I had walked in to the Charni Road branch, met a trip advisor shared details, I called the advisor 6 times but there was no revert or a follow up. This is highly unprofessional of them, it’s been 1 week or even more, they haven’t contacted yet, after me calling them, I got an answer that they were occupied with more queries. It’s a pity that they lost 4 bookings just because they couldn’t make their follow or care to revert on the missed call. Feels lucky that I did not book my trip here;). NOT ADVISABLE
Not worth even of a one star. They can't even stay true with their packages.as go air ahut down they started pressuring the tour passengers for extra money for booking other air flight companies. And if not they threatened for 80% of package cost to be taken away from customers on cancelling the tour
Good response while in office for your travel information and booking purposes. All the staff from entry till the booking Manager guides beyond thought. I approached to madam Vishakha, she is soft spoken lady, smily face and responded well for my booking for my family tour to Gangtok and Darjeeling. Only the minus I observed that the Kesari not responding over phone or if responded after repeated call it is not satisfactory response. Else all good. This review, I am writing before availing my booked tour. The review post travel I will write the booking experience with Kesari travel.
Worst experience, not trustworthy at all. Not ready to return our money after pandemic. We had cancelled our tour through email before lockdown early in n Feb (before anouncement of lockdown) to which they did not respond in positive way. Now they are forcing us to pay more and go on their tour or else they cut 60-70% of our amount. Not ready to listen to their customers, forcing their pathetic policies through their telecallers. Will not recommend to anyone.
Very bad experience in testing time of Covid. I booked the tour prior to Covid & paid Rs 800000 upfront. After that they did not care about this. I sent so many e mails but no reply. I am feeling cheated and going to consumer court. In the time of trouble when customers must be supported, they are disappearing with money like any fly by night operators. This will definitely impact their business in long term. Very unprofessional customer service.
Have lost all the trust and faith in kesari not only did they cancell the trip but are charging for rescheduling with out customers fault. Had sent them numerous emails told their representatives don't want future credit to be used with company want the money back to us but it just fell on deaf ears. They don't care if my dad had covid or what hardships we are facing they just want to hold on to our money and charge us for no fault of ours. These the deciding times which proves a company's reputation and metal and kesari has proved they are not up to the task and don't care for customers. Our higher officials should review this and take actions against such tour and travels company as how fair is it that they have taken money on advance making interest on this amount and still charging rescheduling fees also they are unwilling to return the money back to us. Shame on you kesari Tours
Absolutely average services offered by them before the pandemic and utterly horrible service provided during and post the pandemic, they have been sitting on our money since over a year now, offering us a paltry credit note with no clarity at their end with so many open ends.
My advice is to not go with Kesari tours given how they handled the entire situation shows what the company's future is like and what service they will deliver on the future.
Sorry to inform u that inspite of repeated follow-up for last 2 month's with Mr Ashish and Swapnil for credit note I am not getting credit. Tours and travels On account of Corona, Europe 1st May tour is cancelled by Kesari. Once it is cancelled they should promptly return our money in full without any deductions. Rescheduling may not suite everyone. It is not anyone's fault. Like all others, Kesari may or may not suffer loss but in business, there are ups and downs. Not that every time, you have to be in profit. Atleast to regular and genuine senior citizen customers, they should refund in full.
Recently i travelled with kesari for kerala Trip, the trip leader and their guidence was so good, they are supportive. But the hotel is okay and their food arrangements is not so proper, even houseboat experience is very worst you can say third class quality experience,
Kesari's management for booking hotel and other facilities are so cheap, For 13 couples they booked houseboat only of 10 rooms. I don't know why they are not telling this things while we are going to book, even some rooms are also NON AC, they are not telling you when you guys are going to book.
My 2 days are totally spoiled just because of them.
The experience with kesari was not so good, I'm not telling that i enjoyed the trip really, i can give max to max 3/5.

I went on a trip with them. Very very excellent service and they took care of everything. I will go on any international trips with them only. They are the best in everything. I am still eager for my next trip.
One of the best staff and management to guide you for the individual tour. They have a separate division for that named "Strawberi Holidays". They can design the tour as per your requirement. They can guide you if you need to change or exchange itinerary. I look forward for it.
No Personal guide for Customized tour although the cost is higher than the general tours. No Senior citizen tour available for domestic passengers. No knowledge about approximate amount also of palki, horse ride or pittu carriers at Vaishnav Devi.

We have been travelling with kesari since 1999. We have also done two tours with Strawberi holidays. They are amezing. We can not think of travelling with any other tour operator other than Kesari. Best customer service. Tour planning is superb. Very good indian food is being provided on all tours. Very professional tour operators. I will surely recommend.
Nice and very helpful staff as you get very warm welcome at reception and thereafter very knowledgeable staff on all counters to decide your destination. Full marks to all of them.
