Need a iron railing in staircase goes outside campus. I am a divyang person and can not walk staircase without railing.

The I Think Tower has a great environment, is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Huge premises but it is very far from thane station. Auto vala takes around 65 Rs. To reach

Access road is getting revamped. Hence slight difficulty in getting there. The security team is managing the traffic well though

This is a good commercial just behind the Viviana Mall. Service lift is in very bad condition it's just feel like anytime it will fall apart and there are two wing each wing have 8 lifts 1 staircase total 9th floor.

I think lodha Techno Campus is the place I had my office for nearly 2 years. It's located right at Thane. The office is well maintained and is accessible from many places. Viviana mall is just a 2 mins walk away from this place. There's a good street just opposite to the campus where most of the employees enjoy their afternoon meal. The parking, garden, lounges are quite good. There are ATM and other facilities too. Very nice place to setup your office.

An All-in-One premises where IT park is so close to a residential property with World Class amenities.
A prime location to work and so close to #kanjurmarg railway station.
However, commuting during peak hours on wheels make it a painful experience.
Altogether a well planned and structured property by Lodha!

Situated next to Yantra park at Majiwada Thane

Named companies are mostly have their head office at Vikroli such as CEDGE, WTW
Good maintained environment and parking available
Very close to Viviana mall and Jupiter hospital which makes it easier for employees to get access to range of food in the stalls within mall
Also it is easy to commute from anywhere within Mumbai
Majiwada is close to Thane railway station
Also bus facility available from iThink as per company policies

Lodha I Think is a corporate park situated behind TCS, and back side of Jupiter hospital and viviana mall, It is in Thane west majiwada, someone can reach here from Thane local train station by Rick with fare around 50Rs, Public car parking is not available in campus. There are 2 wings i.e. Buildings A and B.

Nice clean office location but with a very limited parking to offer. Entrance is narrow but security staffs are very good at handling those congestions.

Workspace check, lifts check, specious premises check.

Food is totally over rated so eating options are not required. Lots of people die in accidents every year so we don't want any transport near our location. Recreational places are not required because people come here to get stressed out and not for de-stressing.

Very big campus I would say.

Placed in the centre of the city and easy to commute all over Thane. Just one entry which is a big draw back. Too crowded and often leads to traffic chaos during peak hours.

If you are here for a visit or an interview you need to take a visitor's pass (Photo ID) at the entrance.

Floors having occupied so many IT, engineering & finance companies, which provides job opportunity for thousands of people.

Multi level car parking is very well planned and maintained.

It is a commercial complex made by LODHA. Beautifully designed from outside and inside. A very spacious campus design which catches the eye. Creates an excellent working environment. There are multiple MNC companies in this building more of them being engineering companies or IT company. Viviana mall is at the door steps of the building gate so that's an added advantage.

Bit inside from main road. No public transport to nearest bus or train stations. If your traveling from western surburbs, better travel in personal vechicle or pre arrange cab/carpool.

Well constructured and maintained corporate park at Thane. Some of the big corporate companies like Anchor Panasonic, HDFC Securities etc has their corporate offices here.

Of the class of Nirlon and other IT parks in Goregaon. Amazing infrastructure with great security forces. Ample number of elevators and good ventilation. The park has ample greenery around it and inside the park, which adds a nice look to it. The Parking is in the basement for those who work in the Park and also on the ground level for those who visit the Park for Official Meetings. It is just behind Viviana Mall and maybe a bit tedious to locate it, but right now the road widening work is in progress so it won't be much of a hassle to locate it in the near future.

It's a office space have limited parking space. The drainage system of the building is very bad. It's an expensive office space with bad drainage.

This is a place where large number of MNC is having their office space.
At 9.00 pm it is very crowded as lot many employee reach their.
Anybody in Thane and Near about Thane can look for job to save their commuting time

Nice place, but not safety in after 8 pm.some criminal are there.please avoid this place after 8 pm

Head offices of many big companies including Tata Capital, Willis, C-edge, Future Generali and more.

Conjusted to road to reach here, jaam in morning and evenings.having said this, the property within compound is spacious and ample place for parking.

Excellent infrastructure for business and IT farms. Good parking space and security services. Adjacent to the popular Viviana mall. Though it’s a good building, it lacks better approach roads.

Good office place. Quite and clean.
Close to Viviana mall. Parking lots available but yet not allow visitors to park.

It's an IT park with 2 residential towers. Just behind Viviana Mall. 5 mins walking distance from the EEH.

Good infrastructure however the road connecting the property are not good enough, it takes 15 minutes to move 500m
