In this place rooms are fine but they serve same breakfast daily even though it is breakfast buffet. And food is below average. And hot water doesn’t come properly.

Hey all, been staying here for 8+ years, but have seen the standards go down exponentially. These guys think that they are the Boss of every guests who stay there. Never a professional hotel. You name the department and they are freaking rude. If you can't keep it up, then one shouldn't advertise as "Star rated" hotel. Would suggest the Leela or The Lalit nearby to airport.

Keys Select has two sets of rooms - an old (quite old) set and a new set. Other reviewers have mentioned that the newer ones are better - we asked at the front desk while checking in, but were told (rather brusquely) that 'standard rooms' are all in the old section. We'd booked a standard room in advance, so we had little say in the matter after that conversation

All that said, travellers should be aware that the old rooms are rather poorly maintained - they have a "staying at a friend's old apartment" feel. Right from the lesser seen surfaces being left dirty to the rather grimy sink in the 'studio style' setup of the room to the 'sepia' shades of everything in the bathroom. Thankfully, sheets/bedclothes were clean and well washed.

Food was just passable. The cut fruits were nice and fresh but the rest of the buffet items were oily and not very tempting. Staff here were quite pleasant and happy to help, unlike the front desk.

The location is nice, on a main road - but parking can be tough to find.

At the price we paid (~6k a night), you can easily find better options.

The chef & manager regularly came & interacted with guests, checked on our wellbeing & our food requirements. I had an pleasant & enjoyable experience. As a single woman travelling I felt safe in the hotel

Very bad place to stay. They don't respect women and they don't help. Bad service and bad food. Staff is really rude except one or two

Not even basic amenities provided which you usually find in hotels, extremely rude and bad staff. Pathetic food

Not worth the money they are charging! Rooms were not well maintained and shabby with insufficient lighting. They advertised it to be a business friendly hotel but there were no working desk in the room. Dinner buffet was bad with limited options and ala-carte menus are knowingly kept over priced to attract buffet. Only noteworthy mention is the breakfast which was good with multiple spreads.

Hotel is a good place to stay. Very clean and affordable hotel in the area.rooms are quite spacious. Food of the hotel I would rate 5 out of 10. Room service 3 out of 10. And the worst part of the hotel is, they don’t allow the guests to come in the room. It was frustrating. My guest was staying at Vasant oasis building, which is right in front of the hotel and I couldn’t invite him for a lunch or dinner. This is ridiculous.

Also, there is no cutlery provided by the hotel staff inside the room. When you buy food from the hotel then and then only they provide cutlery.unfortunately, there is no clean hotel in near my area. And sadly, I have to stay in the hotel next time as well.

They are missing my one pair of shirt and pant im given for laundry but they do not provide received copies and they told me that they don't have any entry and that's why my cloth is missing.totally bad experience.with one

It was a fantastic stay for me. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again in future.

I had stayed at this hotel in 2018 for almost 6 months. The hotel staff is friendly, the food was good, though i never got a chance to eat a meal in the hotel due to work related travel and always ate the breakfast there, once i even had a mini cockroach in my watermelon juice, which I almost was about to gulp thinking it is watermelon seed. But the chef and the manager handled the situation very well. Thankfully i am alive yet. The room was a little damp and was stinky during rains and we once had an encounter with a little but huge in its own way guest centipede in our room. So all in all the stay was ok at the hotel, would certainly advice for a short term stay vs a longer duration stay.

The staff were courteous friendly & polite. Went out of their way to give good service. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty Indian foods. The lunch and dinner buffets were excellent plenty of Chinese, continental & Indian cuisine. Yum yum lip smacking finger licking food. The chef & manager regularly came & interacted with guests, checked on our wellbeing & our food requirements. I had an pleasant & enjoyable experience. Rooms were not as advertised. Fans were soooo dirty. While I didn't face any water supply issue I could hear at least 3-4 other guests complaining about water supply.
Restaurant area is well maintained though. Food is good. Staff can be a bit more polite and maintain hygiene.

Room cleaning not happening, sane linen used everyday, no towel, washroom are very dirty wash rooms. No use if giving feedback.

It was booked for me, arrived at very early morning from the Airport, but then I had to wait till the check in time - 12-1pm - I think this needs to change!

Door keys was a challenge and tried to explain this to the staff but they were givem em some ramdom details - but they forgot that we run IT Business and we know how the technology works...

Above all, the stay was not that bad, and the place too, breakfast was good as well... Sure lots of rooms for imprivements.

Fantastic experience with the Keys select. Tasty food with top notch customer service. Would recommend all of my friends to visit and enjoy their stay.
