We had been through MakeMyTrip, Nagpur. They are extremely supportive and helped us in carving our itinerary for a tour in Thailand. The pricing and coverage had been reasonable. Ensure that you visit their office in-person for discussions in Nagpur. Kudos to Archana ma’am for helping us!

VVV. Very bad customer service never received email reply and customer care never pick call.

They will also never reply the email.

They were good when you walk directly into their office but barely picks up phone and office is also in very small apartment. Moreover don't bring four wheeler as there is no space to park it.

Horrible experience. The guy attending my query was too arrogant. He himself did not understand any policies of MakeMyTrip. Did not address my issue well. Pathetic service.

We just had a honeymoon trip to Maldives we stayed in Adaaran Prestige Vadoo, it was really a great experience. Thank you very much to Archana for guiding and supporting me throughout the process. You guys have helped me starting from the information and throughout the trip. Thanks for your support and this trip has been successful just because of you guys. It's very hard to do darshan, If u don't go early I went on sat so it was too crowded we went inside spend some peaceful time and came out, we were not able to go ij as it was too crowded and we were in hurry to plan in here u have to give it 2-3 hrs
