Our trip to Singapore.the itenary spots were ausum, arrangement was good. Hotel room was clean. Food was considerable. We had a leisure trip, so as a suggestion.kesari tours could have added two or three more spots in the city, island visit, science and art museum, as all the spots were hardly far from the hotel. As it was a pure leisure trip. Like Sentosa island, we only did cable ride and Madame Tasauds. Beach or Island visit could have been arranged for some hours.

Absolutely horrible experience the executive I was assigned was uninterested uninformed and Absolutely rude it felt like she didn't even have any idea about the trip we wanted to go for any questions we had about the trip was brushed off or we were told it wasn't her concern we have been kesari loyalist for more than 10 years not only did she not acknowledge it but didn't even care enquiring about the same the same Kesari you have lost your loyal guest

Very bad experience. Felt like entering an SBI branch. There were many exicutives available but none showed interest to approach. And even after the exicutive was appointed he showed no interest. It was as if I was in " Karna hai toh karko nhi toh niklo".
Even after asking him for other options he showed no interest. On asking him doubts he used to mumble as if he was irritated. He showed least interest.
Even after all this the 1 star is because I was served tea without asking for it. So thank you for that.

Nice Staff. And our Kerla trip from awesome. The Tour Guide was helpful from the pickup from Thiruvananthapuram Airport till drop to Kochi International Airport.

Pathetic experience.last moment flight changes and the ask us to pay almost 50% of package amount at last moment.booked package so that we can be carefree about booking and all.but these people don't know to manage economy packages.worthless to travel with them.never going to recommend anyone.blacklist kesari tour and travel.

I requested call back on website, nobody call me back. May be they're not interested to provide gain more customers. Alright, I have visited this place, Thought of I will get proper details about tour packages & my queries will get resolved. Firstly, I have waited for 10 minutes, and I think they might be busy with some other customer. When it was my turn, I have asked him to give me 2 tour packages details (Andaman & Kashmir), First, he was not interested, Not given me any pamplets, not given me detailed tour package guide, just explained me cost details in 5 minutes and then ok bye. Trust me, Kesari is just a name brand, their employees not bother to help you. Go with other tour brands which are far way better than Kesari and will help you, suggest & guide you for all tour packages.

There is no proper response from the tour leader, no call to confirm about the travel details. Kesari travels r not bothered to call to check if we the tour leader is in touch with us. Our flight tickets r also not handed to us, we have to collect at the airport.kesari should do the follow-up if leader is busy elsewhere.

I have travelled in past with Kesari, for many tours domestic and international. It was a nice company before covid. Not so much reliable now. Most offices are closed. And all online telephones are forwarded to same one number.

Pathetic customer service. I was trying to book a tour, and for which tried to bank transfer. To verify the account, I did a initial 100 Rs.transfer and asked for verification of receipt.

The lady bluntly kept saying that it cannot be confirmed and to make the whole payment.

It sounds very suspicious and ridiculous, that without confirming the token amoumt payment, they asked me to blindly transfer rest.

After waiting for response for 3 days, the email response was just asking for complete payment.

On 5th day I asked to refund my money as they couldn't confirm the transaction, to which the lady responded, they cannot refund such a small amount.

WORST SERVICE! NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO US FROM TWO MONTHS. WE HAD ALSO MAILED TO ALL THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT. SEEM THEY HAVE PUT CUSTOMER AS LAST PRIORITY. OUR HOLIDAY RUINED BECAUSE OF POOOOOR RESPONSE FROM KESARI. THIS IS OUR Account No. H6 000138 TO WHICH KESARI HAD NOT RESPONDED AT ALL (BY CALL OR MAIL).

THAT IS WHAY I WONDER THEIR RATINGS ARE GETTING WORSE NOW A DAYS.

Worst experience. They cancelled the tour only 2 weeks prior to departure. Refunded the booking cost after a lot of calls. Not professional at all.

Staff had promised me that he will give me customized tour quotation but did not revert back to me.also difficult to contact their customer service.tour costs are too costly

People are unhelpful, I went there for enquiry the sales man suggest me to go to the site and check all plans, then why this big office open? Not acceptable response from the executive. I was confused on web page because of that I went to the office.

Also every one have time on Sunday to plan and visit kesari office but you not available on Sunday.

Got amazing response from the staff members. Explained tours and pricing very nicely. Have done 2 trips with them. They do not compromise on providing amazing quality to their customers.

I have a wonderful experience of kesri (thane). Apart from neat, clean, spacious office, you have a polite, prompt staff.
I m particularly impress by the service offered by Deepa mam. Her approach towards customers was superb. Her ability of listening quarries patiently & addressing them efficiently was impressive.
As a satisfied customer, I wiil be a part of kesri family in future.

Went to enquire about tours. Very bad experience - the staff was not cooperative, there were no brochures, the person did not even care to show tours on a computer screen. He asked us to look up the tours on their website on our mobiles - while we were sitting in front of him. Kesari should shut their offices and start online booking like Makemytrip only, if they are going to provide such hospitality.

We have travelled many times in the past with Kesari Tours & on each time they have not failed to amaze us. This time we decided to go on a trip at a very short notice. Ms. Rujuta was very helpful & courteous. She understood my requirement & followed up with her team to enable me to make booking for a tour which was leaving in 4-5 days. Besides Ms. Rujuta, I also got a opportunity to interact with Ms. Kajal and she was also very polite. Mr. Mayuresh handled my booking & coordinated with his back-end team for seamless booking experience. This is my fourth tour with Kesari Tours. My overall experience is excellent & I'll strongly recommend based on my past experiences.

Tip: Due to paucity of staff, waiting period could be long. Visit in the beginning of their office hours i.e. 10 a.m.

Tried calling on the listed numbers for packages, however all their executives are busy. Dropped a message, no response. If this is the service at the time of enquiry, I don't know what to expect from the tour.

Very bad cancellation policy. After booking the tour if u fall sick suddenly or u need to undergo a major surgery as an emergency, kesari is the last place to rely on. They deduct major portion for cancellation. Even if a person dies all of a sudden, no sympathy from kesari. My own experience

Very very poor service, Executives are dum, Wrong commitments. Not good for old age people. They are not good to take care of them. Even Tour guide is also pathetic. Please Kesari remove such kind of staff who is irresponsible. Your staff is playing with u and your clients. Will not give any single star.

Have Been with Kesari tours for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Ladakh. While the tours are fantastic i felt the prices were a bit over the top but this year's prices have fell down considerably.

We recently booked seat for Australia - New Zealand tour of 3 weeks. This agency charges prohibitive costs. But, personally our experience with the Kesari-Team had been a nightmare. There are others who found it good but it is strange how one gets guided nice by them. Office, location, reception, courteousness all good. But after sale service has big scope of improvement.

Worst office to interact with. Incomplete, incorrect information, no service, no help, phone numbers dead. God knows how the tours will be managed!

They have a lot variety of package but poor in customizing package as per Client's requirement. The staff with whom I contacted and had a conversation with was a bit rude too. She just wanna hand over a package to me and collect money. She was least bothered about my requirements.

Worst travel company, cheap food quality, During our recent tour to Nainital corbett, Mussorie, Plastic was found in paratha in a hotel in Mussorie named "Nand residency". Bad hotel, bad quality food, Plastic was found in paratha, also few people complained of hair in paratha, milk was watery. All the hotels booked by Kesari had bad food quality. Also the planning was not up to the mark. No evening snacks provided. The hotels had hot water issues.

Our toddler passport arrived little late, they patiently waited it for visa process.
You have to visit nearest office for document submission and bags collection, rest all you can do online.

Cons:
When they take you out for site scene, they choose restaurant which serve Indian food however they should also check it's condition.
One of the restaurant was at 1st floor and it's difficult to get there by stairs (no lift) if you have elderly and toddler and food which they offered was below average.

We started our morning journey from Pattaya and reached Bangkok in afternoon they didn't allow check-in hotels instead they made us to do site scene and checked in at night 8pm. Which was too hectic with toddler.

One less mark for restaurant in Bangkok where we had dinner.

Pre-tour review - customer care of kesari tours non attentive. If your queries regarding tour raised, there is no mobile no to attend your queries because option of land line is impossible to contact customer care. Their customers care executive assured you to call back but respective desk which you concerning not responding. Thane branch customer care directly disconnting call.only one option for Thane branch remaining is contact physically.
