I had been to Massorie, Na initial and Jim Corbet during 18.2 to 25.2.23 along with my wife, daughter and grand daughter. The tour was arranged very nicely. Lodging boarding arrangement was also very good. Group leader Mr Kishor Sonawane was always polite and used to extend good cooperation to all members of the group. Thanks to Kesari!

I had to wait at the reception they were not welcome but then after the guide which I got was really helpful but there pricing is way to high you should actually try sotc and Thomas Cook at are almost a half price then them

Had booked on My Fair Lady tour to Japan. It was d most mismanaged tour i have come across so far. Completely starved on the onward journey. The return journey was nothing less than a nightmare. Company opted for cheap flights which refused to give an extra bottle of water let alone blankets or tea, coffee. Merging of our tour with a family tour without any intimation was a blunder. We spent more time waiting in queue for lunch, dinners or toilets. Hiroshima one of the main attractions in Japan was allotted just 1 hour.
Will never travel with Kesari and will infact advice people against it

Long waiting is the worst thing. We were literally waiting since half an hour just to collect receipt and stroller. Last time also i visited to collect the receipt and stroller but we waited and waited again for same time but in vain. Also i heard that they are providing only one stroller to one family of three. This is ridiculous. For three members only one stroller? I have booked for first time and my expectations are spoilt now.

I visited for the first time on 7th April to Kesari Aundh office for taking a package to Kashmir
But when we heard the budget we asked for Singapore and the budget was almost around the same amount so without thinking it being Kesari we paid 15k. Within 24 hrs we decided to cancel psot thinking as any of the package was going way beyond our budget. When I asked for refund that person informed 1k will be service charge and 14k will be returned or a credit note will be given.i memtioned to him he can return 14k and keep 1 k as service charge as i dony want to plan anything this year.today is 16 april i.e. 9 days and now that person is not bothered to reply also what he is doing with my money. Such a disgusting and unethical response from a reputed firm is unacceptable. Just for mere 15k Kesari is creating a nuisance.

We are currently in Andaman tour with Kesari. Very badly organised. They knew that Cellular Jail in Andaman closes at 4.00 PM. Still the Mumbai -Port Blair flight is booked at 11.00 AM and we reach at Port Blair when the Jail is closed. Whole day wasted. From Havlock Island to Neil Island the ferry is arranged at 2.00 PM. Whole day wasted. Do not go with Kesari.
Laser Show at Cellular Jail is not available since last three weeks. Still they do not inform about this and then tells this after reaching Port Blair.
All the arrangements are outsourced to local agencies and the tour manager is just a punching bag without any authority.

FC Road Kesari branch is now at fast track. The previous place upstairs is totally converted into the back office. Kesari Tour’s is best travel solutions. They conduct the national and international tours very professionally. It is always comfortable and tension less travel with Kesari

Worst experience. Took our money 26000/- as visa application fees and at the time of visa appointment their representative who was supposed to come with all payments made towards vfs global, came empty handed and asked us to pay 23000/- again as visa fees shamelessly. We told them we want our money reimbursed. Now god help us with the refund. Plz don’t trust them with only visas. They will give u attention if you are traveling with them. Only visas,

Worst employees ever. Careless attitude.

Poor experience at the time of booking itself. Team members kept saying will get back to you or we will get our executive to call you or email us but, on really nothing came back to me. I can Defination understand that people are upset after tour. I'm not going to book any tour with Kersi and recommend people not to try the trouble.

They are good but due to public demand, their offices are full and you have to wait in que for your turn. They still do a good job in managing the que and have proper seating arrangement.

They dont answer phone calls or if answered say that they will revert but never call back.

My expectations were not fulfilled. I shall have to visit office in spite of my old age.

I have been trying to fetch the details for Peru Tour from these people since 2 weeks via multiple calls and emails but all in vain. No replies. No call backs. How am I supposed to trust this company with my 14 days itinerary in a different continent when the staff is non responsive to me here in my city only.

One of the oldest tours and travel company in India, they have legacy in international and domestic travel, they have group tour and corporate tour expertise. People who go for tour with kesari has as always good memories when they are back.

Avoid pre booking of tour. They owe cross for cancelled2020 tours and have given Credit shells with deductions and discriminatory terms and conditions. Do not acknowledge mails and want to visit personally in spite
of omicron threat.

Standardized service offerings, great for group tours when it's difficult for travelers who find it difficult to plan long tours on their own. Slightly expensive.

Not good for visa services, my experience with US Visa service has been bad. They are slow, the person in charge had limited knowledge of many things, also was arrogant on the phone.

Adequate & co-operative staff and timely & systematic submission of all travel documents. Tour Group Leaders are very talented, helpful and co-operative at all levels.

Superb service very professional and hospitable staff. A bit Expensive tour packages but most caring and amazing tour operator across India.

Very irresponsible staff. Lots of promises were made after receipt of full payment "who cares it is not my headache" type attitude generally I noticed. Before starting of actual tour say 3 and half months period missed out Kedarnath shrine by just few km by not providing assistance in booking helicopters giving reason beyond their control. This act of tour manager made upset all the passengers. Not only this our luggages were handed over to us soaked with cooking oil which kept in the luggage compartment. Along with bags costly items were also soaked with oil which resulted into not usable forever. What a service indeed!

I visited this place for Visa services, the best for visa. If you are planing tourist visa i recommend this place.

Location and office is quite good. But staff is not cooperative or I have encountered wrong persons.

The office is on the 2nd floor. The lift is very small, accommodates only 4 people. A huge rush is there in weekends, increasing the waiting time. Chairs could be more comfortable. The visiting counters are pretty congested. But, the staff is very courteous and helpful. They serve pretty nice coffee!

We inquired about trip to Dharamshala, but season was ended, so we have postponed the trip. We had already made trips to Thailand, Europe with Kesari tours, we have good experience.

Kesari tours is a place frequented mostly by Marathi speaking communities and it really helps when you have people speaking in your mother tongue. Very pleasant experience it was. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They were very professional and did everything efficiently. The only problem I faced was the office is on the 2nd floor and the lift was not working and it was terrible to see senior citizons climbing the stairs.

Sales person doesn't give enough time and they keep forcing to book. My booking was worth 3lakh still no adequate time given.

Very bad experience.
I booked Europe tour for my mother. We waited for Schengen visa appointment for more than a month. But Kesari never called us back regarding the Visa. Every other day my mother used to call the office but no proper response. They gave us full tension, no proper communication.
Every time you call some different representative will receive the call who doesnt know your requirements.
All less experienced staff who knows only half the things.
I would not recommend Kesari for anyone. There are far better tour operators in Pune. Kesari is just a name but no customer service.
