As it is very close to RCP was well stay over there.

Guest not allowed.they should visit during visiting hours like hospital.very poor management.rooms are average.

This hotel is great because every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff are eager to help & welcoming! Comfortable stay, very clean-posh rooms, staff always on their toes.
The best part is its food. The buffet has ample options, the taste makes it clear the preparations are fresh & the oil unused. Serving staff remember your choices & serve even before you ask. Their General Manager Gunna Babu ensures guests are attended to even going beyond their call of duty to customise the experience. We had forgotten gold chain in hotel room & GM Gunna Babu proactively informed he has it safely with him. His upright professionalism made us so much feel at ease that we went to collect it later without rushing.
We went to stay there again & had to leave early in the morning leaving kids in the room sleeping. GM Gunna Babu kept checking on the kids & when they woke up, served breakfast even after the hours were over & that too at the room. We were so much at peace upon knowing this from the kids. It truly defines "home away from home" which customers always say about this hotel. Staff makes this place what it is, otherwise a hotel is nothing but a mundane building of concrete. Thank you to the entire staff of Sarovar Portico led by GM Gunna Babu. We'll come again.

It is close to Vashi APMC market so it’s a very conveniently located if you are travelling for work and your work happens to be in APMC market.

Rooms are good and they even upgraded me to a suite. They need to work upon cleanliness a bit.
Also food can be improved a bit.

Overall it was a very decent stay.

No valet service. Food is very average, washrooms need maintenance and proper cleaning. Over all experience is not up to the mark.

I enjoyed my food, plus gud service.what els u need pls try Thai food it's definitely recommend

Worst experience at Mahape Sarovar Portico

I want to provide my feedback on my today’s experience at your Mahape Navi Mumbai hotel.
I reached with my friends at 1: 00 pm, we were the first customer to reach for lunch.
Your manager denied for any discount as due to lockdown already there was impact on business.
I can understand this and hence not asked for any more discount.
Then we seated. The air conditioning was not working, lights were off, after we told them they switched ON,
This should be done by them once we reach.
Here is my feedback—-

On food quality —- worst

On service —- worst

Even onion and lime we have to request

Finger bowl we have to request

Food service total time was 3 hours which is worst worst and only worst and your team has exhausted our 3 hours

The overall problem is with manager and not on service waiter as waiter can serve as manager tells him.

Three more groups come after us and went back before us.

I am writing here to inform you that on my life I will not visit Sarovar Portico in any city now onwards.

Total disappointment.

Good place to stay, nice rooms, bridge view out of window glasses, gym available, parking facility available, but food taste should be improved

What to tell? Cozy good place to stay in this Covid time. All protocols perfect in hotel. Very nice simple people

I suppose to give Negative Rating, The complete management like sit, unmanaged, unprofessional team from Start to End, They Dn't know about the services, all team take excuse from there work.
For Hotel Interior like 1 star hotel, horror flooring, washroom with hanging curtain, Bed have like an stone sheet. Don't spoil your traveling with them go with another one.

Located at the T-Junction formed by Shil Phata Road and Central Road N in Mahape, Majestic Court is one among a slew of business hotels catering to companies littered around the Mahape area. It doesn't register as something particularly different from the rest at first glance. An reasonably spacious front yard that also doubled up as parking space welcomes the visitor first. Everything from here onwards has the mark of unfussy and casual elegance.

The interiors are distinctly that of a mid-range business hotel. The reception folk finished the check-in process at 2300 in about 5 mins and were generally friendly. Our room was on the 6th floor and we had a fairly good view of Koparkhairane and Mahape.

We'd booked the Superior Room which mirrored my thoughts on the hotel: excellent but nothing beyond what you'd expect from a business hotel of this kind. Given the price difference between Superior and the next category, I'd say Superior is more than sufficient for 1-3 night's stay. We had only 1 request (toothpaste) and were serviced promptly by the reception desk.

The king-sized bed is comfortable despite having a harder sleeping surface than most hotels of its ilk. Worked well for me. Great linens and well maintained. They had a few eatables inside the room which, if opened and consumed, are charged to the customer upon check-out. Unwittingly, we had a packet of cashews and almonds! The room had an excellent washroom to top all this and with wet-dry area separation.

The next morning, I had the free breakfast here. Again, a rather adequate affair with a decent range of items without being memorable. The sabudana vada, thick sambhar and idli were the highlights for me.

Excellent place for quick access to the companies in and around Mahape/Ghansoli/Airoli/Koparkhairane.

By the heart I don't feel its hotel of sarovar group. Its bad inexperienced staff and hospitality.

Worst hospitality ever. No proper communications done between people working in different shifts. A person name Ajit took our booking. It was worst experience and decision taken ever.

Highly not recommend.
Worst service provided by their reception man and laundry man.
Bath mat was got one satin by us and that was easy to removed, however their laundry boy said that this cannot be removed, you have to pay for that, so we paid the money to hotel for that bath mat
However, today we washed in washing machine and in one go everything has been got cleaned up
When we called them back, tbeir reply was so surprised that we can't do anything now
Totally pathetic management

Worst management. Lack of professionalism. Ajit was one who took our booking for first night surprise given to my sister. We paid them Rs 5500 for suite room. But all because of lack of communication between Ajit, Vaibhav and Virendra. The surprise was ruined by them.

They kept on begging for ID proof which was not earlier informed. The package included lunch and breakfast for guest. But they were asked to pay them. Luckily they gave us a call and we informed them that it was included in package.

Later we came to know bad experience faced by guest. No proper handover given to staff working in different shift. When the same was escalated to senior person name Jitesh bhanushali. He started defending his staff. You can really find such untrained people when the senior like him lack the managerial skills. He was going to have meeting with his staff and give a call to solve the issue. But I am still waiting for a call.

A very nice hotel with modern infrastructure and amenities. But no proper handover given to staff working in different shift. Very bad service.

Jitesh Bhanushali you really need to understand what wrong was done and what can be corrected. Rather than defending your employees. Your managerial skills can be seen from employees (untrained) working under you.

Excellent Staff, special mention to Shreyas from front desk and Manager on duty.had some monor issue which they both personally handeled took time to take feedback aswell. Our room was changed aftet that. Breakfast was amazing. Buffet taste needs bit of work. MMT was also, quick to respond, Thanks a lot for making my lil getaway peaceful by the end. Kudos Make My Trip (Aman) and Majectic Court Sarovar Team.

I usually visit my friends or ex colleagues who stay here on their official tours.
I know the reservation staff pretty well.they're quite supportive.
Food is above average and at times pretty good.

I liked their food, services, cleanliness, location.
But their plumbing has problem, sometimes it fills back the lavatory in the night, few mornings the wash basin water were durty for atleast an hour or more.
Wifi sometimes gets very slow even pages don't load.

Food Quality needs Improvement. Hospitality and Guest welcoming is really awesome. Services towards food service is really memorable. One of the best place to attend with Corporate Colleagues.

Went here today with my family to celebrate my Dad's birthday. Had buffet dinner. It's awesome. It offers a great variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. 2 starters each from veg & non-veg, Soup (veg, non-veg), Pasta, Chinese (Noodles and Manchurian), Main course (chicken and mutton variants), deserts (mousse, pastry, ice-cream), fruits.

Frontbdesk and banquet person was extreamly courtious and explained the packsge in detail wonderful experiance

This is a 3 star hotel (probably). I attended a training seminar here arranged by my company. The food and other services provided were great. Good clean place as you would expect from a hotel. I have no idea of rooms quality and rates as I have not booked it and experienced the same.
