And when I raise compliant they said I should have called them

Totally pathetic service, they are fraud and doing scam with people

It was a very well coordinated and well managed trip with no hassle at all. Few suggestion on improving food quality during cruise and dessert safari. Also there are better cruises in Marin area if I compare with falcon oasis so pls look into that. Makemytrip local franchise in Pimple Saudagar was very supportive during the trip.

We had an amazing tour experience with MMT. Everything went as per the provided trip plan and the cab driver was also very coordinating and helping throughout the trip. The cab driver was very punctual with very good driving skills and he followed all the traffic rules, eventhough it was a long journey we never felt any kind of inconvenience. We thank him for giving us all the information throughout the journey of places. Safety was the main concern for us as it was girls trip but we felt very safe and secured. Overall the trip experience was very relaxing, organised, well planned and secured.

We went to Dubai as a family of 6 for our daughter’s 2nd birthday. The planning was good. Hotels were good, sightseeing was good, transfers were good when they were private.itinerary planned out by Shubhangi.
Lacunae- they failed to inform us that tickets for museum of future in Dubai have to be booked in advance. When we reached there as a part of city tour, tickets were sold out till April 17,2023. We had booked the tour in February 2023 itself, so had they informed us, we could have bought the tickets and been inside.
Timings of visiting Dubai frame were off. During Ramadan, timings are 11: 00 am to 7: 00 pm only. They failed to inform us that. We went around 9: 15-9: 30 am as tour started at 9 am and could not even enter the premises, hence making that a huge waste of time and money. Global village is a nice place but not worth spending 4 hours (different people have different preferences) and there was no alternative bus taking tourists back so the option is either you get stuck in global village for 4 hours or take a taxi and leave.
Miracle garden is a very sunny place. Go there either early morning or near sundown. I don’t remember seeing any specific Ramadan timings there so, that could also have been planned better. Miracle garden and Global village back to back is an extremely hectic affair and should not even be planned on the same day, let alone back to back.
Seat-in-coach transfer drivers don’t communicate with you at all via WhatsApp. Neither do they stand there in front of hotel lobby, hence, in spite of reaching hotel lobby 5 minutes before pick up time, we ended up not being able to find the driver for miracle garden trip. WhatsApp calling doesn’t work in Dubai hence, it can be a huge problem. The communication should be improved.
Communication regarding preferred mode of payments everywhere (cash or card) was not made
We were not informed to state everywhere that we are tourists, because if you tell that, they take your passport and give you a bill accordingly and you can reclaim VAT. If passport is not given while billing, you won’t get that VAT refund. I think travel agency should inform that.
Hotels should be preferred in Bur Dubai area as there are lotsa markets nearby. Our hotels were quite far away. Lots of taxi trips had to be made for the same reason.
Rest assured the trip was overall comfortable and I would plan again with them but I would not rely solely on them for everything and would do my own research as well.
I feel you should give client options like global village or Dhow cruise, miracle garden or water park etc and also options of hotels in each category so that client can choose if they would like a hotel in the city or little outside.

Happy with the service. Had taken a holiday package for my parents, it was planned very well including hassle free transfers and accommodation. Thank you MMT team.

I had a family trip to Shimla and Manali. Hotels were good and transport facilities were also nice.
Only one thing MMT should explain us specifically while booking that last day checkout time is 12pm and flight time is 10pm even it’s mentioned on trip details because we are on our own from 12 pm till flight time.
