I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Hinjawadi, Pune, India, and overall, it was a delightful experience.

The hotel's location in Hinjawadi is convenient for business travelers, given its proximity to the IT hub. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was welcoming and courteous throughout my stay.

This hotel offers excellent customer service and convenient parking. The modern rooms and suites are tastefully decorated with all essential amenities. The friendly staff and well-maintained facilities, including an outdoor pool and gym, make for a delightful stay. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

It was my very first visit to this wonderful hotel. The ambience was extraordinarily great. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were spik and span and very spacious. I would recommend everyone to atleast give it a try once. I bet it will be a stupendous experience altogether.

It's a strictly okay hotel in terms of comfort. They need to relearn the meaning of hospitality as I was refused to be served plates and cutlery just because I had ordered food from outside. Cheaper hotels behave and serve better.

Slow check in
For two of us, only one bath towel one napkin and only one tea cup. Even shower cap was not there.
Asked to refill sugar, milk, tea but was done.
Till midnight nearby rooms were ordering food. Service lift was opposite our room. The wooden door was getting banged. Could not sleep till 1 30 am.
Overall service levels are poor.

I am giving this hotel four because of the value for money. U can book a room here for a decent affordable price. The amenities available are just enough for one to stay comfortably. Mind you this is not a hotel for a vacation. It is a hotel more suitable for business stays or stopovers.

Nice experience and clean property. Humble and helpful staff. Good parking space for your vehicle. The beds in standard room are bit small but all other facilities are up to the mark. Very quiet property even though its adjacent to the main road Hinjewadi Phase 1. Didn't try the food here but seems to be good.

There is a lot difference between other lemon tree and this hotel. Not up to the mark. They cafeteria is good.

Value for money. It's a budget hotel, so definitely it will not offer luxury. It's just ok for the price it charges. It's good for one night stay or two.

Worst hotel.with pathetic customer service.rude behaviour towards customer. ROOM AND BATHROOM FULL OF COCKROACHES. NOT AT ALL WORTH VISITING

Lemon tree hotels are a decent stay across their properties.
This one is located right in middle of multiple IT destinations and hence ideal if you have work in Hinjawadi itself.
Their food, specially Sambhar, needs improvement as it leans towards rasam but still not bad.

Worst staff no politeness at all whenever we go for dinner lunch we have to keep arguing with staff as pathetic delay in service

No food is prepared in time it’s always delay of an hour when we argue food comes

In couple room only 1 towel only 1 Cup is given no glass nothing

Even in restaurant section Crockery r limited when hotel has 70/80 guest at a time they just put 20/30 soup bowls as when ask for more reply always sir pls wait it will take sometime to come

Truly great staff who are very respectful.

Good space for official meets. Food was ok. Parking space limited. In vicinity of IT park. Best for guests.

Even the best suite is not worth the name. The chain has failed to mantain the repo for which it is known for.

I stayed here for 13 nights, and my overall experience was perfectly fine, I must add a heartful complement to their hospitality. It was pleasant stay with family. Apart from the complement, I must suggest the hotel management, even it has a royal restraunt but need some support for baby (Toddler) meals.

It's good place for business traveller, as hinjewadi most of the office are closed due to Covid.

Went for hotel experience got haunted house experience.

This is a haunted house not a hotel. Lobby has image with blood dripping in painting. It's depressing. Proper bill was not provided for restaurant. Room service was charged separately. Painting in room were depressing, painting in gallery were depressing and bathroom was creepy. Overall a great haunted house experience. And it's long lasting.

Worst! They even charge for toiletries for a Rs3.5k room which should already be included in the price of the room. A bottle of coke was charged for 250/- The complimentary breakfast.yuck! I would be happy if they would've just given me back my money. Not at all worth for money.

Ambience is really strange. Interiors are really depressing, it feels that they are not welcoming customers. Paintings are weird.

Beautiful ambiance spacious rooms, room service and food quality was good. Professional and soft spoken staff.

Not recommended during lockdown
Centralized AC will never be cool because of Covid-19.
Instead to pay 2500/day without AC better to sleep on the terrace. I have slept here while opening the windows. Maintenance is poor here i have fixed ceiling fan issue and many other issues.

Had terrible experience staying with lemon tree (hinjewadi, pune). Centralized AC not working. Suffocating atmosphere. Despite multiple complaints, still no fix available. Also refund/ cancelation refused by both hotel & make my trip (cancellation depends upon the concurrence from hotel). Also Mineral water being charged over MRP.

Everything was as expected. Quick room service. The options for breakfast buffet was very limited and disappointing. The overall stay was good.

Such a bad experience. Went to stay there at night. My partner had a medical emergency in the night and they refused to give us any access to the medical/first aid kit. After which they didnt pick up any of our calls, the whole night we had to go without water. Do disaapointed, I've stayed in multiple branches but never have I experienced this before

Worst food and service faced in lemon tree chain of hotel. Too expensive as compare to other near by hotels. Specially food was not worth for money

Room was good. However, they charge rs. 100 for empty place. These hotel staff gets jealous if we book the room online. They will charge you for everything at high cost.

It's an old hotel asking for a new hotels tariff. Food quality and service was great though the prices were on higher side. Stuff was courteous. Price for different things like cutlery are trying to get imposed on guests due to Covid. Even with a full house only 1 lift is operational which forced me to use the fire exit couple of times. Ultimately they should understand that Covid might be an instrument to extract money from customer but that also put a scar on your reputation which you have built for years till 2020.

Decent rooms, however smoking rooms are not differentiated hence the room was smelling of smoke.
Washrooms were good.
Lenin was Ok.
Breakfast had a small menu, but was good.
Staff is friendly.
Will call it a good budget friendly hotel.

Happily wasted my money on worst stay.
1. Staff was very much rude.
2. The room cleanliness was not, towel that hair stuck. Washroom had stains of ciggi.
3. Crowd was worst, females are unsafe here
4. Glases, plates was charged with taxes. Like the worst ever.
5. Room services was 1 hr delayed and extremely rude staff
6. Water was 40 plus taxes, like the worst. No biserli but patanjali water
7. Ac was not working at all
8. Corridor was filled with noise of ther staff who were talking loudly.

I am absolutely disappointed and surprised with the service, ambiance at Lemon Tree Hinjewadi recently.
Recently we were travelling to Indore and as a night halt, stayed at Lemon Tree Hinjewadi & that was our biggest mistake. Service was bad, cleanliness was not maintained. Rooms dont have any accessories like, water glass, kettle, toiletries etc. To add on this, when we asked for a glass to drink water, we were told it is chargeable. Yes you are reading correctly, glass is chargeable at such reputed chain of hotels.
We had chosen Lemon Tree, as we know its a reputed chain of hotels and we were definite that we will not regret  but contrary we were taken aback with what we got. Definitely not expected from such highly reputed hotel.
Very very disappointed. Would never choose this chain of hotel in future nor will recommend anybody to use it.

Infosys guest house which is known as ECC is one of the best facilities at Infosys. Employees coming from mysore dc get a stay here for one week. Staying here is very comfortable and cozy. There are proper beds, clean washrooms and all that what one would need for a pleasant stay. Even parents of employees can stay here on weekends when they visit their children.

Excellent room services. Everything will be clean and tidy when u return home from job. I really enjoyed staying in guesthouse. I am impressed with facilities infosys provide for their employees.

Great place within campus, delightful rooms and well maintained. Everyday it's cleaned with proper refilling of water, milk packet, tea, coffee, soaps, shampoos
They provide iron as well to be well dressed. Once you check in everything else looks good.

The accomodation is really great from Infosys. They strive hard to give better service to their guest and employees. Their services are like 5 start hotel.

Guest House in Infosys is only provided to Employees who are new joiners, Posted to Pune or to those who came here as client. Rooms are very Luxurious no need to stay outside.

This guest house is at par with some of the best International Hotel chains around the world. You have every facility available here from iron to a laundry at affordable rates. Food courts in the vicinity serve good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides there is a World class gymnasium, swimming pool, badminton court, football ground.even in my stay of 15 days I couldn't explore them all!

The suite was amazing with the perfect amenities. No issues with room service, they staff was really helpful and understanding. I remember the chef coming up to us after we were done with our breakfast and asked for our feedback and to contact him for any kind of food requests which felt amazing to me.

Very nicely maintained guest house. Daily cleaning of rooms and corridors. Nice and clean ambience of Infosys campus around.

Active and Polite staff.

Infosys is very prestigious brand and compare to its prestige guesthouse is very common. Not good enough. They have allocate 7 days stay for new joinee in free. But trust me you wont get any servuce free than stay only. Gym is chargeable, sports is chargeable laundary also. Not so impressed.

One of the best guests room you would ever stay. You would want to stay long once you visit here. The ECC is same as 5 star hotels. They have room service, internet, 24/7 hot water, AC, and a large lounge at the ground floor. All the new joinees as well as the clients are given accommodation here. The ECC also has a dorm for both boys and girls for the employees. Recreation facilities like gym, TT court, badminton court, yoga room etc.are also present.

Stay is cozy and comfortable, but the management is unorganised. They don't know whether a person is checked out or not!

It is not just any other ecc. It's a 3* hotel. You'll love it here. Atmosphere is just like pune, because it is in pune.

It is a good hotel for staying in.the speed of facilities and amenities given by the hotel is fast.the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well equipped with toiletries.the staffs are friendly and would help you when needed.altogether it was a good experience.

ECC in the Pune phase 2 DC offers really a comfortable stay. Has a gym and a restaurant on the Lobby level.

Great food good people comfortable cozy stay. Relaxed atmosphere with fragrance of Lemon making it lively. Restaurant is exceptionaly good with stars like Ashish Diwakar, Mgr Shashank and front desk Babita n Aishwarya, going extra to make your stay memorable. Loved it

My daughter traveled to india in a group students from the USA. Their rooms were unlocked by shadey staff and doors lwft ajar while the students left their rooms. At one point my daughter and her room mate were in the room when a staff member just unlocked the door and came in without knocking claiming he was gonna clean the room at 6pm. A staff member followed the girls around the premises while texting. The students are convinced the guy texting was the look out. Students reported to the GM, nothing changed. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I had visited along with my husband and we found it very nice and the atmosphere was calm.the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.i enjoyed my stay there.

Rooms are comfortable. Very good ambience. But service is not satisfactory. We had to call room service atleast 3-4 times and always had to wait for an hour to get our requests served.

Stays are good, food is good, services offered are satisfactory and the staff is really responsible and supportive and its clean.

Great Place to be in ECC guest house for a Person who is going to join Infy. They provide amenities of a 5 star hotels look a like with nice and spacious rooms. Cleaning and House Keeping is very good. No need to book in advance, you can show offer letter and check in at any time of the day.

I attended New Year 19 evening event in Lemon Tree located in Hinjewadi P1. It was a group of 8 people who came here to have buffet dinner and dance. Food and music in the pub was disappointing. Not at all near to any new year event. No disco lights, no proper DJ; moreover poor crowd. Though it was not that crowded but the people attending the party was completely ill mannered. Most of the food was not hot enough to taste good. I liked some veg dishes but non veg food was pathetic. I am not sure if this was a special case where restaurant was not capable enough to host a good event or this is the usual presentation in here. Sorry to say but I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Provides best services I never ever thought. Provides better services than the rooms at ECC's at Infosys, Mysore. If you want anything in the room then you just need to call to housekeeping staff, they will provide as soon as possible. The rooms are also large enough and fully furnished. This is not just like 5 star room but beyond that.

The hotel has lovely staff and it's well managed, I wouldn't say that this is a five star hotel, the food is average, the stay is average overall it's an decent hotel, you won't find any discomfort staying here.

Changing from 1* to 3* after the hospitality team as kept upto their word and have improved. Still waiting for the key team to check back on the other issues, and also customer handling should improve and the dining area.

Rooms sizes are very small. Not much of an issue though. But food quality was not good. Very spicy food.those who cant eat much spicy. Should avoid staying there!

Its a company guest house so everything is very neat and clean, the rooms and bed are cleaned and made daily. You get all the basic amneties and commodities like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, paste, tooth brush, coffee pouch, tea bags, powder milk etc. Also Internet connection is provided with LAN cables in each room. Also there's Gym, sports facilities, saloon, a restuarant inside the guest house building. Finally, there's not much to say, if you are already employed by Infosys you know it has world class guest house facilities and services.

It is a great hotel. I loved the experience, very nice and friendly room service. I was there during the time of ganesh chaturthi and the hotel staff had planned a big celebration dor all the guests and staff and I also took part in it. It was a great experience. The breakfast buffet is also fine and the gym and swimming pool are also satisfactory. The rooms come with wifi and fridge. The wifi was not the fastest but decent and if you need any extra services like iron box or hair straightener, the room service people will provide you with it. Very happy with my stay here.

It wasn't a delightful experience to start with, the bar area is not the biggest have seen in terms of real estate.
One can expect in house guests occupying the bar space in their casual wear, which wasn't a great addition to the ambience. Having said that the addition of a pool table and few other games is surely a good idea.
Although the outside seating is comfortable and relaxing, enjoying a few drinks and food by the poolside with the sky in view felt good.
Howsoever the food wasn't as great as we thought of, especially mushroom masala looked and tasted more like main course than starters.
It is worth mentioning that the staff was courteous enough to replace it without a lot of fuss, thumbs up to that.
With average taste of the starters that was served, ambience and hospitality, there is surely room for improvement.

Fantastic place to stay which is inside Infosys campus phase 2.
Very good rooms to stay, good housekeeping. Quite costly 985 per day no food included. And you to share the room with one more person i.e. Two persons in one room. Rooms are clean maintained provided with centralised AC which from 8 p.m. To 6 a.m. You have a T. V. Tea maker, one most important thing no smoking inside the room, if you do so smoke detecting sensors will shout loudly and you may get penalties for that. But yes you can smoke in the smoking zone which is just beside the building. Luxury rooms with cleanliness. Very good place to stay.

Behtreen hotel, gate bohot achchaa hai, uskey saamne se roj Mera office cab mujhe pick Karta hai, main gate se phase1 Infosys office bhi dikhta hai. And I am expecting, after this 5 star review, an invitation from this hotel.

The water for showering is of good quality.

This guesthouse is owned by the Infosys Facility team, a part of the Infosys. The staff and the facilities are way better than most of the three star hotels. Everything is just on your fingertips. The facility team make all the necessary arrangements for your comfortable and pleasant stay. Even they seek feedbacks.

All the Infocions and their parents and siblings. The employee can apply for accommodation through the online portal of Infosys and charge is also minimal.

The rooms as such are not great. The area of room is very less. There are no charging points near the bed and only one point is available near the study table. Rest all is very good. Amenities are world class.

The guest house is very clean and tidy.very comfortable and provides the service and accommodation like that of a good rated hotels. I enjoyed my every bit of stay here.

Facilty is good sharing rooms are available rooms are like 4 star hotels, Gym, badminton table tennis, swimming pool everu facility available for employees and his/her family. For family there is nominal charge for new joiner employees

Security and sefty of people is prior in Infosys campus, special care taken of foreign business deligate's at Infosys Guest House.

This is a huge Infosys guest house with almost 1000 rooms. Great facilities and amenities for guests and staffs. I wish they should also allow or provide wifi facilities in rooms too.
