I completed my trip on 29th april. And there's this guy Mr. Ravi who told me that Amazon pay voucher will be provided after completion of trip and still didn't provide me any voucher. Even his answers and replies are rude, irrelevant. When I was asking him from 2 months that i didn't received voucher. He just said you will receive and now when I called him, he said I was at my village for 2 months I don't know about that. I prefer not to visit and especially this Mr Ravi he is total scammer

We had booked a taxi on 25 July 2022 for visit to Shirdi on 27 July. Time for reporting was 7 AM but till 8 AM, booked taxi has not reported. Make my trip has become most useless agency as on date

You can get very good service for any tour related information, guidance, help to arrange your trip with families or in groups, visa related documentation, World travel information, and many more tourist help. It is located near Vashi railway station, very convenient place. Thank you Mr. Ravi for giving us homely support while booking the trip.

I'm booked this trip through Mr. Ravi for my brother. He give to us extremely support while booking the trip. Not only he provided his support on booking but also give his best service till our trip over. He give his personal attention on from checking, check out till food service also. Very bad company please don't use it. Worse experience not yet refunded my even though my flight was cancelled.i had book my flight in month of october n that was cancelled.

We booked this trip through Ravi and we enjoyed our Kerala trip allot. We got very good response from him while booking this trip.

PNR: EBG2FN Go Air cancelled our ' flight which was on 6th June.done our booking through make my trip And now they are asking extra amount to get it rescheduled to some other day and if we are trying to reschedule the date they are asking the whole amount again On top of that, their customer support is unresponsive of both make my trip and ho air and there is no way to get any information from them. Absolutely terrible service of make my trip. They are trying to take advantage of people in this pandemic situation they are keeping the money of cancelled flights and no replies from them shame on make my trip and go air both are acting as a thief in this pandemic situation taking advantage out of peoples.everyone should start taking legal action against them. And make my trips employees they don't even know anything about the status of thd flight such a pathetic service they just take service charges and don't provide any service instead they will ask you about the flight status disgusting service I don't know why they are running such a pathetic service company their customer care will assure you that they will get back to u within some time but will never get back to u and they will hang your call if you try to connect to them
