It is the most value added place for Retreat & Refreshing. Truly remarkable creation with spread over Acres of land. It has all sorts of amenities for One Day Tour.
It has Rain Dance, tractor Ride, bullock cart ride, Boat ride, Swimming Pool, Yatoba Lake Visit, breakfast, lunch and high tea.
Truly remarkable creation by CA Yashwant Kasar & Family. I alongwith my better half and family truly enjoyed it.i have visited this place multiple of times for trips as well as personal visit.
It is full of Greenery and its very serene place and its really worthy and amazing place for refreshing & retreat.
Entry fee was around 900 Rs.which includes all above mentioned activities and excluding Bicycle Ride & Go Karting

Its a nice outing place. But expensive. There are very few activities and rides included in the charges. Food is good.

Not worth the money they are changing, food ok, but quality of entertainment is really poor, scenic location though but you don't really feel satisfied due to lack of quality engagements.

Nice nd great place to go on any holidays we enjoyed a lot swiming boat riding ground to play cricket volleyball football also.little park and a good lunch dinner area. I like this place

It was super place to hangout for a day. You can explore greenery and farming activities over there. You got a swimming pool and many other activities to enjoy.

If you want to visit this place, this is a detailed review that can help you choose if this place will be perfect for you to spend time. Meher retreat can be a little bit of boring for the city-like people. It has rides but they are not that fun. They only have one place for kids, a park for 'em to play. Basically, there was a tractor ride and it was really kind of a useless and a ultra-boring ride. But the one thing that made my day there was the magic show they hade for approx 2 hours. It was excellent! But unlike the magic show, other rides and activities were not fun. Like there was a basketball court, but no ball was there to play, and the baskets were in a bad condition. There were many activites like swimming, rain dance etc. In te rain dance, the water was icy-cold and yeah the kid's swimming pool was hygienic but not the adults! We had a boat ride, but it wasn’t that natural and we had those plastic boats which did not seem good. Food was okay okay. Changing rooms and washrooms were not that hygienic and clean. Actually, if you are lazy person and you are looking for a place where you can experience nature and spend time with your loved ones, this is a good place for you. But if you are an active person and want to completely enjoy the exciting rides and activities, this would not be my suggestion for you.

Great place to go with family or a group. I would suggest go on a weekday because the crowd during weekends is extremely high. The food is very good and there are a lot of activities to take part in. Go early, have good breakfast and enjoy the day. There are cots under the shade of trees where you can rest post lunch and also nice and clean pool to play around

Place is spacious but food quality is very low.
They said misal pav & serve bread with misal. Bhakari was not roasted properly.
Being maharashtrian I m aware about its food. Which doesn't match quality at all.

Place is so amazing and calm. Food was awesome, ambiance is clear. It takes in lap of the nature.

Nice place to visit. No extra charges gor food. Every thing was well organised. Place was very clean. But there was no response when our one of colleague lost her ring.

Very pleasant and wonderful surrounding nature, well maintain in each and everything, good food but road are very narrow from main highway till destination need widening.

A great place to rejuvenate boring stressful life. Delicious food where breakfast, lunch, & Tea etc. Activities like rain dance with songs and swimming pool, tractor ride, paddle boating, Karaoke etc.are wonderful.
Having full of multiple trees, It's nice place to connect with nature.

Good Place. My kids enjoyed the pool but food quality and variety can be improved. Not every one has same food habits. Second i had a very unpleasant experience with their website while booking. Their website is having lot of issues.even if payment made and credited it was not reflecting on their website and they charge me again while entering instead of checking their account where money was already credited. Whole day instead of enjoying their resort I was busy checking with bank call center and convincing meher retreat staff that payment has come to their account.after lot of follow up i Got my money back after 5 days. Not worth it.

Excellent place for 1 day outing with family and friends. Food is delicious. Good care taken by management. Bullock cart ride tractor ride one of the different experience for us. Enjoyed a lot with kids. Swimming pool was closed due to COVID which was upsetting.
Till highway road is good but from village entrance road is narrow and in bad condition. Management can develop the road with the help of village authorities. Overall very good experience.

Good place. But nobody wore masks and authorities were least bothered. People were touching food with bare hands.
Breakfast - Good
Lunch - Bakwas! So called marathi jevan. Literally boiled and salted potatoes were served as subji. Pithla was good. But other than that no other Maharashtrian subji like bharli vangi was there!
Snack - Okay
Tea - felt like it wasn't boiled properly!

Mehar Retreat is one day picnic destination near pune solapur- highway at Yavat village. Access road is ok. Overall experience is good. Local maharastrian cousins serve here & taste is good. Overall property is well managed & idle destination for 1 day outing.
Good place to visit with family including elders & kids. Entry ticket is perfect pac around 800 rs & 600 for children including taxes.

Overhyped and overpriced. Not that great.
Got bored in a couple of hours and left because of the heat.
Note - you CANNOT access the lake (if that is on your mind), only a tractor will take you for a 5 mins joyride close to the lake.

Maybe this place is better during rains and winters. Avoid during Sunny days, too hot!

Overall a good place to visit for one day outings. Clean place, yummy and delicious breakfast and luch served. The only issue was that they do not accept any card payments. Also inspite of calling for enquiry twice before planning our visit here, we were not informed of this. They accept payment only in cash at their booking counter. The other option they have is to go to their website and do the booking. Here you can opt for online payment modes. But please note that if you wish to use digital payment modes please do the booking in advance and then visit, as we wasted around 45 min to an hour at the booking counter. Inspite of making gpay through their website, the amount got deducted from our account and was not reflected in their account, due to some server issues. This was not only the problem with us but with many people before us too had same issues. Hence suggest you to either carry cash or do an online advanced booking in order to save time.

Decent veg maharashtrian food throughout the day.

Its a nice place if you go with your small children, not advisable for young adults. The food and the place is not worth the money you pay. Breakfast was pathetic, in lunch some items were eatable.
For a group of youngster its a boring place to go.

This place is good but bit far from pune district.

For a one day trip you can go for it.

The roads are not really Good.

For a change you can go for it.

Visited this place today. A very good place for one day picnic with kids as there was no rush, only few families. There was ample space for outdoor sports. Few interesting activites were there and food quality was very good. Value for money.

The Charges are very high as compared to the facilities they provide. You will get bored after first half.as there is nothing much to explore. Not recommended to youngsters. In outdoor games, only Bullock cart ride and tractor ride were available. Swimming pool and boating was not available. Recently I visited this place with family and got bored in first two hours only. So would not recommend this place to anybody. Please try better option than this. Don't waste your money and time.

Not worth the price. Food is simple, with only veg option. No menu for kids if they are charging even for 5 yrs. And If it rains, then u just cannot avail any facility of bullock cart, tractor ride or boating. No swimming pool. I suggest the owner should close down the resort in rains as it's very difficult to get back to main highway as the road under bridge connecting the resort is almost in water. Waste of money. Not recommended. Pls check other resorts nearby pune at reasonable rates.

They have kept water in every area so people can refill the bootles they have medical assistant as well friendly resort

It was really good experience at Meher Retreat. Food was awesome. Staff was very co-operative. Due to government rules and lockdown conditions Swimming and Rain dance was not available however other activities were really good. I would prefer people to visit this place. Also all the covid rules were followed.

Its definately a well developed retreat, a perfect one day or overnight weekend trip, just a hours drive from pune. It has a huge swimming pool for adults as well as for kids, two rain dance areas, any many more activities, peddle boat, tractor ride to the nearby lake, bullock cart ride, unlimited fresh sugarcane juice, a nice play area for kids

It was great, we had breakfast then lunch and evening snack. They have few rides like the tractor, bullock cart, boat. Then they also have rain dance arranged which was fun.
Also there is a small ground where we played cricket (took the equipment with us)

खुप छान सर्व काही बनवल, आहे सर्व गोस्टी ची काळजी घेतली आहे, प्रत्येक ठिकाणी पाणी ठेवला आहे, ओवर ऑल सर्व काही ठीक आहे, काही गोस्टी तिथे अजुन केल्या तर आणखी जास्ता मज्जा येईल अस मला वाटते, सुरवातीला सर्व गेस्ट लोकाना एकत्र करुण त्यांचा परिचय करावा, या मुले तिथे एकत्र असल्या सारखा वातावरण होईल, काही कार्यक्रम प्रत्येकला करायचे बंधन कारण केले तर खुप नविन अनुभव मिळेल, *आणि सर्वात महत्वची एक गोस्ट * तिथे असलेल्या बैल गाड़ी चा एका बैलाला बैल गाड़ी खुप लागत आहे, त्याचा मंडी जवळ जखम होवू शकते, प्लीज त्याचा काही विचार करावा, मुके प्राणी आहे त्यांचा त्रास ते बोलू शकत नाही, आपन समोर पाहून पण ना पहिल्या सारखा करने साफ चुकीचा आहे.

It's a fine place to spend a day with family, kids can have fun. I felt though it was decent there nothing much to do. It's not bad but not exactly like the pics. Don't get too ambitious.

"Hurda" was really good theme
Nice play zones for kids
Some agro site seeing with tractor and bullockcart.

Cons:
Due to Sunday, it was heavily crowded
For every game / sport, needed to wait long time
Also for food there was some waiting time
Just to show on paper they accept e-payments, but in reality there is only one cash option, So to gather cash they stop e payment and ask all to pay cash, considering crowd everyone has to pay cash.
There is not even a gpay or any other UPI payment option available.

We planned to visit this place with family. Good place for a day outing. Have multiple activities for kids and adults. Swimming pool, rain dance, boating, cycling, magic show, karaoke, Bullock cart ride, tractor ride etc. Coming to the food.it's delicious. The menu is maharashtrian and fixed all the day. Cherry on the cake is the Hurda you get at the end of the day. Overall a perfect place for day outing.

Meher Retreat is a great place to unwind with family. Children love the activities esp rain dance, bullock cart ride, boating and the play area. Food served is simple and delicious - service is prompt. Proximity to Pune is its biggest advantage.

Good: Close to Nature. Ample parking space. Good brakefast. Well maintained swimming pool. Hurda was tasty.

Bad: overcrowded. Poor management. Should allow number of people who can relax on cots (Khatiya). Short of cots (Khatiya) leads to wandering to find one to relax.

Activities were nice. Good for kids too. However food was not that good specially lunch. Lunch was not at all kids friendly. They must introduce kids friendly menu also.
