Manas Lifestyle Resort Igatpuri

Had a one night stay with family around mid Jan 2024.
About Rooms - We stayed in a Winter Green Room. It’s a small room but neat and tidy. The bed sheet was stained and the housekeeping had not bothered to change it. Huge disappointment to not see basic hygiene maintained. Not posting photos.
Food - We had opted for an all meals package and found the food to be good, both veg and non veg. Portions were quite large too. Due to low occupancy, it was a set menu and we could choose from it. Service was decent although wait times are slightly higher.
Ambience - A small open garden and a kids play area is fun and relaxing. We didn’t go to the pool. Apart from the cold weather, as it so happens when the hotel is let out to corporate guests, you could find a big crowd swimming in banyans and shorts. That’s a big let down.

Villa no 21, Perfect place to enjoy and relax with a very beautiful view and vibes! Water at times isn't available in the room, you need to call room service and hot water is not available in the morning for a shower!

Very clean place with polite staffs, good parking area, nearby weather is very satisfying and calm and peaceful

It was a wonderful stay at Manas lifestyle resort, special mention for the food and the menu, usually where ever earlier we had stayed in any resort for 2 /3 days after the 1st day meals mostly the menu used to be same with Lil or no variations and with similar taste,

but first time we experienced so many variations in the spread, not only that everyone in family right from 2.5 yr kid to my father 72 yrd old had something for them to eat.even the housekeeping staff, and everyone was really on their feet to give there best.even the property is clean, hygienic, well maintained and spacious, over all it was an Awesome Experience.

A same name restaurant is Just next to this one. I am confused which one I visited, which is the 1st and original one

Manas has its own different taste and quality.
Hospitality at its best and food was also tasty

Its good place for relax. Area with quite environment but with network problem.it has a pool with dj, bar, games, food and garden

Food is just fine.all meals inclusive package has not much options to eat.property is ok types.

Booking was made in manas lifestyle resort when we asked for petting zoo for kids they said everything will be there they duped us Don't book in manas lifestyle resort Book in manas petting zoo they are two different properties. We are not happy as our holiday is spoiled with no zoo.

We just went to the restaurant to have a quick dinner. The ambience and the food were very good. The staff was well behaved and polite. Will definitely visit once again at leisure

The live band playing, was magnetic enough to attract me to song along with the duo and I really enjoyed singing syncing with them!

It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The service, the food, the facilities everything was up to the mark. Enjoyed a lot.

Amazing place to relax and spend time with yourself. Also, a place worth to take your family and Friends. Good place to even arrange corporate training program tours. Must try option if planning for Igatpuri.

The Resort property is good in terms of stay and other amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet meal options are wide spread and sumptuous. Room service is quick and the staff are courteous. Restaurant service is available however the service standards need a lot of improvement.

Went to this resort over the weekend. Resort.wqs quite and peace and hotel management did good job in keeping clean during this tough times. I just wish this resort had more things to do considering the amount they charge. Food was okay. If possible go for la-carte rather then buffet.

I’d rather not give it any stars.
The food is pathetic, you cannot be serving such stale and tasteless food.
The staff is extremely ill mannered. Mr. ZEESHAN KHAN is the one at the reception and needs to go to a school to get re-educated on how to speak to other people. The other guy was SURAJ who was equally disrespectful.
There’s no accountability on poor service.
When we complained about the bad food khan asked us to call up the travel agents we booked through as if they were cooking in the kitchen.
Mr. AJINKYA was another person not ready to take accountability of his staff, and cheated us with money as well.
Please save yourself some money by not going here at all. This place needs to shut down.

Excellent Place to visit.perfect 2 night getaway from Mumbai. Must visit for Nature lovers.this place has good rooms and the cloud Fog just adds to the fun.added a photo from 2.30 PM during the rainy season

Environment was really good thats make difference to visit this resort in rainy seasons then other seasons

Ambience is good. Food is costly and room rent is also costly. Purse strings are not for middle class people

I had the best time in their Royal Villa. Great hospitality, food, hygeine etc. Only thing is the road leading to the villa needs to be tarred. Nevertheless, I would surely recommend this resort for family and friends outing. Cheers!

Stayed at the Manas Life style Resort over the weekend with my extended family - cousins.
Booked a 4 BHK Villa for my family.
Service was really slow.
The road leading to the Villa is full of Potholes, no proper place to walk. There was also Hot Water problem which was pathetic considering it's a 3-star hotel.
No place in the Coffee Shop to have Breakfast, the coffee shop was so full that people were standing and having breakfast. Timings for DJ needs to be increased as well. Timings for Meals and Room service also needs to be looked at.
Food was served also cold.
All in All, was a okayish experience.

The Stay was beautiful, especially the property! But I was not so happy with the rooms. However, had a fun stay!

Worst experience. Rooms were not cleaned. Used water bottle were kept in rooms. Pillows were smelling very bad. According to expense nothing was there. Bathroom was smelling. I haven't had worst experience in ever in my life

I prefer to have tea or snacks whenever I pass through this resort while commuting towards nashik. Well maintained properties with quality staffs to serve the customers.

The resort is amazing, with a beautiful view and a very clean and big swimming pool. We had booked the suits which were pool facing and the view from there was amazing. Food is good. Service is good. Overall excellent experience.

1. House keeping not good after calling they provide towel and soap.
2. Non- skilled person seating at reception, he not able to prepare bill on system after many times try.

Manas is one name but 2resort neighbour. Manas Lifestyle Resort. Rooms - Poor service. (they don’t have rooms organised) premier room is pathetic, pulling out money.we made a Booking of hotel from Booking. Com they are just fooling around peoples online.

Only Food service are good well organised and staffs too.

Do not stop here for food as the service is really slow and staff is not much responsible. Food tastes good but with such service, it will just waste your time and ruin your day. Can't comment on stay as I was there only for lunch.

We booked for 3 days wedding, Restaurant food is good, But the decoration of manas managed by Divya and Ramesh who was drunk is pathetic, they didn't provide lights for marriage, skipped many parts which was discussed earlier and at the end moment they harassed us a-lot, we were really unhappy with the service… Marriage is a lifetime experience so please do select precisely as many options are available in same budget, but peace of mind is what required…

Worst experience with Manas…when we say normal water, they gives water in used bottles by some one…. No hygiene at all…. Management to clarify activity change while booking …. No single activity is free…

Good place. Extremely expensive. Food quality is ok, I would not rate high. Rooms are clean, swimming pool is clean. Valley side stinks at times, valley view is blocked by debris and is not clean at all. I would recommend not to include lunch and dinner as matter of booking.

One of the best resorts I visited in igatpuri! Loved everything about this place, from the ambience, hospitality, food, to their hygiene and safety measures. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The location of the hotel is very pretty. Rooms are really clean and well maintained. Even the food is appetizing. Overall a great place to stay!

I did not feel comfortable staying in this place The staff here does not even speak properly And there is no cleanliness here either
