Excellent service, Very clean rooms, exclusively attentive and polite staff. We had a great experience while staying here.

The hotel is among the best comfort and sophistication are the highlights of the place where you get a satisfaction big room, elegant decor. If you want peace and calmness to your mind this is the most favourite spot in the area the hotel is located in the heart of the city.

First of all I would like to express about the elegant, excellent, soothing to eyes decor in the fresh, calm environment. And moreover the service is excellent and fast. Food is quite tasty. I would recommend others to vit here.

One most Important Understanding to be seen by the Management of Krishna Inn that Toilet facilities and washbeen are not properly provided for any type of Meeting or Conference We are not happy about that Everything rest is Good Staff Location Services etc but definitely not ok with Washroom and Washbasin facilities Please do the needful

I reached at 5: 00 in the morning and the person on the desk was not able to give me details of my booking. The manager had switched his phone. I had to wait in the lobby without even asked whether I need a rest room or a glass of water

Very nice property at a very good location. Staffs are very polite and professional. The cleanliness is very good. The experience right from checking in till Check out was very good. I liked the taste of the food in their restaurant.

Centrally located & a 'green' hotel. Great service with good food. We had meals there, where we tried triple Schezwan rice (with chicken in Schezwan gravy). Also had a cucumber soup, which I tried first time & was really tasty. Good place to stay which also serves good food.

Visited for conference meeting best service I attend 1-2 conference meetings at different hotel every month but i rate this hotel on top for there service just one parking sign board is missing there hope they will update after my review ️

Big Size Rooms, Elegant Decor, Though Centrally Located, the atmosphere is Quite and Fresh. Polite Staff and Ummy Food adds more value to the property.

All food preparation was without colour and without ajinomoto which is a very very healthy for every one. Very good ambiance, polite and humble staff members.

But the owner was bit rude while we were going fr morning breakfast he told not to wear sando in restaurant all hotels allow we were not naked to force us to wear the tshirt
He told that ladies will come wear tshirt he has kept ladies for room service that will do we had wore just sando

Krishna Inn Hotel is good. The veggie thali we ate there was delicious. The hotel food service is good. The hotel is 5 minutes away from Tarabai Park.

1. Flush system in toilet malfunctioning.
2. Room Card get disable again and again.
3. Electric point doesn't work in washroom.
4. Hot water supply is occasional.
5. Poor room service.
6. Overpriced services more than MRP.

Airconditioner so bad continue smelling burning wire.

No even warm water for shower
No card payments
Tea bill was asked to sign at midnight 12.30
No bill print available due to system failure

This was our first stay at the Krishna INN. The hotel is well located and has all the ingredients of a boutique business hotel. The lady manager Ms. Shreya & the GM Mr. Deepak were very hospitable. With the shortage of staff they end up doing many tasks beyond the time limit. The restaurent served excellent food, though they should improve the breakfast menu. The Chief Anil Kumble’s preparations were just outstanding. We had some customised special requests and the Chief fulfilled it well. The lady Nikita at the Restaurent was very kind to extend all help all the time.

The room was very comfortable. However the housekeeping was not upto the mark. The boys were not trained and we had to keep requesting for items and reminding them every time. One major issue, the room sensor key system had some issue and the keys will never open the electronic lock. One end up wasting almost 10-15 mins in calling the housekeeping to open the door. This was very painful. And of-course, the WiFi never worked.

Overall it’s a very decent place. And I hope they fixe these 2 issues - housekeeping team & the electronic room key issues. I would strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kolhapur.

I stayed at this hotel as a layover during my Bengaluru - Pune drive. I am really amused by the hospitality extended by all the staff members and especially Me. Deepak. The staff was prompt and polite.

The manager not just complied with our request for Jain food, but delightfully served full course Jain meal which was delicious.

My first visit to this beautiful Maratha heritage and culture city and the stay at this hotel added a special touch to it!

Very bad service. Opted mistakenly seeing the Keys Select Brand name. Below standard hospitality.

Issues:

1. Pathetic customer experience, we had availed for late check-in and early check-out and had informed the staff about the confirmation multiple times still none of the rooms were ready.it took 2 hours to checkin post coming to hotel.

2. Post checkin we had asked for extra bed- as per image 1 attached above- a normal sleeping mattress was provided. Charges applied per matress was premium

3. Fridge had unsealed water bottle (dont know how old) hygine point of view - completly unhygienic

4. Breakfast- we had asked for early breakfast as we had to leave- by 7: 30am the breakfast was not ready- instead of that we had just asked for bread and butter (that also they denied) and said nothing can be done from the hotelier.

5. Staff behaviour was very rude

NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED

Processes are too slow. Refund of money taken more than month. I checkout on 12th May but not get refund amount till now.

This is Keys selected Krishna Hotel.use brand Name Keys but don't have any facilities like keys.now food Quality and poor service.overall not Happy with this hotel and price.

This hotel gave me the worst experience of my stay at kolhapur. Hotel not only overcharged me X1.5 times than online quoted price but also refused to provide any basic facility in rooms including towels, TV remotes etc,

Highly recommend to not trust this hotel, until and unless you want to punish yourself.worst experience of my life.

This is a good hotel, however their breakfast and food needs a lot of improvement. Being available in budget cost of 2000-2500 Rs. Rooms are neat and well managed. Toiletries needs an enhancement though.

Service is worst.after calling many time at reception fr service no staff come and Every time they will inform we will send. Horel is not like a4star.it just a normal.

Everything that can go wrong for a hotel.
Did I say hotel, its not, it is basically a lodge that we basically see in bus stand areas.
1. Booked with central reservation of Keys group for king bed in their higher room category. Had to wait for 30 min for check in at 6 PM evening as room was not ready.
2. Given lower category room in stead of booked higher one. Keys definitely had to answer me for the extra money it took from me.
3. Specifically asked for king bed. Offered twin bed. They just joined the bed and put a double bedsheet on it. Middle of night my son was hanging from the bedsheet as both the bed were gone appart. By the way, that bedsheet used as favocol was torn too.
4. Room was not cleaned from inception, clear boot marks on floor. Their eco friendly large glass windows are basically piece of glass stuck to a jonked irone grill. Glass was so darty, you can hardly see outside.
5. Every thing has layers of hard dirt sitting on them, be it glass or cup or switches or even base of lamp.
6. The large glass wall was just stuck there, if you push it hard it will fall outside. Might be a safety feature as there were none other in that hotel, not even an exit map. Common, Keys, how did you get a safety audit for this one?

Only thing that work is the restaurant, which serves good food.

I have stayed in many Keys property, but never so bad. Bad is a softer word for the condition of the hotel.

If you are planning to stay in that piece of junk, do it in your own discretion.

Noisy AC, TV not working showing account suspended, Not what expected from Keys Select. More to that Hotel guys do not how to help!: (

Rooms are good but rest all are pathetic right from bathroom, breakfast even basic TV not working. Drosophillas roaming around juice / fruit salad (single fruit) plate on breakfast station. Complete avoid from my side if you are travelling for business or even holidaying with family. Go save your money and more importantly peace of mind.

1 night stay in Kolhapur was nightmare because of this Hotel. We booked 3 non smoking rooms and reached there by 7 PM with intention of relaxing but the moment we entered rooms there was horrible smoking smell.
Hotel staff has solution of using air freshener, they don't have extra room, air freshener was not correct solution, on duty manager was not present at scene.
We lost almost 2 hours and ttries to find solutions, staff was least concerned about it.

Somehow we managed 1 night and then we encountered pathetic breakfast spread.
Overall it was horrible and don't recommend it.

Not sure if they care about the visitors or not but despite raising complaints 3 times, they just promised over phone to send someone to fix the issue but never sent anyone.

Otherwise hotel is nice and well maintained. Rooms are big, cozy and clean. Place is just next to dmart.

Staff is courteous but seems they don't want to leave the place.

Complimentary breakfast was just okok. No taste. When you pay around 3-4k for stay in kolhapur, which is not as costly as Mumbai Pune, you expect at least nice food but total disappointment here.

Hardly any parking available. If you are checking in late, you might end up parking on the street.

House keeping is not at all giving any services. TV is not working due to insufficient balance. Reported to house keeping and reception. But not resolved.

Cockroaches in rooms all over even in tea trays and teabags.

Nice & Quite place to stay near Kolhapur Station near D'Mart. The place offers a good breakfast. The reception staff is helpful and responds to all your queries. The room was cosy and clean to stay. Special Kolhapuri Thali is the main attraction in the restaurant.

Very good, spacious, airy, and comfortable hotel. Parking facility is available. Restaurant is available. Worth for money.

A decent place to take a break while travelling to Goa, economical yet comfortable stay with average food and services.

Whilst the room itself was OK.the bathroom walls were dirty and the toilet spray was so tight and SO pressured, it became a weapon yo be scared of, each time one had to use the loo! Have the housekeeping staff EVER really checked this?
Also, NO toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom itself made very badly.no proper divider to keep bathroom dry. If one has a bath, the entire bathroom gets wet! The light in the bathroom is too dim to see anything clearly.
They give tea & coffee sachets in room, but no teaspoons.be prepared to stir with your fingers!
As someone from the hospitality industry, myself, I found all this totally unacceptable. The mgmt needs to pull up their socks and BE seriously hospitable if they intend to be in this business. I would not come back to this hotel again.

Avoid! Service is EXTREMELY tardy, and no sense of customer centricity. Staff is indifferent & more than often has a 'no' to customer requests instead of a 'yes'. A suite is no different from a regular room. Food served in room service is often stale.
