We travelled from KL to Mumbai on Business Class on June 26th.
The airline lost our bags on this direct flight!
Its been more than 6 weeks and we are still struggling to get a response on our compensation claim. The Mumbai team is helpful but apparently helpless and their KL team who has to process this is not responding!
If there was a zero star possible, I would give that.

They cancelled my flight and refused to refund. They are nothing less then thieves
