Booked 17 seater in February 2022 for pickup and drop from hotel to wedding venue and back.
(1) Bus arrived at hotel on time and drop to venue was on time in the afternoon.
(2) Driver started demanding balance payment moment bus reached wedding venue, from guests. Same was paid to avoid rucus.
(3) Driver and two colleagues were drunk by evening and started creating nuisance while having buffet dinner.
(4) Bus return services couldn't be used to avoid putting guests at risk of drunk driving.
(5) Owner Girish Mehta didn't proactively resolve issue apart from shouting at the driver over phone.
(6) Owner went incommunicado on being asked to refund 50% costs as services couldn't be availed.
