i recommend never go with kesari tours. At the time of booking & during tour itinerary they changed according to their mind. Better try other tour service but never go with kesari!
