Malaka spice was a good experience with kids and the staff took good care of my 3 & 1 year old.

We had our team lunch here. Opted for buffet. Very reasonable price. Excellent food and service. Nice ambience. Would definately recommend this place for team parties as they provide LLBL option. See you soon Malaka Spice

Visited Malaka Spice for my first meal in Pune after landing, and it didn't disappoint. Great food, good service, and beautiful outdoor seating.loved the greenery around. Their coconut smokey beer was an absolute delight and a must try!

All items on the menu we tried were very good! Unique items, great sauces as accompaniments, very cosy ambience, and equally important, music was not loud. Appreciate that. A must visit place!

Food was not that good. I ordered a noodles. Was very expensive. May be my bad luck. Ambiance and the way the dealt us it was awesome. Really awesome.

Very very pathetic taste of food. Unnecessary overpriced Chinese and non veg. Tried Singapore noodles which were worst than maggie. The only thing good was fish starters.

Excellent resturant. The food is very authentic especially the Thai cuisine. The staff are good and polite. There is a small parking lot. Valet parking service is available. Overall a very good restaurant.

This place is absolutely amazing! Don't let the photos fool you. The taste is amazing. The food tastes authentic. Vibe is nice and the staff is very very courteous. We had really good pan asian food and it was the best I have had in a while! Love it. Must visit.

We had the following:
1. Murtabak chicken- it was like maida partha stuffed with chicken keema. And they had 3 sauces to go with it. It was amazing!

2. Prawn tempura- it was like fried prawns. The sauce it came with was very unique

3. Chicken in pandanu- heavenly. It was chicken wrapped in a leaf and the flavours were exquisite

What do I say? I don't think I've ever eaten such awesome food anywhere else. N that too vegetarian dishes. ️ Superb n finger licking delicious. So much of variety in veg too. The ambience was beautiful. The staff were very polite and efficient. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting here again. I would rate them 10 out of 5.

Great food and ambience. The staff is very helpful and kind. Loved the fact that they helped me arrange a mini dessert as a surprise for my boyfriend.

The food is just named fancy but doesn't taste that good. Ambience is ok. I didn't feel very warm.

Does not shut on time and nuisance to neighbouring societies. Drunk guests sitting after closure time and making loud noise. Restaurant starts with loud music at 7: 00am and washing of vessels and workers fighting loudly in kitchen till 2: 00 am daily. Not sensitive towards neighbours! The worst!

I went there to celebrate my birthday, thinking that I will be able to sit outside and enjoy a lazy afternoon. However that was not the case as their water sprinkler system were not working on such a hot day. So inside A/C hall I found service pathetic. They took more time to get. Drinks than starters. Plus I found it overpriced this time around.

Had been here a few days back. Never had an Asian cuisine before. The quantity against the price was on point. And the taste of the food was amazing too. Will definitely recommend.

Awesome vibe! The Thai curry is soo tasty & it’s a must try! Lamp chops are delicious! They have indoor & outdoor seating! Thai style thigh chicken also tasted good but the quantity was v less - Got 4 tikkas but taste was good. Would definitely recommend it!

Amazing ambience and a wholesome vibes. Right in the centre of KP, this oriental cuisine is one of the most sought after restaurants in the area.
Weekends see a big line outside this restaurant, which serves South East Asia's famous delicacies. The restaurant prides itself on serving the best dishes in this particular cuisine and they aren't wrong in that aspect.
Only issue is the service time, had to wait for almost 15 mins for our order to come.

It is a bit pricey, but the food has value for the money.
If they improve their service. They for sure would have gotten 5 stars from me.
But nonetheless it's an experience worth having.

We didn't like their taste much bit worst part is we felt sick in the stomach after eating the food. The only reason to goto an expensive restaurant as against eating on street is that we expect good quality food that doesn't mess up the tummy, but this place is not right for it

We had Saturday lunch at malaka spice.
We went there first time and it was fabulous experience. All dishes that we ordered were very tasty and spice quotiont was up to the mark. Also dish chef prepared quickly there was less waiting time between each of the dishes. Highly recommended.

For the ambience & parking space, I have given more stars than for the food & staff! Food isn't bad at all. Infact some dishes are amazing but variety of cuisine is less and preparation of some of them needs more refinement. Staff also needs to attend regularly.
These things can be worked upon & so I haven't reduced the rating. Hope they improve on these parameters.

Nice ambience and good food! We liked the lunch menu but were disappointed with the Roti Canai as it was just served plain without any curry on the side.

It's good a lovely ambience which is made lovely with the lights etc in the night. Food is good and pretty much authentic. Staff is courteous and very helpful.

Visited after a long time. Food and facility was fantastic. All necessary covid precautions were taken from the entrance to limited spaced out seating. Felt safe and comfortable and did I mention, food was "FANTASTIC". Looking forward to going again.

Found hair in rice. Told the waiter he argued saying haan hoga shayad. Only after showing the hair in rice. He said ok i will change it.

A great place for taste buds where soul meets the taste. Best treat for sea food lovers. One of my top fav place. Don't forget to book your table prior to dine in on weekends! Great Ambiance.

Malaka spice.a tight ship run by praful and his able aides.we were a group of girls and we had fun.the starters were excellent.the curry kapitan was not as expected.but it's ok.

The food here is delicious! If you're into continental, this is the place to be. I really like the noodles and guava chilli ice-cream! Yum!

Always number 1 in serving, taste, quantity and quality. It's a place which brings smile on your face. We are visiting here more than a decade now.same great taste and no compromise on anything.

Ambiance is good. Service is good. Food is tasty. Prices are on the higher side and portion sizes are less considering the price.

Thai kinda food place. Good wine. Decent veg starters though options seem limited. Main course (ordered veg) was barely palatable.

Great presentation. I have absolutely no complaints with Malaka Spice EVEN if I were to be highly critical. It has both outdoor and indoor sitting areas. Beautiful experience. There was a tiny stone in our food one time so they apologized profusely and gave us free icecreams and brownies. And also, on our first visit they have us these cute "food shot" taster thingies. Very yuumy

If you are in pune, its a must to visit malaka spice and if you dont understand their menu ask the attendant to advise you food as per your taste. I bet they will come up with perfect dish for you. The food is just delicious.
Its beautiful there. You can spend hours together in those dim lights and courteous staff.

Started by Praful and Cheeru Chandawarkar, Malaka Spice is perhaps one of the most iconic South-East Asian restaurants in Pune. Located in Lane No. 5 in Koregaon Park, this charming restaurant is just about perfect for a weekend brunch with the gang or a quiet date night with the beloved. The food here is made from produce of local organic farms. Coconut milk, we were told was extracted from fresh coconuts, no packaged coconut milk. Similarly they do not use bottled vinegar but use fresh souring agents. Malaka Spice boasts of a gorgeous al fresco setting under a canopy of colourful hanging umbrellas and Chinese lanterns. The space is airy and full of potted plants at various corners. The indoor setting too is all about fun hues and cosy feels. The walls adorn beautiful artwork, that we hear, are also up for sale.

Memorable kuch experience with family I rarely had. Mr. Vidhan helped me to order Thai mutton chops, Pumpkin Chip n Thai Red Curry Veg with Coriander Rice, which was a great experience to dine, specially my son liked Thai Mutton chops very much n last but not least Vallonne Riesling white wine was awesome. Would like to come again.

The ambience is great.wheat beer was really satisfying.most of the food items are good maybe not outstanding.

The food is good, perhaps as the tables are small, the seating arrangement for groups is not proper.

One of the best Thai restaurant around Pune. Authentic Thai & other South East Asian cuisines. Prompt service with helpful tips while ordering as per your taste. Good ambience with indoor AC sitting as well as outdoor sitting amongst natural surroundings. Reasonably priced compared to others in its class. A must visit joint if you like Thai food.

A very happening place. Good for drinks and exotic food. We ordered mutton chops and dumplings along with a pitcher of Hoegarden. The ambience is so good that you will not be able to keep track of the time spent

It was a good experience. It has fine courtyard for parking as soon as you enter through its gates. There is also valet parking available for those who need it. Here, the only down point was the obscure entrance to the restaurant. It was from the left, which I would have said as back door had been asked to give an opinion about it (which I'm doing now!). Stewards were good so no complaint about the service. The Vietnamese Pho (veg) was something I look forward to having again. However, mongolian crispy tofu and kappa maki roll were just average, not amazing. No special sauce to garnish maki rolls. And I like going green but to charge 200INR for bottled water is a bit excess. Overall, I will recommend this place for its famous dishes, nice ambience and good stewardship.

A nice eatery offering exotic food which are difficult to spell or remember, but tasty. I made sure somebody else ordered and I needed assistance to eat them the right way with the side dishes. Good food though!
