Kumar Resort

We attended Kumar Resort for Wedding occasion, therefore we didn't much experience of Kumar Resort, Room's are designed like every room have loft which is converted in Bedroom, Privacy is compromised.

All good a happy place vibes are good water park is awesome only one things about rooms i saw an passage always full of dirty bedsheets and always staff members are shouting at passage but over all quality of food awesome ambiance really good staff little bit not helpful but it's ok

The resort location are v.good and they have daaba and other restaurant also water park game zone

We had booked three rooms week ago but not allotted similar rooms. Not according to our expectations. Not received one room during check in time. Same was not ready. Room smell bad

It's not the same before. Way too expensive with everything. People looking for low budget trip stay away. Lonavla is not like before. Way too polluted and crowded

Here’s what bad about this resort
1. Called the bell boy n room service but no one turned up
2. Bathroom didn’t have a mug for kids to take bath
3. The place was literally leaking with a bit of unseasonal showers
4. Air con remotes didn’t operate in any of the 3 rooms we hired
5. No hot water
6. The water park was a bit of redemption but it had rusted iron pieces exposed in multiple locations
7. Construction is going on on the top floor

I wouldn’t set foot in this place even if I were paid to do so,

Too Much high Prize & Less Quantity Food & also Not much Tasty Lunch Food.
But Service is good.
Try to Avoid this Hotel

This is a perfect place to stay at Lonavala! It is the mid of lonavala and you can travel to any location from here very quickly.
We had visited tiger and lions point, Mapro Garden and they are quite nearby from this place.
It's room are awesome and service is also good.
You also get water slides access complementary with your room.
It also has a game zone for kids and dashing car for all!

You get morning breakfast complementary, however it is not so good, that is only the bad part about it.

Rest everything is great and if you're considering a good stay, you should surely consider this place.

It was under renovation building. Rooms are airy and individual balcony. Good food quality. Nearby Govt.transportation.

I just used it's water park, it used to be amazing but now always few rides are closed for maintenance

The games section is shut. Only dashing car is operational but there are no safety measures. My cousin got hurt will riding the dashing car as the belt was broken.

Easy to find location good water rides and swimming pool awesome game zone for kids and adults also restaurant available

1. Terrible attitude of the staff
2. Dirty stained bedrooms and beds
3. No proper housekeeping maintainance and cleanliness
4. Fraudulent with the billing. Asked to pay extra 3.5k where the staff has to bill to the extra demanding amount.
5. Terrible unhygienic food.
6. No proper internet facility. Wifi would be reachable to ur room only if ur door is open otherwise the wifi would not reach your rooms

It was nice experience all together but they have to do relating to lift service which is not working half of the time. Amenities and all perfectly fine but they have to allow swiming and all after 5 pm also most of the tourist feel comfortable during night.

Every good staff, good stay. Great food. In lockdown the food is available until 10pm only after that you get tea and coffee only. Some games in the play area are operational. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Nice stay. Would stay again.

0stars for management I won't recommend this resort at all worst service stale food, showers not working, appliances missing games not working water park closed I would recommend to eat babugosha instead

Very basic and average food and service. Between 12 noon and 4 pm more then half the menu is out of bounds so we are forced to either order what they offee us or politely leave.

Good place for family vacation & kids located on highway road while entering in Lonavala city

Because of the lock down, Rooms in the hotel are available but the water park is temporarily closed.

An amazing place to unwind your day with your family and friends. Transportation wise if you are coming by railways it would be very economical as its located walking distance away from station. Rooms are dependable on what you prefer and how much you want cost, from simple to luxurious one, they have everything. Water slides and rides are just amazing, even if you are not swimming champ or pro in it. I m saying you should keep your fear at bay and enjoy the slides and rides. They also have adventure rides but we were busy in water slides so that one we will cover it later on. In evening you can enjoy Amusement park, game parlour, play some dashing car or can watch wax museum. Food, whichever we tried for lunch n dinner was excellent in taste specially non veg as i tried that more. So come at resort and enjoy.

Had an amazing experience at Kumar resort. Staff is very polite and co-operative.they have restaurant too Food is very delicious.
Overall we had a great time here.if you are traveling to lonavala Do visit here once with friends and family.

Kumar resort is located right at the centre market of Lonavala which marks it to be very conveniently located. It has multi-things facilities to offer like water park, game zone, wax museum and delicious food at their in-house restaurant. The rooms are super class where I stayed was a super luxurious apartment kind of room with huge bathtub in the balcony and the view of colourful rides of the water park all to myself. If you’re looking for a perfect group or family getaway in Lonavala, then this is the best place to visit. Overall, I had an amazing and fun stay at kumar resort. Must visit.

Had breakfast here. Ordered pav Bhaji and coffee. It was very expensive and taste was okayish. Coffee was very tasteless and had no milk and sugar.

Where to start! This place is heaven. The staff working at kumar resort are the kindest and most friendly I have met, nothing was too much to ask. The room was so beautiful and beyond what we expected. The location is great. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel each day and it was damn yummy and delicious. They also have a mini amusement and water park which is really good to have fun time with friends and family have nothing bad to say about the whole experience.

Kumar resort lonavala has lots of games and small rides for kids. Also it has water resort to enjoy. Its located in the middle of the market.

Highly commercialised. If you are looking for pure fun and getting close to nature look elsewhere. If you want to just stay at Lonavla and quickly getaway back to mumbai then this is just fine

Dropped in for breakfast at the restaurant here early morning & our group enjoyed the various dishes available. Ample parking available here.

Very bad place with cockroaches everywhere, toilet flush leaking mosquitoes everywhere place very dirty. Total waste of money!

Very nice place for a family outing and one day picnic. The water park is not very huge but good for kids and suits the price. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is a gaming zone charged extra with a wax museum and 9D theatre. The restaurant is good as well serving most of the dishes at reasonable prices. It has Purohits chikki located besides the restaurant.

Water Park is fantastic! We visited in August and in rain still it was fantastic to be in pool, where they have baby pool, large pool and Rain dance area. Plus they have slides and other things too. But the resort lacked few things such as cleanliness in some rooms. Overall great place to have fun not so good for stay though.

Except water park everything is worst. Water park is Good. One of the worst hotel that I have visited so far. Used bedsheets were used with lot of dirty spots (Yuk). Room service is bad, Condition of room is Ok, Bathroom is good. Complimentary Breakfast is like they are serving the leftover food of night. It is not good at all, dont visit and waste your money.

I just ignored all the negative reviews of this hotel but after I checked in I came to know that there are negative reports of this hotel for a reason. Believe me the negatives are all true. This is the last option for a family vacation in lonavala. Smallest and the dirtiest rooms in the hotel.

It was a truly enjoyable and must visit park out there. Even d food there was very tasty. If u end up enjoying with empty stomach and u get the right meal on right time so it would b just like icing on the cake. I hv thoroughly enjoyed my day I wish u all would do too.

Worst water park. 50% of rides are not working. Water quality is worst. Do not ever think of going here. Worthless

I had bad experience here. We were group of 40 people, we had lunch here. It was costly, but we can know that from menu. But we felt cheated as quantity was too less, dal bucket was less than half in size, quantity was less than one katori. When we objected, manager said, 'hum ye ghar nahi banate, jo management deta hai wo hum dete hai'. Even waiters were rude. I not had such worst, unprofessional behaviour from long time. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Small space I went there with my colleagues and I was disappointed with the space and rides I felt like it doesn't worth the entrance fee

Nice place for weekends, a nice swimming pool included with a decent water park. Not suitable for Wedding functions. Main service area for Wedding too small.

The food qaulity is too worst.the drink which was odered had insects in it.raise your standards up to the mark. Can't recommend to others.

The rooms were in good condition and neat and clean, all the facilities in room like A/C, giezer, etc were working properly in proper condition. The food was nice and it's quality was also good. Service was also nice. Overall the resort was really very good and reasonable.

We visited GameZone. It's bit costly, you will earn few freebies but end up paying more for it. Kids will enjoy it.

Water park is good. You will have a great time when you are with your friends or colleagues or in a group food is ok.

Unhygienic bed sheet, comforter and towels were provided in the room, changed it but all looked same. Heavy smell of cigarette while walking in the corridor.
They have issue in providing hot water, had to wait long to get water dispensed from the tap.
Water park also have hygiene issues. They need to improve quality looking at the high charges. Sorry but will not recommend to friends and family.

Good place, from outside the place seems to be cramped but it has lot of entertainment area inside. Food is good.

Nice deluxe AC room.not satisfied with room service.have to take followup for that.we have not get bath hot water at the time of checkout.we complain about that but no one is there for solve the problem. So we have to left the place.and unbath.very disappointment.not up to the mark as they said.

Whenever I visit Lonavala / Khandala, I take a cup of coffee on reaching there. Their food is good and you can order as per your choice - without or less salt, assorted vegetables in butter and without gravy.
You can order for baby food even -dal, rice khichri (well cooked soft rice). Your orders will be adhered to with precision provided you explain minutely.
Girls over there take orders in a better way, this I have observed.

Do not let your guard loose if you are using kumar resorts games and entertainment area. Bouncing cars exploded in a ball of fire. I jumped out of the car and my gf got all the sparks on her hair. I could smell burnt hair. Never never go. I will be raising a complaint to check their documents.

Went to the place after getting feedback from one of my colleague that unlimited starter is available however when we went the underground section was closed due to ongoing renovation so we had to take normal dinner but otherwise I believe that the place is good from the feedback I have received and unlimited starter is available maybe sometime later I will visit again

Its located in lonavla city near sunny wax museum its came on the way to ins shivaji.these rooms are pretty cool and comfortable to stay there.they provides good services and there resort are enjoyefull
