I would like to share my feedback for the recent US West coast trip.

This is my third international trip with MMT and I just love it. It has been perfect right since the beginning. US is a dream for many middle class Indians and having it planned well is just absolutely necessary.

Thanks to Shoaib from MMT, my trip was planned and booked very well. Shoaib was very patient and helpful throughout. He was always approachable and available even post the booking which is a rare quality with tour consultants.

When it comes to Malaysia tour booking, MakeMyTrip is the top choice. They offer competitive prices and a wide range of options to choose from.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the way they handled my child's booking. They failed to verify his age correctly and booked him as a child, which caused me a lot of trouble and expense. I had to buy a new ticket for him at the last minute, which was very costly. Moreover, I did not receive any assistance from MakeMyTrip, and only the airline staff were kind enough to help us. I find their after-sales service very poor and unacceptable.

Everything was well planned and staff was always on hand to answer any questions.

I had booked my air tickets on 23rd Jan 2019 via Make My Trip for a flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai on 26th May 2019 which got cancelled as it was a Jet Airways flight. Even after repeated follow up I have not yet got my refund inspite of the fact have I have been a regular client. They have got the refund but are not paying the clients.

I had visited make my trip office in Andheri East to apply for Singapore visa last month. And finally today it got approved
I m using mmt since past few years and most of the time I have got some great deals on hotel and flight booking.

It's not their office, the issues don't get resolved here. All we can do it go there and ask to watchman or receptionist to call their customer care. This is how it works. You have to have so much time and patience because you have to wait until the fore person has finished the talk over Phone and then it's your turn.

Good for travel bookings. However since I did the online booking I was told to submit passport and other documents either in person or via courier. I drove all the way from Pune to Mumbai for this since pune office wouldn't accept documents for online bookings. So you better keep that in mind while doing bookings.

Staff service its like chu? They are not receiving any call or they are not respond any massage. Since i am calling 10 days. Worst staff service.

Most worst experience. Office is located somewhere else. Wasted my time by 2 hours searching for it

Fairly decent service but can improve with better training. Yet to match Thomas cook standards in terms of customer service.

All I say is simply superb, they have been providing services to me for the last 3 years booking air and rail tickets, hotel bookings, car rental services​ and many more. The service are superb, hassle free travelling, cancellations have been a worry, refunds credited on time. Discounts offered on hotel bookings are terrific. Thank you MMT.
