Situated in a small little nook in Versova Mumbai, Kino Cottage will surprise you. The unassuming gate does not give you any hint of what lies on the other side. A winding walkway lined by seasonal flowers and foliage leads you to the lobby and bar area. This in turn leads you to an open stone lined area which offers a spectacular view of the Versova beach. A delightful place for an engagement party or destination beach wedding.

Excellent place. A nice place to enjoy at almost beach. Work, party and enjoy. Ambiance is good. All arrangements are excellent. In the busy life of Mumbai, nice place to enjoy with work. Just walking away from beach. Food is good, wash room and interiors are amazing. Swimming pool, lawn, etc are beautifully designed.

Beautiful cottage converted to a party place. It has everything sea, garden and lovely indoors. Ideal for function of around 150-200 people. The food also is good though the service of waiters can be improved. Apart from that no issues and must see if you want to host your party at a unique place

V close to Veraso a beach, gud for convocations and evening parties and DJ. Quality of food was not great.one of our friends got severe gastroenteritis on eating the salads.

But you can't enter beach from their backgate which is sad.plenty of cats and rats!

It looks fantastic no doubt but safety features.rocky.sharp edges stones all around, if by chance you enjoy, dance you have to check where your head is going

I was there to attend my sister cocktail party. And the party place was really awesome in front of beach and inside bar and dance floor.it was a private party. And we enjoyed a lot.

Good location. Excellent for small functions with about 100 people. Congestion if more crowd. Uneven flooring may create unsafe condition especially at night due to insufficient illumination.

It's very good place for family functions, get together, parties and meetups. Any one can enjoy seaview place. Ambience is very cool. And service is also good.

Beautiful place by the beach. A most picturesque setting, looking so very pretty at night with all of the hanging lights. You can see the waves rolling in, crashing on the Versova beach, and people walking by, some sitting on the sand.all this, as you sip on a cocktail, relaxing on the comfy patio chairs. The starters were served hot and though the choice was limited, it was tasty fare. The food and drinks kept flowing. Kamikaze shots, vodka shots, tequila shots, dilute vodka on the dance floor, the alert staff kept on plying you with the goods. Good fun, and a memorable evening, this was our friends' cocktail reception.

Ambience is lovely.amazing place outside.it has a bar place for dj or live music completely a beautiful experience in a crowded place like bombay.food is good too
