I had a great experience staying here. Close to airport and embassy. Helpful hotel staff. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that lunch and dinner, along with breakfast, was also complimentary to us.

It a very great place for staying at ease and luxe. The place is well equipped with great customer service and rooms.

The food available at the hotel is fabulous with the best varieties to offer daily on a 3 time based.

The place has all the services required even to carry out functions and meetings.

We had been to this place for our Sunday lunch but experience was pathetic. Everything about this place was bad from the service to the food. It was a total time waste. There were not enough staff to serve no proper arrangements or training given to them even Udupi hotels are better. Service was very slow all food was served cold. Very disappointing it was total waste of time and money. Think twice before going as there were no staff to serve food also. Going in such prime location much more is ecpected.

Was there for a week. Absolutely no complaints at all. The food was awesome. Staff was friendly.

Kohinoor Continental is a great budget hotel located in close proximity to the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The hotel offers a range of low-cost rooms, which are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The room was spacious, well-appointed and had all the amenities that I needed. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of high quality, which made for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the daily housekeeping service that kept my room spotless.

Beautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available

It was my third time here. And like always it has been a wonderful time to stay here. Reception is managed by highly professional and kind staff. Food is the best part of my stay. They have restaurants where you get served for breakfast, lunch and dinner included in your pack where they have buffet system which is truly delicious and amazing. Location is also easily reachable to airport. They have good waiting area. They also provide banquet halls for functions that dont disturb your stay. It is one of the best seafarers hotels for sign on and sign off in mumbai.

Our study circle group seminars happens here. Hotel is very neat and clean and ambience is very elegant. I have never stayed in a room though.

Such a unique place with beautiful interior to hangout with your friends and family or for business meetings. We visited here today for a meeting with some of our clients and very impressed by the quiet atmosphere of the place.

Nice place for a get-together, a party or a function. The food and ambience is nice, staff is helpful and attentive.

Main course dishes are pretty ordinary. Service needs a big improvement.
Moong dal halwa was the saving grace.

Its located next to chakala metro station. Service needs to improve. Size and quantity of buffet dinner is limited.

I could say it was a good experience staying in this hotel in Mumbai. The hotel has a great reach and it is right in the centre of Mumbai. Right outside you will have a great variety of Mumbai street food for all those people who are coming from Delhi or other city’s and love Mumbai street food. The rooms in the hotel are a good and have all the basic requirements. But I have reduced two stars because the breakfast was atrocious and I was surprised that they offered only two things in the buffet breakfast in the morning.

Went for a quick buffet dinner with my team. What I really liked was the service and that they arranged 2 vegan main course without asking for it. Loved the ambience and food.

Waited 25 mins for check in and after that waited 3 hours for room change because the Air Condition was not working

We walked into for lunch finishing our meeting nearby. This place use to be very popular earlier and based on some local friends suggestion, we decided to check-in for drinks and lunch here. The drink section is in bar which is separate from their dine in section. While that is ok but their buffet lunch menu offers very limited option and their non veg preparation of chicken was not at all par with their hotel standard. We didnt touch it after tasting. Their veg options are good and food served was fine. Their staff hospitality is very good and overall had a satisfactory dine in experience. But i believe they can improve and make it fine dine experience

Currently you can enjoy mini buffet @ 650/- pp. Manager Suraj is very professional and nice person. He ensure you enjoy your meal completely.

Highly disappointed. The superior room was really old and there was foul odour. The condition of bathroom was pathetic. Not at all standards of 4 star hotel. Hotel seriously needs to upgrade it's rooms. Service is just ordinary and nothing special. Airport pick up and drop was on time and appreciable.

Food is nice but the room are very cheap. Old and dirty furniture. Old small TV unit.will give u a feel of a 2-3 star hotel.

The place, at first seems quiet beautiful cool and calm. The reception was good. I am staying here (even this moment, i am writing from my room) for more than two months in this hotel, the room service is the worst i have ever experienced.ask anything they will even forget about the order.sorry is their only excuse.i am giving two stars for the house keeping service.because of them i could get a clean room.but hotel service is the worst.they dont deserve even a star.

Wonderful place to have a comfortable lovely meals.the variety is a bit scaled down due to covid.but staff very loving as always.and do not forget to visit the exhibition of paintings crafted by kids-in-need.

Hotel is Located at very good location just near to chakala metro station. Hotel staff is very good and polite. Hotel services are very quick and responsive. You can call at any time and hotel staff will come immediately. Food quality was also good but not much varieties in breakfast.

I am giving 2 Star because my stay was very horrible. They provided me the room which was divided from another room by door. I was getting noise and crying voice whole night from another room and was not able to sleep whole night.
Suggestions for hotel management is that please don't allocate this type of rooms to couple. You should allocate this type of rooms to families only.

My experience with the hotel was great in the start but ended really in the worst way possible. The ambience is great, rooms are clean, totally worth the value but the check in process is really slow. Even on a weekday it took more than 45mins just for the check-in and even after than when we finally got the key to the room the house keeping was still in there cleaning the room and had to rush out as soon as they saw us. So even if check in is 2pm, the cleaning was still on until 3: 15 pm because that is when I entered the room. And My bad, I didn't read the hotel's visitor policy. Generally the visitors are allowed in most hotels with a time constraint and I assumed the same would be applicable here but it wasn't and the hotel manager/owner rang the bell at night 12: 45am and told to pay extra because we had a visitor in the day earlier who left around 9pm and asked us for "1500 bucks or leave the hotel". I agree I didn't know about their visitation policy and should have read it but kicking someone out at mid night and asking for money is the most inconsiderate thing that you can expect from a hospitality sector! It was a genuine mistake and we weren't trying to outsmart anyone. I would have paid or left if were explained in a polite way but words such as "I don't care about other hotels, this is my hotel, I'm talking about my hotel" and "you either pay 1500 or you can leave right away" were used in a loud pitch. It really caused me great trouble since the rains in Mumbai have been bad and it was 1am at night.
So, for those reading my review, my suggestion would be to please read the rules and expect no shred of understanding or politeness from them. Rest the hotel and food is good (minus the staff, since if the head can be so rude, I don't expect the juniors to he better either). Try Vits, the beatle or Mirage instead, they've better service and polite staff!

This restaurant is an oasis amidst the maze of roads that litter the open spaces beyond populous cities.

This restaurants location is appreciated when you happen to be driving between towns at a time when your body's demands compel you to stop.

Reasonable clean, though bottled drinking water left on tables is hotter than you would want after mid-day meals.

The parking space outside is ample tends to get overcrowded at breakfast and lunch times.

Very nice hotel. Very great ambiance. Restaurant is well maintained. Many facilities are available. Good is of great quality and reasonable rate. Service is also good. Parking available.

Nd they told me tht it takes one hour in night tym at 1130 pm. Staff is not gud at all.also they are not providing any fan or smthing.sonthat somone can sleep.bad bad bad.

Rooms are okay with large space.

But not providing at least tooth paste, and provides on chargeble basis.
I paid 30 rs for tooth paste

1) if you want to go to occasion for short duration and also one to enjoy the St food this hotel is good place.

2) Specially for the people who have arrived in Mumbai just one day before International travel, this hotel is good location because it's just 5 minutes from the airport.

Nice Hotel good ambience, this is one of the oldest hotels of Mumbai, so you get the feeling of home in the rooms. Staff is polite and cooperative. Center location so feels good.

Except the food every other experience is just average or in some cases below average for a Hotel of that calibre.do not expect amazing service here

Very well maintained, the staff is very courteous and the hospitality is very amazing, a decent amount for one roam occupancy, all sop are very well followed for social distances i would i like to highlight one problem there were no toothbrush/paste in the room apart from this the hotel is amazing

Nice 3 star hotel. Rooms, hallway, waiting launge were very cleaned. But washroom essentials like moisturizer, body shower gel were missing.

Attentended an event at Kohinoor Continental. The hotel is easily accessible (just 30m from JB Nagar metro station). The food was really good.

Great place. Great food. We tried chicken biryani which was just fabulous. We got a pool and metro view.
Bad point: Reception staff should try to be more polite and comfortable.
Kitchen is a bit unorganized I guess. Bcz we ordered food at 8.30.no update on the order for like 1 hr. We had to call again to check, That is when they actually took our order and thn got food.
Good point: house keeping and room service is really quick. And on toes to work.

Cleaning issues, the guy tells only 2 devices allowed per person complimentary, for more than 2 devices u gotta pay extra, many paid tv channels not available, no ventilation in the room

I would not recommend the hotel for stay due to below reasons.
1. I travelled from outside India, with huge luggage and there was no provision to take it to room Or a help ptrovided. I had to drag and carry 4 bags all the way to room by self.
2. I kept calling the kitchen section regarding my dinner and since it was busy, had to hold till 45 mins, just to let them the know to serve dinner. The roti/naan was just hard to eat.
3. A normal tea was not part of breakfast and only ready to make tea was complimentary it seems.

Overall won't suggest.

Have visited many times for my conference and meets during my previous organisation. They have plenty of options from conference hall to meeting rooms and the food served in buffet tastes awesome. Would suggest to have any meets, events to organise here as this is in budget considering a 4 star options.

The location is just great. The entire staff from reception to room boy are friendly and gives a secured feel.

It's good to stay. But there is small small issues.like no tissue paper. Bed covers are not good. They have small spot. For me beneficial like near to airport

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are specious. I stayed here in my quarantine period so cannot comment about in house restaurant and other things in hotel. Staff is very courteous and helpful. WiFi is good. Food is good. Location is very near to a metro station and airport. Banquet hall is also nice. Swimming pool with open area also available. Some of the services are closed temporarily due to the current COVID situation.

Awesome place nice food, very near to international airport, very friendly staff in reception and restuarant, we ask for late c/out they give for 1hr as we are flying to international, especially I like to mr. Pawan and ms. Sonia n mr Deepak. They really good with guest and they always smile on face, i stayed 3 days feel like family, you guys really rock.

Not a great place to stay during business trip. Service is mediocre in restaurant. Curries very oily. Extra oil. Same curry base for veg and other curry items. Tandoori roti is very hard to bite. Takes 5 min each. No compliment like salad or papad when ordering. Room lighting and switches are not demarcated properly. TV is very small in room. Wall hanging photos are not encouraging and very dull. Cupboard is half open always.

I went there to meet one of my friend who was staying there but that small visit gave me some experience about the hotel. Staff is very polite and nice, facilities are good as well. Wifi is slow.

I attended Kohinoor Continental for a wedding. The banquet hall was good albeait a bit small. The dining open area near the fountain was good. Also the food was good.

We got more than what we expected for the price we paid. Pros: 1. Very close to the International airport (that's the reason we booked it). 2. Has all the 3* amenities. 3. Really clean and well maintained with a pleasing decor. Rooms nice and spacious. 4. Check-in and especially check-out (which was at 3am) was absolutely hassle free and quick. 4. Staff very polite and helpful 5. Food in their restaurant was quite tasty.
# Unfortunately, we could not make use of the pool, which was in a very good condition or enjoy the breakfast, which I had good reviews from most visitors. Cons: charge for airport transfer is a bit too much considering it's situated at a distance of less that 2kms from the airport. So, we booked Uber. Also, restaurant rates are a bit on the higher side. That's all that I could gather from our one night stay at this place. Totally recommend it.

We stayed at the Kohinoor Continental Andheri West from Dec 26th through Dec 29th. We were part of the Thakore Wedding Party. We were very impressed with the hotel, it’s staff, rooms and the food. The rooms are spacious and even with close proximity to the Metro station, rooms are quiet. Food was simply delicious. The all you can eat breakfast buffet at the Solitaire Restaurant has everything for everyone, from made to order eggs toast and continental menu to South Indian and North Indian as well. The food for the wedding functions was excellent as well. The paani poori at the Mehndi was delish.

Kohinoor Continental is just like it sounds, that is a gem of a hotel. Boasting a stunning entrance it stands apart from the rest. What makes it special though is the courteous staff manning it day and night!

It is located in J B Nagar, Andheri.easily assessable through road transport, even in traffic.my visit was memorable at Kohinoor continental.lots of variety of food both vegetarian and non vegetarian.service was pretty good.variety of deserts N icecreams.live music was awesome.they serves alcohol beverages as well but as I didn't tried so I can't comment on it.

Buffet spread is decent. Food is average. Plates, spoons etc seemed to be in short supply. Even dishes that got over were not refilled. The service staff were fine but the restaurant manager doesn't seem to know his job

Visited the Solitaire restaurant for a Sunday buffet lunch. The hotel had valet parking. The restaurant is on the first floor. There is staff availed to assist senior citizens to the first floor. Good vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes on the menu. The fish fry was epically good (it was not basa). Live counters had the street food feel but with five star hygiene. Sukha chicken was stand out in the mains. Meetha paan was also available at the restaurant exit.

The food was really good with good variety of veg non veg starting from soup to starters maincourse and deserts with live music in short Paise wasool.

Please don't waste your time and money here.

The ambience is good, staff is good, but food is below average. They seriously served Chicken Tikka with bones, I mean even Dhaba serves Chicken Tikka, Boneless.

Centrally located. Comfortable and clean rooms. Thumbs down for the bathroom. It was clean but soooo tiny! And the health faucet is located at a really Odd and senseless angle. (RM 308 I think). Food is fairly good.

I went here for an event.
The hotel has nice, elegant interiors and a beautiful banquet hall on the first floor. It also has a pool on the first floor opposite the to the hall, and an art gallery on the ground floor. The lovely artworks displayed are for sale. Attaching few of my clicks herewith.

Attended a engagement ceremony here, great staff and good food. The ambience is the best thing about the place and sets it apart from others. The location is slightly out of the way but the place itself more than makes it up for it.

I got my room booked for a night and my booking was cancelled without any intimation.when I reached here I was told since I did not intimate the hotel well in advance (even after giving my credit card details online in case I don't show up at the hotel, they would still charge me for the room and now when I have I am being told that my booking has been cancelled.)

I am standing here, it's 9.30 at night and I don't know where to go and whom to contact.

Staff is extremely non courteous and unhelpful.
