Hi My son was admitted in Hospital more than ten days.we found that hospitality of hospital is very good, co operative staff, nurses treatment excellent very polite and respectful.
RMO doctor treat very nicely and explain in very soft and easy understanding languages.
Admn staff specially TPA staff are expert and helpfull to get cashless approval.

Worst experience. Visited twice in day. Just to show reports they requested to wait for 1.30 hr. Summited feedback for at reception do call me take complete feedback. Worst experience and waste to time and waste of visit. Even after visit and wasting time no solution provided and requested to visit other doctor. Now again square 1 after 2 visit. Medicity was best hospital i thought but worst experience after today visit.

Mother was treated under Dr. VASANT SAWANT.she was taken care of very well and well attended by the Doctor and the staff. We wish the Hospital the very best in its services to all the patients.

It was great to be at medicity hospital. I took my wife for back pain consulted with Dr Pramod Bhor. He explained me very well about my wife spinal pain and went under surgery. Now my wife i fine and she dont have any pain now.

Very nice experience, most important treatment was very effective, specially thanks to Dr Anjali Palvia for cooprative nature, helping in each and every stage of treatment of my relative, provide adequate time and complete details of process and medication.

This hospital is very unauthentic, please never come here. The doctor is not an expert and unsure about the disease and prescribes meds based on luck. They have no sense of privacy and practically scream at the patients with the doors open and humiliates them. Especially never go to Dr. Rajeev P.

We had small surgery with Dr pramod bhor and their team.
They were professional and as friendly to support or paitent.

Even after surgery we have been in contact for health and other factors. There hospitality and services way better than others.

One of the worst hospitals I've been to my life starting with my father had severe headache dizziness so we admitted him in the ICU, the RMO Manish Kumar was yawning constantly it was 2am around the doctor was not attentive he took out an ECG and gave us wrong results the next day one cardiologist came and asked to do some test to which he disappeared no answer till evening, no priority given to such an emergency case we were helpless and had to move him to another hospital the next day and the cherry on cake the hospital bill was 30k plus 5k medicines for not even 24 hours.worst worst experience ever pathetic staff the visiting doctors are never on time and they arrive at their own sweet time do not recommend this hospital at all

Taken a treatment from Dr Anjali Palvia good in treatment. Staff are well behaved and clean hospital.

Pathetic services. Doctors are too good they all are excellent but other staff including RMO/Nurses/Billing all are not polite. As patient most of the time your point of contact are these people unfortunately they are not professionals. Please meet same doctors in different hospitals if possible. For the same procedure you will receive different bills with uncertain amount with extra charges

Doctors not at all on time, even worse than government hospitals! They give you appointments and then make you wait for at least an hour or more before doctors come! Repeatedly I have faced this experience!

Even the reception is not very responsive! Very casual and rude behaviour. Its like they are giving us money for treatment and doing us a favour!
Their fees abs charges are hugh enough and services even worse than a government hospital!

Don't go there for sure choose any other hospital in the area!

For cashless mediclaim insurance staff Mr. Ankush, mr prakash, miss sunita are very co operative.they will support you from start to end.

Went for dressing of my leg fingure, dr. Promod bhor and dr. Rahul helping us during this process. Extremely helpfull, joyful, and very experienced dr. Nurses of this hospital are very friendly and helpfull. Treat you like a family member.

I was treated for a broken femur by Dr. Bhor (Orthopedics) in 2021 and later for the implant removal in 2023. Dr. Pramod Bhor is nothing but a tyrant In his field and I have no doubts about his proficiency and his results. He has a fantastic team and I owe my uplifted spirit and a new life to him and his team. He has a great team debuted at Fortis Vashi too which gives u a seamless experience. I m from a PSU and I know that the standards maintained by Dr. Bhor are not easy to maintain especially when he is the first robotic surgeon of his era in Navi Mumbai.

P. S. He is has a different sense of humor but totally necessary (sometimes on a stricter side). If Dr reads this post then he won't be surprised.

Hello sir / madam we visited to your hospital. In Kharghar, the treatment was give to patients was very wast because in hospital you kept RMO in the hospital they are not proper doctors they are interns they check the patient but prescribed all medication was not proper they seen in the book which medicine are give to the patient is this you called a RMO they see in the book and write the medicine on the prescription which are given to patient. I thik the RMOs are you kept are totally confused. And about the fess of the hospital is very high. First visit we can consider. But second visits you also take the same fees 500/- was very much. So pls manage your doctors staff properly one keep proper educated dr as RMO. Thank you

A very talented and supportive orthopedic surgeon.

I had shoulder tendant tear surgery last year and I recovered well under the guidance and we'll equiped treatment given by Dr. Rahul Davari.

They really dont care about patient time. They will call you one hour before and make you wait so better come after an hour of the time they gave. Or visit other hospital who has value for your time.

This is my first time so I'll update it more about their treatment.

It's a joke in the name of hospital. The staff doesn't care and the attendents doesn't seem to care.

Such a worst experience, hospital now have become more a commercial business, no humanity served here, the doctor has asked as to pay first and than she will see the patient where the patient is sitting Infront of her she did not see until she got a slip, very rude and after paying also no proper diagnose was given by the lady doctor, pathetic experience and took Rs. 1600.

Highly unprofessional people. They called us at 8: 15 sharp for Sonography and the doctor is still Enroute. We have been waiting since 1 hour. The reception guys talk too loud n too much. I wonder it’s a hospital or a vegetable market.

Good hospital few days I have taken my mom to Dr Pramod bhor. He has explained me very well and instead of long list of medicine he has suggest only physiotherapy for relief from knee pain.

Got treatment for my brother as in-patient. Thhe experience overall was satisfactory. The Admin staff, specifically Mr. Amin, paramedical staff and swacch staff were found to be exemplary in their services offerred. Dr Manish Kumar was very receptive and kind with us explaining the course of treatment. He is a confidence-booster to us. All the specialists on cal were quite amicable. Great service, indeed.

Extremely pleased with the efforts of Dr. Anjali, I am admitted for BP, and all have started treatment, but simultaneously I developed malaria, which was not detected, she has taken the initiative and now on 3rd day most of the symptoms and impact came to normal, which I was facing for a week.
The Hospital is innovative, now, in my opinion they started a new concept, HOSPITALITY WITH HOSPITAL. All new experience with 5 Rooms at ground floor.
The nursing, the assistant and housekeeping keeping staff I found to the point and with very much aware of their duties and responsibilities.
In general, I am very proud of the Doctors, and their supporting staff for their timely response.

I am a kidney patient and I get Dialysis here I like this hospital very much or is the doctors and staff are very good.

We got our 17 months old baby boy operated on 23rd Dec'20. Flawless management, caring doctors, sisters, brothers, RMOs. Very clean ambiance. More than greatful for Dr. Pooja Multani mam for operating our son and informing us he diesnt need 3rd surgery. Dr. Pankaj sir timely advice on minute baby care was so effective that we could see how it avoided pain to our son. Not a single day we had to call sisters. Be it night or day all sisters were not just promt but all passionted towards the patient care. Thank you team Medicity for the care and treatment.

Staff in the hospital are very much unprofessional. Receptionist on the billing counter treat everyone worst than government hospital. Motto of this hospital is to earn money instead treat people.

Overall good experience. Equip the staff to have some skills to draw blood to collect blood sample. Rarely it was the case when blood was drawn in one attempt.

Had a terrible experience in Medicity kharghar. My Mother was admitted for diabetes for 5 days, she had general diabetes complains weakness, fatigue, pukish shaky limbs. Dr Anjali assured to give better treatment but she couldn't treat a normal diabetes patient and here she failed as a good doctor.
Where doctors take oath to save patient's lives here I experienced that few docs just focus on just earning money.
Even though after 5 days during discharge procedure my mom informed doc of not at at feeling well to which Dr said it will take time. After 1 week of discharge when we contacted doctor she straight away asked us to show to some other doctor saying we have done all tests and given her treatment. I couldn't belive to the response we got.
Finally, my mother was treated by a local Diabetes specialist and in a week she was all good.

Excellent service provided by the company, the rates offered by them is reasonably appropriate.

Went for an emergency treatment of a relative and the doctors look baffled and confused. I doubt if they hire mbbs doctors. The service, staff and doctors are incompetent and rude. Please don't risk your life and ever visit this hospital in a pinch.

Horrible, slow service and Dr will give 100 test without even listening to you for even 1 min and will ask to visit after reports come back. I spend Rs5000 on test + Dr fees and even medicine didn't work for me

Dr. Anjali Palvia is very concerned about me. She personally called me and explained the things and cleared my doubts. Staff are also very attentive.

Their management of the pandemic is very poor.
I had taken an appointment for an ultrasound which was scheduled at 1: 30 PM and I was asked to drink 2L water before coming. When I arrived I was told that the doctor is in operation theatre and there were 2 more patients before me. In the waiting area, no social distancing was followed and there were two men who were sitting without a mask. One of them was coughing and yet the staff did nothing about it.

This is easily accessible hospital in Kharghar. Many specialities are covered in this hospital. The owner doctor is an Orthopedic surgeon. Diagnostics like X Ray and other facilities are also available. The Orthopedic surgeon is one of the best on Navi Mumbai. They also have operation theater and perform surgical procedures too.

After my Horrendous experience at Apollo I decided to move my father to Medicity. The initial Co-ordination with Dr Anjali to get him treated for was prompt and Informative. Once he was admitted I really felt that Doctors, Nurses really make an effort to enhance patient care and comfort. Dr Vishal Gupta and his team were exemplary professionals but at the same time very personable making sure everything was explained in details and was happily ready to answer any of my doubts round the clock. So far I have been very pleased with the level of care my father has received and I just can't thank them enough. From the front desk staff (Ankush) assiting in the entire billing, insurance process to all the doctors Nurses Facility team and everyone involved I just want to thank you for all the hard work.

Mr. Rajeev Palvia was our doctor and though the hospital lack everything in all sense, he was bit relief for us.

Advice to Hospital - Better change the attitude of your management and make them work dedicated for the patient.

चांगली सुविधा आहे कर्मचारीही लक्ष देवून असतात। काल मी डोक्याला लागलेले टाके काढायला गेलोहोतो ईलाजही मागच्या मंगळवारीच ईथेच झाला एक छोटा अपघात झाल्याने मला ईथे पाच दिवस अॅडमिट केले होते त्यावेळी ठिक वाटलं पण टाके काढतांना पुनः गेलो तो अनुभव तितकासा चांगला नव्हता

I'm sorry to say the hospital did not meet our expectation for my child delievery. Doctors not properly explaining things, for minor or repeat visit charging high, staff very non cooperative, billing section very slow-at least should see patient condition, overall very disappointing experience
