Have stayed here more than 30 nights (multiple trips), and the hotel and staff are great, and the breakfast is always amazing.

Simply amazing venue, top class food, service and hospitality at its best. I had one of the best service ever provided by Sandeep Dhage and his team for my sisters marriage on Sunday. The food was awesome, fresh and the staff was equally outstanding. The rooms are big for a 1 bedroom apartment and you have everything you need as it's a serviced apartment with a fully functional kitchen, washing machine, balcony and top notch service. I highly recommend Marriott Suites because of the level of quality, customer service and hospitality. THANK YOU MARRIOTT AND SANDEEP AND TEAM FOR MAKING THE MARRIAGE A GREAT EVENING TO REMEMBER

Super duper, place. Awesome ambience, superior quality of food and rooms. Clean hygienic, following all safety protocols, masks are available everywhere around the property. Very kid friendly. They make your birthday special by decorations and a customised towel three layer cake made by them

My AC at the suit did not work for whole night. Lot of music and construction arround the road.

No body bothered, 10K per night but not worth.the Garden was full of dust and mosquito.

The best part was resturant really feel humbled by staff they really took good care although simple request earl grey tea was not there.

This a typical 3 star hotel should any body remove the Bonvoy logo.

Lovely food. Period! The order of the day was a grilled chicken beast and a beef burger. The chicken was tender and juicy with just the right marinade to bring out the flavours. The burger buns were fresh. The meat was cooked to perfection (they take preference of medium, rare, well done etc). The veggies and sauces were just about adequate to compliment the texture and flavours of the meat and at no time did i feel over run by mayo and mustard and what have you. The veggies were fresh with tomatoes dripping down the sides of one's mouth.
Ambience is excellent and they offer indoor and al fresco seating. Being a busy day, the place was rather crowded but not at all loud or uncomfortable.
I would not recommend their coffee though, as there are better options available.

I like to host office partied here. Great food and environment. The open air restaurant "Senses" is perfect to host an office party.

Lovely ambiance. Very quite neighbourhood and must say the suites offer a class luxury.warm staff members. A must stay avenue!

An excellent coice to stay in pune. The food was great, chef bejoy and team had gone the extra mile to take care of our food preferences.
The spa also was great, clean and very relaxing.mercy was extremly professional and very effecient.

Senses by Marriott Suites was an extremely satisfying and lovely experience. We had gone there for our wedding Anniversary and the staff was really amazing to accommodate us. They even gave candlelight settings and an on the house cake with Anniversary wishes for us. The staff helped us chose rose wine which was the highlight of our dinner. Then we had the dinner buffet which was scrumptious and delicious with a lot of variety options right from continental to Indian along with a live section. It was a bit crowded but I don't mind since I got a quiet section to enjoy our wedding anniversary. The staff was amazing with all that we asked for and went beyond. We had a great night here and would recommend everyone to go there and have wonderful experience.

Loved the spaghetti with pink sauce. Must try! What else to say.the Marriott stands for its name. Must go place! Must try!

Good place for long stay. You feel home. Staff is amazing. Room very comfortable and well designed. Two good restaurants to enjoy a wide range of Indian and South Asia food in the former and Italian in the latter.

We chose a 2 bedroom suite for our weekend getaway to Pune. The suite room was spacious, well equipped with a modern kitchen which had an induction stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, chimney and everything you would need in a kitchen.

The living area, dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious, spacious and well equipped too with television in each room and a washing machine cum dryer in the common bathroom.

The suite had a private garden which could be accessed from the living room balcony and viewed from the bedroom balcony.

The kids play area, senses restaurant and all other amenities were wonderful. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend for a weekend family getaway.

Excellent service and awesome food. Would like to have more variety in Veg. Rest all was just perfect.

So far we have finished 14 days of our quarantine and we are enjoying the stay even if we are not able to get the feel of other amenities. Their service levels are best. Staff is attentive and very much customer centric.

Hotel architecture is an apartment design with studio, 1 BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK option. If someone is looking for long stay, Marriot suites is best choice to stay near Magarpatta city as it has provision for kitchen and other essential daily needs in room itself. Furthermore, it is fully loaded with both indoor and outdoor games to stay fit. So, it is the best place to stay near Magarpatta city for an expats. Additionally, hotel staff is very polite and helpful in various manner.
Regarding food, dining staff is very good and food quality is healthy and delicious.

What an amazing experience. Indian food was good. But Italian needs a bit of an improvement. Rooms were amazing. Smal studio apartment sizes with all amenities like washing machine, kitchen, garden viewetc

I normally don't write reviews but today I felt the need to show my disappointment. I am so disappointed with Marriott group. I thought it was an international standard hotel with good values.
After lock down for the first time had visited Pune for the weekend and had called up the hotel to book the room and specifically asked if they have smoking room.to which I was told that it's subject to availability but all rooms have balconies and you could smoke there.

At the time of check-in (I was given a room on the smoking floor) my bags were screaned and of my and my friends bags mine was put aside by a guard and he directly took my bag to a hotel executive without even asking me and the executive came and told me they have found a sheesha (water pipe) in my bag and I will not be allowed to take it in. I should leave it with the hotel or in my car.for the first time in my life I felt like a criminal or if I have committed a crime or something.firstly sheesha is absolutely legal in india and if cigarettes or cigars are allowed. I don't understand how this is not.second of all I thought the screening was to check for weapons and not personal belongings and thirdly it should have been mentioned to me at the time of booking that smoking means only cigarettes and it should be mentioned on their site. I thought this was the most illegal use of screening machine and invasion into my privacy. I was most made to open my bag remove it infront of everyone.

Had I known about it I would have never ever booked Marriott and gone to another property

During these Corona times when one takes a holiday and hopes to enjoy the weekend.this beginning to mine was a horrible one.

This was my last ever trip to Marriott.thanks for a pathetic beginning after a horrible year.will never book with Marriott group ever again.

I don't intend to write bad of what was good.the location is gr8.rooms were nice the food was tasty and the dining staff brilliant but the scar that I have been left with at the check in is difficult to heal.

The reason I am writing this is so that the Marriott group is more transparent and clear about its policies and so that no one else has to ever face it.

Rooms were neatly done. Not even a single thing to complain about, Lunch buffet was so tasty can't get over trying each and everything like so many different flavours fighting in your mouth you won't decide which was better than what. Highly recommended to visit if not staying then do visit for buffet.

Very nicely attended by the sales team member. She explained all the available options for our concern and requirements.

Beautiful hotel and breakfast. Only they should be more senior citizens friendly. They charge very high cost of Rs 5000 for an extra mattress. The lifts area should have chairs as we had to wait long time for their buggy to arrive.

Beautiful all suite hotel in pune.close to koregaon park and the choices of restaurants in the vicinity of marriott.

The hotel ifself has a great choice of food selection with great taste.

The rooms are clean and well maintained and though the service is a little slow due to the size of the hotel but the the courtesy of their staff makes up for this and does not disappoint you one bit.

We visited Senses restaurant in Marriot Suites during the COVID situation. The place follows all precautions and sufficient checks were done on the entrance. The staff wore mask and gloves all the time and was helpful and polite.
The spread for the dinner buffet was very limited with very few options for vegetarians, but whatever was served was good in taste. The Chat and pasta counter was very good.

Rooms are the best, earlier it was a service apartment then they have converted into rooms and suits pretty nicely, bed was very comfy and food was nice. F&b service could be more faster during dinner i have to wait 5-10 min minimum untill next dish served that looses appetite. Although staff is polite. I couldn't use the other amenities due to covid restrictions. Not much space for car turning in parking area and they don't have valet service die to covid ans self parking is pathetic, no security to guide and its darker inside and again going to reception is sometime feel odd, especially when you're with family.

We feel this place like home. We lived here for 3 months when we came to India, and they are family to us. They make you feel safe and cared.

A pretty good place for a weekend stay, or even a long stay for that matter. Very courteous staff, doing their best at all times. The studio suite is nice for those planning a long stay and those intending to cook on their own. Didn't actually use the cookers, stove and oven much, but they seemed decently functional although the utensils/dishes in the room were somewhat limited and some plates would not fit the microwave.
The staff were very helpful and even arranged nut-milk for us during our stay. Spa is decent, though addition of Aurvedic massages would be good.
All in all highly recommended for a short or long stay.

Only thing 5 star about this place is the prices. Not good value at all and the staff are all over you trying to up sell to stuff you dont want. DONT use their car service for short trips they are extortionate and wont know where you want to go. I was ok as I could direct him. Certainly very poor for a 2km journey. And they set the ac at what they fancy not what the customer wants.

A great hotel. My colleague and I spent two weeks here while working in Pune. I have never experienced better service in a hotel. From the managers to the waiters to the housekeeping staff, everyone has been great. A special thank you to our new friends: Brijesh, Bhaskar, Anish and Ratul. We will miss you.

Senses restaurant staff was ill mannered. The host man followed me around. The tall girl hostess was rude.overall badly trained. You guys should take a tour of the ritz carlton for tips on etiquette

Went for a sunday lunch, happened to reach during their brunch buffet. What a spread.there was something for everyone. The staff was so courteous and good. Do try their signature cocktails.
So next time when you are around the area during a boring sunday afternoon, hit this place for an awesome brunch.
Special shootout to the live musician.he made the atmosphere really soothing with his amazing selection of music.

We had two days conference at Oak Lounge. Overall it was good experience. Morning started with loaded breakfast which had good recipes including Indian and overseas food. And similar was lunch and dinner too. Rooms were big and included almost all kitchen equipments. They also have swimming pool, gym, spa, bar, etc. Good option for families who want to spend few days in Pune, only budget should not be constraint.

Ample parking space available even outside the hotel on the street. More Japanese used to stay in the hotel

Good Mid Luxury 5 Star property and an Apartment Hotel with all the convenience like a fully equipped kitchen with Big Refrigerator, Oven, Dish Washer, Washing Machine, Hot Plates, Coffee Machine and all the Cutlery and Kitchen APPLIANCES. VERY SPACIOUS APARTMENTS. A SIMPLE LOBBY. GREAT ROOM SERVICE MENUE. AND ALL THAT BRAND MARRIOT OFFERS. GOOD DECENT LUXURY AND FOR THOSE WHO AREN'T ON A TIGHT BUDGET BUT WANT A PEACEFUL FIVE STAR ITS A PERFECT PLACE.

Spent a month here before relocating to another country. The service, food, cleanliness was exceptional. Extremely helpful staff, I never had a single complaint.the amenities are perfect. The breakfast buffet is just splendidly delicious. My stay here will always be a fond memory and when I come back to Pune, without a doubt I will stay here again!

This hotel provides accommodation in the form of suites (mini flats) with washing machine and kitchen including dishes and tea/coffee. The premises are spotless clean, the service is exceptional, it has a nice pool and gym. You can get transfer booked at the front desk. 1st floor rooms have mini gardens. Special mention on the food: fantastic local food. The quality is great at the both buffet and menu options. Nice but expensive SPA.

Its is good hotel. We went there for team corporate lunch at Senses. They had decent variety in indian, asian and continental together with salad and desert counter. Overall a good exp.

Upscale restaurant with a great buffet spread, really liked their exotic veggies, cheeses and salad spread and also dessert spread. Improvement needed in chaat (need a complete revamp), pasta (was not al dente, also when cooked without cheese it needs to be flavourful with veggies/olives etc) and ice creams (lacked flavour and was icy).

Overall very nice experience. Staff is very helpful.

This was 1st experience in Marriott property, i just wana say it was mind-blowing, they way these staff treat you it just awesome, from front desk to H. K to parking guys.everyone is so polite & welcoming and warm.

Everything was excellent. The coffee shop named SENSES is the multicuisine restaurant with mouth watering food & good quality of mocktails served by Gurpreet (SARDAR), speciallity restaurant sorisso food is delicious, rooms also so nice. I got a memorable stay. Special thanks to all staff, starting from LP to house keeping everybody did a fantastic job.
