Hotel staff is nice. Room service is good. Rooms are spaceous. All basic facilities are available. I had a pleasant stay.

Good food and ambience. Well maintained rooms with courteous staff. The location is slightly on the outskirts of Nagpur city.

Very bad service.casual behaviour of staff.at the reception we asked for a extra key where they made us wait and later they are checking the details but they are not ready to give a extra room key.only 1 staff is managing the reception with 4-5 guests waiting.room service also I ordered for Chinese combo the chicken fried rice came just with rice egg and chicken which type of fried rice is this and they forgot to give the full combo.

Visit this lovely restaurant in Nagpur. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. But food isn't that great. In particular the eggs and paneer dishes were disappointing.

The hotel staff is courteus and well trained. The rooms r clean and well maintained. The food spread is good and well prepared.
Only drawback is the hotel staff is hesitant in enforcing and ensuring covid protocols despite requesting them to tell their guests.

Nice place, little far from main city. Cabs take 15/20 minutes to reach, plan your cabs accordingly.

Best food - serves authentic and sophisticated Nagpur special delicacies including Saoji preparations and tari-poha for breakfast. Elaborate breakfast menu, courteous staff and spacious rooms.one of the best places to stay at Nagpur. City is 7 km around 10min away and stategic location for roads to tadoba, hemalkasa, wardha, pavnar, sevagram ashram (avoid all city traffic)

Most of the front office staff, manager & restaurant manager of this hotel are rude and untrained. They treat guests like a burden on their heads and do not exhibit any hospitality whatsoever. They are not even providing basic medical attention to those in need and are only worried about the income generated. This is one of the worst Marriott properties and 5 star hotels I've visited so far in India. I would suggest avoiding trips to the same. 0/10

I stayed there almost for 02 month, but not even a single day i felt like i should switch to some other hotel, having zero complaints.

I visited Le Meridien recently for a dinner. They had both buffet (1199 + taxes) and a la carte options. They had wide variety in buffet. The food was delicious and scrumptious. The service was fast and great. The staff was quite helpful and understood our order
They even helped us to order correct portions. The environment is well maintained. We ordered the food from kebab hut. They also have Breakfast buffet from 7-10am. The taste and quality of food is spectacular. Covid protocol was maintained by the staff which was great to see. They were courteous also the chef himself checked on us for feedback. We would suggest to try the Awadhi Biryani and Galouti Kebabs which are a speciality of the place. Good place for a family to have a dinner.

Rooms hygiene were pathetic, there was a bindi sticked into mirror as well as inside a wardrobe, At this covid time also they are maintaining basic hygiene.
Breakfast was simply wastage of money, there was a cockroach near idli sambhar section and black flies in curd, there was no proper response from staff also regarding the food quality. We ordered omelette but that was extremely salty, they have kept butter in an open bowl rather than keeping butter cubes, overall food taste and quality was very poor. We went outside near kasturchand park and had Tari Poha there which was extremely good. Restaurant Manager Mr Anand was another level irresponsible person I have ever seen, he came to us and asked about food, we told him we need pan cake without egg for which his staff has already denied, he assured us that once we will back from outside he will provide us pan cake, we have called restaurant till evening but didn’t get any response from him. We have called many times but he didn’t respond us at all.
Overall it was a horrible experience staying in Le meridian, we will prefer Pride hotel or Radisson next time.

Superb place to stay in Nagpur, greenary all around. Food is amazing, ample space to car park. 5/5 ratings for all the facilities.

For the brand it carries this place has so many underlying flaws, had it been any ordinary hotel it would have been nicer, but being Le Méridien and having such low standards is not given.

Very decent hotel only disadvantages is liquidated outside the city otherwise this service the rooms the maintenance of the rooms the washrooms stop behaviour excellent one who want to have relaxation and book this hotel and stay there the food in the hotel is also very good

The restaurant was very very good and as expected, but didn't like the hospitality of the hotel staff. Very weird behaviour, didn't even feel like a Marriott hotel. The attendants and reception staff needs to be trained better. Even the location isn't worth it. Would prefer Radisson/Regenta next time. Again, the Latest Recipe (the restaurant) was perfect. Would love to visit them again, but won't stay here.

While everything was as expected of Le Meridien standards. The housekeeping staff was very helpful in attending to our sanitizing demands which we were over cautious about. And a special mention for the Mutton Biriyani, I come from Lucknow, and this Biriyani was just really amazing. The chunks of and seasoning was something that was completely new.

I was attending a marriage function so not having much information on the property. The restaurant was closed for outsiders. Strict sop being followed due to covid.

One of the only two 5 star hotels in Nagpur. You get all benefits of Mariott group.

Food: 5/5 both breakfast buffet and in room dining. I suggest to try their mixed hakka noodles, butter chicken, saoji curry, alfredo pasta.

Location: Near Airport and MIDC. Though at outskirts little remote area.

Good place to stay. I had dinner (alacarte). Quite impressive food and to mention excellent service. Seamless check in and check out. I will come back to this place if I am travelling to or through nagpur by road

First They welcome you gracefully and then push you out disrespectfully.you can compare them With AIR ASIA service.staffs attitude and the exterior of this hotel more like haunted place.forced by my friends but then we regretted after going. Radisson is more better in each and every aspect.

Great Hotel with ample aminities for the city of Nagpur. The Hotel is well placed for Airport crowd but since it is far away from main city the town people would very occasionally visit. Good service and spacious rooms for stay. Approach to the hotel from the highway has to be improved a lot.

One of the staff entered my room using the master key (without informing me) and stole my ₹15000 worth apple Airpods which i had kept on the table. The management didn’t put much effort in trying to get my Airpods back. According to them the guy that stole it was ‘loyal’ since he had been working there for ‘4 months’
Is working at a place for only 4 months considered loyal? The management made zero effort to further investigate the matter. They kept saying that i had misplaced the item (which is not true.i had searched my whole room for 2 hours before placing the complaint and the only person who had entered my room when i was not inside was that guy) It was clear that they were trying to
cover the whole thing up to maintain their reputation. The privacy of their guests means nothing to them.

Very Bad experience for me here. They didn't turned on the centralized AC just they operated with portable AC. Food quality is avg.but too much expensive. You will get awsome food outside in good price.

Nice staff, great team. Everything was a wonderful and a great stay. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very courteous and friendly and go the extra mile to make you comfortable and happy. They have taken precautions against COVID-19. They're pretty safe and every small thing is being taken care off.loved my stay as usual. Guys you Rock loved the hospitality keep rising high

Not at all a good hotel. There is one staff who sits on front desk, that guy has a very casual attitude. I come to this hotel very frequently for work purpose and whenever I give him any order (especially for food) it never comes on time. I always have to call him twice thrice. Last yime also I gave the feedback but there is no improvement in the service.

Overrated Property

I booked here after getting misled by a couple of fluffy articles, which I now guess were probably paid for by the marketing division of the hotel! I am a Marriott Lifetime Platinum member and have stayed in a ton of Le Meridien properties around the world. So, I can say that this one lives upto what I expect from a Le Meridien in a tier 2 city. And it is a great value for money also. However the 3 star rating comes from a big amenity related issue that made me spend an almost sleepless night at the hotel!

LOCATION: If your primary reason to stay here is transiting to a wildlife park, then this is a great location, close to the highway and 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.

DINE + DRINK: They have a bar and good restaurant. The breakfast was a sumptuous spread with a good selection of local and international cuisine

ROOM: We stayed in 215, which was a huge Suite. So this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the greenery behind; SIZE: Huge Suite with multiple areas and bedrooms. It even came with a dining and kitchen area, Refrigirator, Microwave etc. And there were 2 bathrooms ensuite. Certainly a place that could qualify to be a Presidential Suite; AIR-CON: The Biggest FAILURE of the place! The room was so hot through the night and we just couldn’t get the temperature below 23.5 degrees! Spent a sleepless night and would never stay in this room ever again. ; BED: Comfortable and luxurious bed; BATHROOM: 2 separate bathrooms, each with a lovely Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa quality cosmetics from INNARA brand

FACILITIES: Very good Gym with a good range of weights and Cardio machines. Swimming pool was closed.

SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to ANAND and POOJA at the Breakfast restaurant for taking extra care of us!

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

COVID UPDATE: THe property has done an excellent job of ensuring safety, social distancing and hygiene to minimise the risk as much as possible. But the GYM needs to be more closely monitored and sanitized if they want to keep the place Covid case free!

Great place serene and appealing interiors and architecture, delicious food, events (corporate or personal) great choice, if business travellers can skip city chaos and enter calm place in the hectic schedule, jet lag can rest peacefully and get royal room service at convenience price place worth bookmarking you may not need find alternative there after checking at this place, worth the price seriously doc

Enjoyed my stay here with good food and prompt room service. Clean, well maintained and spacious rooms. This was perfectly located for my road trip to take a break and continue with my journey to Hyderabad the next day.

Came here with a friend. Very humble staff and professional too giving 5 stars for that and the services they offer. They provide almost all types of messages. Appointment booking is possible with a Phone call. Is really nice they accept nearbuy coupons. The massage rates are nominal. They offer discounts too, do check with them.
They accept cash, online wallets and cards for payments. I would recommend this place.

Good amenities and services, one of super place for stay n celebration. Well known place for official meeting, summit. Big banquate and delicious food. Desi food like dhokla bhaji misal pav offered was really good. One should not miss if get chance to be here n have food. Parking is concerned only here, I have to park my car outside.

This place is well known for its hospitality. I tried many types of dishes there and all were scrumptious and mouth-watering. The dish i liked the most were DAHI KABAB, KHAMERI ROTI, VEG BIRYANI & MOONG DAL KA HALWAand it was quite awesome. The prices are little bit costly but its worth it. The ambience was peaceful and perfect for family dinners. The service was prompt. MUST TRY!

Oh dear, what a pathetic indian food they serve. Its like the chef is cooking for the first time and experimenting on the dishes. It took around 30 mins for our starters to arrive (which were chinese and were tasty) in an empty resturant and another 40 mins for the maun course indian food.
There is no one starding around and you literally have to shout for the waiter. If you are luck se staff membet may pass by and convey your food order to the kitchen or else you yourself have to go and find someone who can take your food order.
You can order chinese, continental or any kid of food here, but NOT INDIAN.
Also, This place is not for you if you are really hungry coz u know, It takes approx 20 min for find someone to place order and another 30 mins to receive your order on the table.
Please improve your resturant services.

Although this is a 5 start hotel chain, and everything was nearly there but only one thing i felt, was a serious lack in hospitality.
Only Greeting someone each time you come across doesn't mean hospitality. The staff seems to be confused most of the time at the counter, at the buffet, Everytime i had a query people start calling each other, no accountability is there in any department neither the information about other departments. As it is a 5 star chain this is the last thing expected. I've felt more welcomed in a 4 star hotel chain. Hospitality needs vigorous work.

Hi, I had joined Punjabi fest at Le Meridian Nagpur, Mr Kashish Sharma is chef there & he had made Amritsari Kulcha, Chole Bature, Meshi Roti, All the stuff was Awesome, & also the panjeeri was really mind-blowing. Keep it Gyes.

I expected more from Le Meridien as a brand.but the mutton that i had in the bar was stale and difficult to chew.breakfast spread was pretty standard.nothing much to talk about.room cleaning is poor.there was a lady hairpin and safety pin lying on carpet and it kept being there for all 3 days.i am sure if i can see it from 7 feet other can also.

Service n hospitality was amazing.
The ambience is so relaxing n refreshing.
The food here is like come again soon yummilicious delicious.

It's a very pretty property. The staff are super sweet.irsbvery close to the airport and away from the rush of the city. Rooms are comfortable. Food is not the greatest, but quite adequate.

Amazing. Very helpful and friendly english speaking staff. Breakfast is a wide range of daily fresh foods and a kitchen for special orders like eggs. Rooms are spacious and clean and most importantly gorgeous. Great experience.

Pathetic hotel. I had ordered for food 1 and a half hour back but I still didn't manage to get it on time. However when I checked out, I got the wrong order. Very unprofessional
