Lakme Salon

I came from abroad and i called for an appt.according to them they gave me their senior hair stylist but i asked him to give me a cut where i dont need to keep blow drying my hair.

1. All he said was yes yes but he literally chopped my hair and i have yet to wash and see if it looks nice. I dont know how many years
Of experience raju had but i was not comfortable with the haircut.

2. Rakesh who washed my hair was superb and i highly recommend getting your hair wash and massage from him.

3. Had my pedicure with Ajay and i think he was the best person for the job. He cleaned all the dead cells under my feet. Highly recommend Ajay for pedicure.

As a whole i didnt really get the wow feeling for my haircut but the pedicure was fantastic and super. The person at the front desk just referred me to Raju the senior hair stylist instead of anyone else but totally dissapointing.

How do I give a lesser rating?
Worst haircut- cut it so much shorter than what I explained the look to be.
Worst facial - I have scars on my face from excess pressure while removing black heads
Worst pedicure - 2 days into it my nail paint has chipped off

I got short bob haircut from Nafees. It was exactly what I wanted. I am extremely happy with the service and hospitality by Nafees and everyone at Lakme.

I got mine and my daughter's hair cut done from Nafiz. He is excellent in his work. I'm very happy with the hair cut he gave me. He also recommended some products for my hair which ill surely try as he has already built a trust with his service. This was my first time with Lakme and bcoz of Nafiz its going to be ongoing im sure. I highly recommend this stylist. He is extremely good.

I get my nails done here from Ms. Khushi. She is just amazing.the amount of love, care and time she puts in is commendable! I would certainly recommend her and Lakme Churchgate for gel and acrylic extensions! ️️

Aashia did a really good job w waxing, I got full arms legs banana waxing done. She is extremely professional with it. Her service is really quick too and she’s very neat. I highly recommend going to her

Staff is not aware of company policies. They do not give full information while booking appointments.
In the salon the staff tries to sell services and products which can be very irritating after a point

When I visited for the first time, I had a good experience.but the second time.it was worst.they made me wait 50 minutes post booking appointment.plus they had no privacy arrangements.some guy just entered like that while I was having the service.and it hit me so hard.
I will never even think of going there again!

I just got a body wax, pedicure and haircut done. I'm very satisfied with their services, they have followed all aseptic measures during this corona pandemic. I did especially like the pedicure given by Praveen and the depilation done by Sonal, they've made me feel really comfortable with their services.

Amazing service! Very hygienic. They use disposable safety kits for every client. Safety is their number one priority. My favorite is Tanya. Her technique is really good.

This is my favourite salon. Mr. Hiten a senior hair stylist is really good at what he does. He exactly knows your requirements and will accordingly give suggestions.

Ms. Trupti is another lady who is responsible for skin care and is again very good at what she does. She will give good suggestions, knows what she does and is very friendly.

Definitely a recommended salon. And appointments are preferable.

The services at The Lakme Salon Churchgate Branch is awesome. You have to try Chandrakant he is really great. He has been with Lakme for the past 38 years. Thank you Lakme for the amazing pedicure service

Had been there for some basic services. Like Supriya. She was too warm and welcoming. Did pay proper attention towards detailing. Only 1 issue.had to wait for around 20 mins as their training was going on.

If there was a rating below that, I'd have given that to Lakme CHURCHGATE. They've ruined my hair by their cysteine offer. Initially the result was fantastic look wise.but their chemical composition was so degraded that they've cause me tremendous hair fall! From having little to no hairfall i lose almost 200-400 strands per day since this treatment! 2 days later my mother went for hair spa to smoothen her hair; Lakme as usual recommended some fancy expensive hair spa worth 3k & she faced the same problem of terrible hair fall! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED SALON! THEY ARE JUST MONEY MAKERS WITH NO QUALITY!
