The atmosphere was very chaotic. Food has lost its taste. Butter chicken the most famous dish of luck lacked taste. Tasteless. And service waiters themselves ask customers for tips.

I had ordered chicken biryani through Zomato and they provided left over food. You can see in this photo that they added only bone in the given portion. Restaurant was not ready to take the respond of it. I had to trash the food. Please ban this restaurant who serves poor quality food.

Went to hv a cup of tea and chix grilled sandwich and parcel a chix biryani.
Asked fr black tea with separate sugar n milk.
Got me bitter milky tea
Jamal the steward was jus disinterested in service.
Gav me cold grilled sw that too in a box. I asked why not in a plate. He jus took a plate and dumped the s/w on the plate and put it in front of me.
Biryani parcel came even before tea.
Lucky has always been a place with pleasant memories for me.
All ruined by a disinterested steward.
Management were polite and apologized.

Tried the Chicken Tikka Biryani.it was dry, tasteless, overpriced. Wasted my time and money. UnLucky to eat at Lucky

We ordered the hyped famous chicken biryani which was okish. We also ordered malai chicken tikka which was better than biryani, the chutney also served with the starter was not good.overall hyped and expensive restaurant.

Service is slow as many customers visit. We got our food after half an hour. Tried chicken schezwan fried rice which is ok in taste. Reshmi kabab were tasteless even the green chutney served with it was not tasty. Nearby bandra station.

We had been to Lucky restaurant Bandra west. And had ordered pahadi kabab, biryani and chicken tikka roll
Biryani was very good, Pahadi kabab was the worst. I have had pahadi kababs in many restaurants but this was the worst amongst all.full of green colour.
I would say when you charge so high atleast the quality and taste should be good.
The chiken tikka roll again for Rs265 was not at all hot taste was also ok.
Cannot expect such a third class quality of food from a restaurant like lucky
I had heard a lot about this restaurant and had travelled almost 18 to 20kms one side to have dinner but I would say it was totally waste. I myselft will never visit Lucky restaurant Again. Would suggest if you guys dont want to waste your money please dont visit.
Only their Biryani is worth having.

Standards have really fallen down. Yesterday had worst biryani at a heavy price at Lucky Bandra. Old rice and hardly any chicken in the biryani.

Ordered few options for two
1. Kalamiri chicken kebab 4/5
The taste was authentic to its name, liked it.
It was spicy tho
2. Chiken tikka biryani 4/5
Great biryani with perfect quantity for two
P. S.we ordered only half biryani, the waiter suggested to go for full as we were two
But note that half is sufficient for two average eaters.

Food was good though chicken tikka biryani was not that good, Also quantity of full rice is too less. Chicken fingers was awesome my kid enjoyed it. Want to highlight the waiters were inactive bocz of it service found downgraded and that is the main reason for giving 2 stars

They don't deserve 1 star also the food is pathetic nd waiters are to rude we ordered chicken biryani nd the rice is overcooked when I complaint about the biryani the waiters says biryani ko dum lgta h aisehi hota h bt the rice is overcooked bt he is not ready to accept it. Guys if u thinks this is famous restaurant bt let me tell u the food is not good and I don't no why people's are giving 5 star to this restaurant.

Nice restaurant. It gives you feel of classic mumbai restaurant. We ordered chicken roast sandwich and special falooda. Sandwich was very tasty but falooda was not upto the mark.

The place is good for small gathering. Biriani is Maharashtrian style, spicy. Ambiance is ok for office lunch & friend.

We had Mutton samosa, mutton cutlet, kheema pav, and mutton biryani here. Ended with caramel custard. This is actually as good as the hype suggests. A must have food experience.

All time favourite. Whenever we go from Pune to Mumbai, we have lunch in this hotel. We just visited this place few days back. We ordered for mutton Biryani, chicken Biryani, chicken sezwan mutton Handi and naan. The chicken biryani was not as it was earlier but the chciken biryani was awesome.

The food again is phenomenal, the classic biryani a dear dream. Anyone with a difficult to please palate, this place will definately check all your boxes!

Iconic restaurant of Mumbai, bust most of the times. This place has been patronised by celebrities, Sachin, Salman Khan are some of the celebrities who have been here. The Biryani is average, strange enough found the home delivered Biryani better than the biryani served out here which is bizarre!

I just had a chicken sandwich and mosambi juice which was good. The waiter was very abrupt and it seemed that he wanted to me to vacate the table in a hurry, at one point he actually told me that there are other customers which seemed odd because I couldn't find any customer waiting and there also was another table vacant near me. I was really upset by his behaviour and hence this will be my first and last time at Lucky's.

Yesterday I ordered chicken crispy in Bandra West Lokhandwala Bldg, the chicken crispy was very dry and no taste in food

Lucky Restaurant in Bandra (W) Mumbai serves Literally Worst Quality of Cakes. The Cakes & Pastry in this Hotel are Tasteless, Pathetic the hotel staff is also not cooperative n friendly to its customers they behave like as if they r givin Free Food to its Customers & The Cake Prices are very Costlier n Higher as compared to the Quality given by this Hotel. This is my Honest Opinion Review as a Customer. Think twice, before u buy any Cakes for Birthday or any other Occasions no value for money at all

Hands down the best place in bandra to have Biryani, be it mutton or chicken.
Their other dishes are succulent too. The right amount of spice and flavour. The prices might seem expensive but trust me they are reasonable when you take your first bite.

Had ordered for Tandoori Chicken. The chicken was delivered within 45mins to my surprise. Not that it was cold or tasteless. Good portion amount served. Relished every bite of the chicken. The Chutney served was also fresh n tasted good.

Horrible chicken tikka biryani there is no chicken I got Potatos in biryani and test like steam rice very bad i don't want to give 1star also pls don't order from here it's waist of money.

I went to 'Lucky restaurant' amidst the heavy pandemic in Mumbai. All the locals guided me to the best Iranian restaurant in Mumbai. And so I was there. The restaurant was not too crowded cause of the pandemic, I sat down and look through the menu, the waiter helped to pin down some of the best dishes. Then came the owner with a very polite behaviour. He told me to select one specific dish to begin with and work my way through. And it's safe to say that I was not disappointed. I had this amazing chicken along with great rotis, Irani chai and then onto a mutton biryani. And I ended it all with their caramel custard.
I was so impressed with their food, I went back a day later snacked a different part of their menu.

I Just wanted to say yesterday i ordered Tandoori Khepsa and Chic. Chilly Khepsa and It was BEST! ️

The staff behavior was very rude and after having a tea of 84 rs ;still they didn’t served me a hot water when asked for. I have never experienced it in my life before

Good place to hangover but biriyani is not at all good, full of masala and not spicy and gravy is very oily.
There is no raitha or anything else is offered with biriyani, it's pale.

Had the famous Lucky biryani. The service was fast. The chicken tikka biryani was better than paneer tikka biryani but both were spicy.

It's good if you have money.food is good. Looks old but that's the ambience.
I had ordered Hakka noodles it was delicious.
But if you are high on budget then just visit some place else. It ain't worth it.
But overall its a good place to dine with friends or family.

If it's possible the Biryani has got better the garam masala does not hit you in the throat. The service in the AC section is comparable to all good Moghlai restaurants in Mumbai.

Lucky restaurant is one of m favourite restaurant. I love mughlai food here. This restaurant have both veg and non veg food. Chinese, mughlai, kabbabs, rolls, desserts, cold beverages like milkshakes, ice cream and many more. This best restaurant for non veg lover Specially and good family restaurant. This restaurant have both AC and non AC section. Chicken biriyani is very popular here. But m favourite is butter chicken. The quality and quantity of food is good and the food here is really tasty.

Food is good and it's at the corner of the road, so easy access. But it remains overcrowded most of the time I visited this place. I avoid this place while visiting with family.

The light bite menu is great to go for. Chicken sandwich with a coffee, well that's a good choice for evening snacks.

Awesome place to have Hyderabadi briyani's. Especially during Ramjan special items they introduced very special menu over here.

Went after a long time. The place now looks bigger and more open. Didn't have to go to AC section. Taste is fabulous as always. One of the owners greeting and ushering guests at the entrance adds to the experience. Good job guys. Keep it up.

Pathetic food, We Ordered Chicken Kalimirch kebab found hair in it, though we get few kebabs replaced but that was not Kalimirch kebab only rosted chicken. Then we ordered for Chicken Biryani but Waiter said it is finished we only get Chicken tikka biryani other types of biryani we can get only in mutton. So we take chicken tikka biryani which was bland in taste then we ordered for Chicken kepsa biryani. After looking at it we all amazed how can kepsa is served with chicken fried rice and Chicken schezwan tanduri pieces as a kepsa. When I asked Waiter why it is in Chinese style preparation he replies "aisa hi hota hai kepsa".
Over all Bad experience

They say they are the best biryani in Mumbai but they are no where near a good biryani.the taste is average, honestly nothing great about the biriyani.the staff is not very welcoming and not very polite.so keep your expectations really low when you visit this place.

This time around, we tried having a full plate of "Chicken Kepsa". This dish will fill you to the brim, so make sure that you go there hungry AF. One full plate shall easily suffice a hungry group of 4 young people and 5-6 of middle aged people. Light on the use of masala, with a delicious piece of chicken inside.
