Clean hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, service and professional staff, and a good restaurant with a variety of buffet-style food. When they saw that I couldn't eat spicy, they made a special one for me. The location is a bit problematic in terms of exiting the area. Lots of traffic jams and an unpleasant area.

In 1 week's time, we had to change room 2 times, once for AC not working, and second time due to leakage of rain.

The rooms don't have hand towels, you have to call them everyday to give you one. The toiletries such as soap and shampoo are of very poor quality.

The buffet food is terrible, vegetarian options don't match. The chef needs to understand what type of food goes with what. The taste was also very bland.

Overall a very disappointing experience.

Decent budget hotel. Near to kohinoor mall and Phoenix mall, this is the best hotel. Breakfast is ok, not many varieties. However, taste was good. No liquor is served here. Easily accessible and near to BKC with a 10-15 drive. Lot of autos and taxis are available from here for going anywhere in the city. Airport is 8-9 kms away

Stayed for 3 days at Kohinoor elite and its absolute superb. Rooms were neat and clean. Spacious room with great view even if its surrounded by corporates and residential. Breakfast and Dinner was great. They are rotating the menu well every day with Live counter too. Even if its 3 star resport, it gives you a feeling of 4-5 star hotels with service provided.

Very unprofessional bunch of people. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid, waste of money

The so called receptionist (night shift 8 pm to 8 am), his name is either Sherin or Sherwin or Shergin, with moustache, is very very rude. His way of talking was like a gali ka gunda, and his tone was so rude and cheap, that I regretted to book this hotel. Never ever step into this hotel if you see this receptionist. The way he talked to me was really rude and threatening. I wish the upper management takes action. I can provide video evidence to show his rude behavior.

Considering the price, food varieties r limited. For example - They didn't had non veg starter for Sunday dinner.
Same thing for Monday breakfast
However the food available was good in taste

1. Best thing about this hotel is their staff. Everyone does their job with smile on their face.
2. All 3 time Food is included.
3. We had 3 year kid with us, we asked to heat up food and the staff did it without any issue. We asked if they can provide food
4.15 mins away from US consulate, if you are traveling for visa stamping

I have faced numerous issues staying at the hotel. The rooms are decent, the location is walkable from my office, the food is eatable, staff does not bite.

But managers - Dinesh and Sumit are horrible to work with.

- I travel every alternate week and book my rooms in advance
- At 5 plus occasions they have taken booking on phone but are lazy enough to send confirmation
- They have varied rates for corporate and retail clients and they try to cancel corporate bookings without informing.
- Highly unethical and nontransparent people to deal with
- Make the payment if you book with them

Only elite thing about Kohinoor elite is in its name. Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Reception and restaurant staff is very rude. Food is of worst quality possible. Service delivery is pathetic. Will take half an hour to bring one Paratha during breakfast. Will put water in the dal during dinner. Will come to your room for laundary and specifically ask for four clothes and will later say that laundry is not included in your package and will charge you thousand rupees for that. No shower gel is provided. No dental kit either. In short worst hotel

Overall the experience was average. Staff behavior could be more friendly and supportive. Food was fine but there was no room service!

Nice rooms and good ambiance. Location very accessible for all places, for single & work stay it's one of the perfect option.

Nice place to stay. Best place to stay if you want to go to the US embassy. They give you a package which includes breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner.

Service, staff and food are still excellent but we paid a lot to stay here. I would have rented an apartment for a month in Mumbai with the amount I paid to stay here. Even after paying a big amount, our guest can't eat free.

Worst receptionist (night shift duty)! Very rude behavior and insulting. This guy needs to be taught how to talk to customers. He is insulting the customers and rudely speaking in vulgar language.

Kohinoor Elite is located in a residential area, the room rates include at a minimum, accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is nice, mainly a mix of Indian vegetarian and non vegetarian food, Internet speeds are decent. Rooms are clean, bit lack sandals and the AC cannot be controlled at the room level. The plumbing seems old, but toilets work. The water was hot when required. TV was mainly Hindi programmes. Irons and ironing boards are provided on request. The staff were all helpful. I would visit again.

I just want to warn people booking this hotel for a night stay, they are not 100% honest, first of all they included all three meals in tariff. All they gave us *packed food bought from some cheap local vendor*, below I've posted photos. Which could give anyone a serious food poisoning. The restuarant is not functioning so there is no fresh food been served. *They're charging ₹126 for a can of coke*

Rooms were not completely clean and sanitized, there was peculiar smell. I was highly disappointed by the hotel I had high expectations. We left before our check-out time. *I would not recommend this hotel, there are better hotels with better amenities and affordable rates*

The best 3 start hotel in the area. Cost wise it's cheaper as these people are adding awesome three times meals which includes Indian + Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner in the cost. The property is pretty and new + well maintained. Hotel is just build like any American stay hotel + drink and food launge. Free laundry service also part of package. The parking is limited but hotel staff will help you to find a perfect parking for your car in the hotel parking lot. So recommend this hotel if you are going for any visa or passport services in BKC.

They are a world in themself don't want to listen to others, no rules apply to them, they have there own rules.

It was well designed & nice hotel in Kohinoor City. Close to international airport & at a reasonable distance from domestic airport.good breakfast, lunch & Dinner & reasonable rates for beer.rooms are well maintained. Clean & hygienic. Service is good. Overall comfortable & nice stay.

In our room the walls were wet and with mold, which gave unpleasant smell. Very limited food and medium quality

Pluses
1. Sherin at Reception was good. When I arrived after dinner had closed, bless his soul, he filled me a plateful of food and sat me at the table.
Other Reception staff were helpful.
2. House-service is good. They cleaned up the toilet daily and replaced a soap and towels daily.
Now for the minuses.
1. Aggression
a) The driver who picks me up from the airport ; shows a lot of road rage and gesticulated at any 2 wheeler who crossed his Ciaz's path.b) The house-service boys were two bit, not-out- of- their- teens, schoolkid aged fellas. Is it good to employ so young boys at house-service or restaurant front desk?
c) I called house-service to give me some regular Assam tea bags; the boy gawks scared at the order. Finally he brings me the wretched masala tea bags, which I refuse to have. His colleague house-staff then makes a slap like gesture to him and explains difference between Assam tea & masala tea, all in front of me.
How would a) and c) look if done in front of some foreign guest?
2. No in-room dining / no room service available round the clock.
Someone who works on his laptop till late night and skips routine dinner, what will he do?
Why will a non corporate guest repeat his stay?
3. Breakfast buffet not up to the mark.a) No cheeses, no choice of omelettes was asked.b) Idiotic boyish waiter when I told him to make me a Latte told me in a jiffy, "Sorry we don't serve outsiders".
There is a proper way to inquire from guests, that idiot should be trained.
4. No English movie channels on TV except for only one which showed old B & W classic Hollywood movies.

There was no Food options in veg. In starters they only tandoori aloo, boiled pluses, salad cut that's it what if someone who is Jain or who does not like potato.they have no options for them at all & in main course also there was no option in veg.only one gravy Dal rice and Chinese gravy their fried rice and steam rice looked the same.the quality of food was also not that Great. I purchased the vouched on nearby which included unlimited mocktails.but I just received 2small glass of mojito.after that the waiter tells me the mocktails are over and they will not be able to server more.so why do they offer unlimited.even after I had confirmed my booking one day in advance.very poor service and at 10.25 their lights were shut.

It was a great experience. Kohinoor Elite gave an excellent service in taking care of me for 3days. The dining area has a good ambience for the guests who arrive. One of the best hotel experience I had in my life. Thank you Kohinoor Elite

Everything is good, accept approach road to airport it's very dirty and congested, some time you feel like that you will miss the flight. Traffic is horrible, take safer side one hour early to reach your destination. Sorry to say, avoid during peak monsoon season to stay away from this hotel

Good dinner and breakfast. A short ride away from airport. If you take sir India airport road can reach faster

Good Hotel with accommodation and food. The best part for business travellers that their package includes 3 times meals.

2.5 I would want to rate. Just as we checked in, my colleague found lice on bed.so I don't know how to overlook this fact. Also we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights of which 3 days the washroom was stinking badly inspite of getting it cleaned frequently. They only issue 1 room key and it was a huge dependency on hotel staff. Restaurant staff was cordial though. Breakfast layout was also average.

One of the finest business hotels in the vicinity. They also offer buffet meals at all 4 times- breakfast, Lunch, high tea, dinner. The service level is just AWESOME.

Nice hotel and good ambience rooms are well kept. They have their own in house restaurant.
The reason I gave it four stars and Note 5 is because when we went to visit the hotel the carpet on the second floor was really smelling bad.another reason is that the hotel management is not very Cooperative with wedding couples and if you plan to get ready as a bride or groom in one of their rooms they will not allow photography of videography. So do clarify on these details before you book yourself for room and plan to get ready there.

Kohinoor Elite is a wonderful little surprise in Kurla. The rates are inclusive of all meals as well as even laundry. That is great value. The service is excellent and the staff is very cooperative. The rooms are well appointed and equipped with all modern amenities. Location is central and it takes around 30-35 min to/from the international airport. All thumbs up. Worth recommending.

Excellent hotel, 5 stars! Clean, nice and spacious rooms with plenty of light. Lunch, High tea, Dinner n Breakfast is included in the package and food is awesome. They have variety of options on all the meals. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Elegant and well arranged hotel. The front desk, house keeping, food and restaurant are amazing. Food quality is really good.stayed here for a week.it was nice peaceful stay. The food is delicious and hygienic. Package include airport pick and drop and food which is hard to find. Very happy and satisfied with the ambiance of the hotel. Very busy hotel. Filled with guests.love to visit again. Staffs like chandrakant, Gulab Singh and Yash are very efficient and helpful.

It is nice hotel, nearby to USA Visa center. Food is ok ok however accomodation is good. One can stay for a day and finishes visa process as rent is bit costly.

Location is pretty good, very close to the phoenix marketcity mall, Kurla. Rooms are well maintained but overly priced.

We really enjoyed the stay, very neat and clean. The services are very good. The quality of food and the boys are there in restaurant are giving excellent service. Even for family its a good place to stay.

One of my live there and as per her this place is total opposite of actual Kurla means peaceful, not to much crowded, decent crowd.
