I ordered my food at 12.18 received it by 12.44 pathetic service. And taste was not at all good

You need to wait for ages for to order. Else, to need to yell to make some one listen to you. Pathetic!

I order 725 bucket of KFC in infinity malad west the staff was not good behavior and they charger me 805 with tax and I asked the bill they didn't gave Me bill

Specially took time out just to appreciate the excellent service KFC staff offered even on a busy sunday evening, would like to mention the server went down but the lady with some stars on her collar promptly switched ordering mode to manual writing on paper bill format which they had and addressed each irritated customers questioning calmly she really justified her stars, i received my order but was with my kid and unknowingly spilled my aerated drink and to my surprise was offered another complementary such gesture by KFC made us feel like a valuable customer even in rush hour among crowd, will surely recommend as food was also excellent

-The food was yummy
-Service was okay I must say as we had a delay in receiving our order
The atmosphere was nice

We ordered an 8pc hot and crispy chicken i.e 4 hot and spicy chicken
And 4 of crispy chicken

Was a bit upset as the wait time was too much.but I guess the wait was worth it as the food was nice and hot

I've ordered from your outlet at Inorbit Mall Malad. It was placed via the delivery application of Swiggy at 9: 30pm today. Its been an hour my order hasn't left your outlet. The delivery executive was and is still waiting out there for someone to hand the order out there to him and it hasn't been recived. Also there is no one answering the call once the outlet is called.this is a very unprofessional approach. I've got my family waiting for an hour now. Can u please tell me what can be done. I've been told by the delivery executive that the restaurant staff has left. Nor have I received my order.this is not the right approach. So basically my family and me have been waiting over an hour for nothing. Is this how you'll run your operations. I need a follow up on this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

The smokey grilled was quite juicy and tender.well cooked and tender. The service was prompt.mojito is also worth a try for bright sunny day.french fries are one thing that I was not happy with. Would go back again and again.

Too much rush. I found staffs a bit confused. Don't have coordination among themselves which results in delay. Food is good though.

A KFC outlet located within Infinity Mall, Malad. The mall is very crowded, hence the same with this outlet. Seating capacity is an issue. But the service is quick and courteous

Very bad customer service. I had ordered 2 Pepsi and fiery wings. The counter person asked if I want a KFC gift card worth 250rs by changing pepsi to a large one. I agreed. She gave me a order slip and the Pepsi in both my hands. I didn check the order slip obviously and later when I noticed the order slip was only of the fiery chicken ordered. She had flicked the money of coldrinks. Also she didn tell me anything about the scratch code behind the card. Later when I wanted to use the card I came to know that there is a unique code on the scratch card and it was wiped completely and in small letters it was written to check whether the code is not tampered at time of issue. So there the lady had flicked my coldrinks money + my gift card money. This review is not to critisize kfc but for customers to be aware of such frauds over here.

The food tasted good but only 2 counters were open out of 4 which made me wait for more than 15 minutes to order my food in a long queue. They need to take of such things which directly affect the customer experience!

Have had there thrice and all the time atleast one chicken wing is burnt. Somebody is not doing thier job well it seems.

Taste is good and e en their slogan.finger licking good, but monosodium glutamate (MSG) is really bad for our health.once i got the fact i have now stopped my wife from it.

As always the food is amazing here. There's some special orders added to the menu.like 5 Grilled Leg Peice for 400 Rs which was good.

If you are chicken lover specifically fried chicken then this is the right place. Chicken is fresh and tasty as always. If you are vegetarian then also you have better options here but speciality is chicken.

Finger likin' good as it says. Yes really it is and especially on Wednesdays you will get discounts on the bucket. Chicken lovers must visit here. Lip-smacking taste. Mouth-wandering.

KFC brand is superb.but the people or the staff of KFC is least bothered for customer satisfaction. Worst experience with Infinity mall malad west link road kfc outlet.

They used to have amazing food. But now it's all just very bland. I don't know if it's inflation or just different cooks. We love KFC. But it's more like boiled chicken in a crust now. I love it for the drinks it serves. Those are the best. They help with hangovers and are super cHeap too. The virgin mojito is so sweet and bubbly you need to try that. The next favorite thing is that chicken popcorn. Not only is it super tasty but it is also very affordable. I wish they had nlmore items on the menu like that

They choices are limited to crispy chicken fries, they stuff this chicken fry in anything n everything.

Chicken served was cold and stale and over fried. KFC has really spoilt it's image in the recent times.

One of the best place to eat fried chicken. The way they make it is superb. Though they have very limited outlets of this franchise, they should provide home delivery at least. People need to travel long to reach nearest KFC. Price is not that much high. It's affordable.

Its a great place for chicken but repeated taste and besides a they dont offer international taste they have made up cusine for India.

Located within Infinity Mall food court, Malad. It is a nice place to order food from as there is ample seating available. The food quality I found here was average as the chicken was over fried and too crispy. Ideally in other centers, the chicken is juicy and succulent.

We visited this outlet today. The staff was quite friendly. We ordered the Chicken Zinger box and the Chicken Zinger Burger. The price was reasonable and the food was indeed "finger lickin" good!

Was standing in the line for over 15 minutes due to the slow service only to be told by the staff that payment would be accepted in the other queue.

On standing in the other queue for another 15 minutes, I was disappointed to know that my order for the triple treat bucket would take 20 minutes.

I left in disgust, KFC has to get its act together.
