Meluha The Fern was an amazing experience. We stayed there 6 nights.
Our every need was attended to immediately and perfectly. The staff were super friendly and competent. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day while we were out seeing the sights. We had breakfast each morning, there were so many choices that it was hard to decide. Our server was Dinesh, and we've never known a more polite and attentive server!
Another thing I want to mention is the coffee! The espresso was most excellent, the barista is an absolute expert. His name is Amit.
We enjoyed the patio with the rooftop swimming pool as well.

Beautiful ambiance and good food served. Located at heart of Powai. Nice place to celebrate occasions with family and friends.

Go on a special theme day and you'll be having the food from one culture in a whole day. Ah also it's kids friendly. Staff was helpful. A good place to go with family and kids.

FOR FOOD LOVER:

- Their Sunday brunch for INR 1600/- is the BEST spread ever! Not a single dish, I repeat 'not a single dish' on the menu for brunch or buffet is average. Every single dish is made with top quality ingredients and high on taste.

- Their A` la carte menu from TIARA restaurant is indeed a treasure house of lip-smacking and flavourful recepies.

FOR THE NIGHTLIFE LOVER

- Visit their newly opened VANDAL PUB, located inside the facilitate, you shall thank me later!

FOR THE GYM LOVER

- Open roof swimming pool
- Open Terrace area on the top floor for yoga and free flow body exercises.
- Mini Gymnasium with all needed equipments and weights.

FOR THE RELAX SOUL IN YOU

- Spa is the best here! MUST TRY! Prior booking needed.
- The ROOMS are spacious, BED is super cozy with excellent views of the affluent Powai Hiranandani Towers and Galleria.
- The washroom was big with comfortable BATHTUBS and perfectly functioning hot & cold showers.

PRO Tip: Never forget to use their 'BIOTIQUE' shampoos and soaps which are kept in the washrooms for your perusal. Best in fragrance and quality.

MELUHA ROCKS IN HOSPITALITY!

Location - Located in Powai, Center of Hiranandani Gardens. Lots of restaurants, cafe & supermarkets around.

Welcome - Greeted well by the doorkeeper
Parking - Valet parking is available
Wifi - wifi works well
Rooms - I stayed at the base category wintergreen room. The room is decent sized. It was clean. The bathroom had everything we required.

Restaurant- Good service & good food. The service was attentive the food was well prepared.

Cons- The hotel is very money minded. It considers itself a 5 star but this gold digger attitude put me off.
1. During check in - i asked for a free room upgrade. Mr. Monty at reception told me 20 odd rooms of higher category are available but only on chargeable basis. It was a first for me in a 5 star hotel.
2. Milk for the baby was charged upwards of 175rs
3. Car wash was chargeable upwards of 300rs & that too wasnt cleaned properly
4. We didn't wish to pay an upfront deposit. We thought we would settle bills on checkout. But each time we ordered something we were asked to pay for it immediately as if we will run somewhere & not clear their bills. Once during breakfast we didnt clear our bill as we thought to pay during checkout immediately after it, we got 2 calls from the restaurant to clear the same immediately & many doorbells asking us for the same, we cleared it to avoid further embarrassment.

Secondly room cleaning service was not proper. Our bedsheet was replaced for one with stains.

Overall- Could be a much better experience if the hotel had a more relaxed 5 star attitude. I understand money matters but not more than guests well-being. After all indian hospitality industry survives on attitude where we have guests above all.

Decent hotel at key location in Powai. Just that rooms could be better cleaned and carpet stink n moist ordur should be eliminated. Restaurant dinning is 4 times costlier than in room dinning

It is one of the best hotels and restaurants around in the locality. They have kept up with their standard be it the hotel or food so that is nice and expected to keep visiting. It is nice place to have get together events on their T floor. Staff is always nice and courteous to treat their guests.

We had booked a Wintergreen room, but got a free upgrade to a Suite! The staff here is very polite and courteous!

A super star hotel in the heart of Hiranandani, Powai. I was here to attend a friend's wedding and the services were awesome. From the door keeper to the manager, each individual helped us through the way and felt homely. The terrace has a small ball room on side and a cafe- pool on the other. The food served was delicious, especially the desserts.

Tiara as the name suggest is a symbol of power & authority being the jewelled crown fit for the regal class.
True to its name this restaurant at Meluha the Fern in Powai stands apart for its impeccable food, quality & unmatchable service.
Located right at the ground level entry of Meluha the Fern it was easily accessable & we did not have much trouble finding the place.
The best part here is the 100 plus options they offer where you can choose from the array of dishes suitable to all taste buds.
Tiara is one of the fine dine restaurant in hotel Meluha. This place is ready to compete with some other fine dine places.
It is located in one of the porche area. This place with surly win your heart by the ambience, service and food. We visited for a Sunday brunch.
The arrangement is of buffet system, but you can order other things as well from the menu. Thi place is specialised in Indian and Continental food.
Now coming on to the food we tried.
There is a ceiling to floor size vast bar where you can choose your cocktails & mocktails & spend leisure time enjoying your drinks in the company of your loved ones.
Each of the starter taste was very awesome and they was a uniqueness was also there in the dish
Soup:
Spinach and Cheese Soup: The combination of spinach and cheese was giving great flavour to the soup loved it.
Live Pasta Counter where you can make your own type of customize pasta
Salad and Chaat:
They also had variety of salad of fruits and also corn and vegetables as well and the taste was also good
Fresh cube of paneer was marinated and cooked and serve with chickpea cream. The taste was good and the combination was amazing.
The paneer goes well with the chickpea cream.
Corn cheese Poppers with Khakhra.
A cheese ball was filled with corn and cheese stuffing. The cheese ball was crisp on the outside and creamy inside.
Fried pineapple on garlic toast.

As they have a Buffet for Lunch as well as Dinner in a Veg / Non Veg Both where they serve Indian Continental and Chinese Cuisine.
So we Started with some Health salad Like Cesar salad as they also has an option to make your own Salad which is a Good Idea.
At the first look the pineapple cube looks like planner but we tried it and we were amazed by the taste and the explosion of flavours in our mouth.
Pineapple goes well with toast. I really liked the combination and the taste was also good. It is must try thing.
And We Ended up on a sweet note of Dessert. They has a huge varieties of Dessert such as Shrikand, Rose Cheesecake, Gajar Halwa and many more Pastries to end
up your meal with a Sweet tooth.
Overall the place is good to visit and they provide you with amazing service, food and ambience as well.
This place is perfect for Sunday brunch, office meetings, office get together and other formal and informal events.

Overall the ambience, quality of food and staff are good but it's an hassle when it comes to pay for your food. First of all you need to settle bill for food the moment it's delivered to your room and they don't accept cards so either pay cash or UPI which is again as good as cash. No EDS or Wallet payment which is an inconvenience.

Had a really good experience staying here. Staff is very polite and helpful.
Overall, it was a very smooth check-in and check-out procedure.
However, the 2 PM check-in time can be inconvenient for some.

Good place to stay with all amneties in heart of Powai. All cafes and restaurants are at stone throw away distance.

We happened to visit this place yesterday for a stay and it was a horrible experience. They call it a so called 5 star hotel I would say it's not even a 2 star grade. As soon we entered the room it was stinking, everything was dusty (seemed not cleaned since long), there was so much of mosquitoes.
Breakfast was ok kind of the only reason I am giving it a 2 star is for the staff working out there who seemed to be great with what they do.
Do not tag it as 5 star.not worth paying 5k for this hotel. I would rather recommend Sofitel or Marriott.

Fern Mehula used to be my comfortable place to stay whenever I visited Mumbai. This time I am wondering standards of hotel has dropped drastically. I reached hotel was so tiered washroom was not properly cleaned since I was tiered I did not call them. Then I saw sheets had a blood stains which I had asked them to change. Then I had asked for water bottles it took 1.5 hrs for them to provide me water bottles that too after reminder. On top of all this I had ordered for room dine in person came to give food he said bill needs to settle down now. I gave card but the machine was not working he said Mam u have dinner will come later. No one came again and I slept off at 12.30am someone from restaurant called me Mam ur bill has not been settled m sending some one settle it now. I shouted 12.30 night ur asking this that too lady guest as if I will run. In morning got breakfast I went there was no social distancing as crowd was more did not feel hygienic. I myself called them to take last night payment. It’s such a pathetic standard now

Truly Ferntastic in Hospitality Service!

We had a few hiccups while reserving through Booking website but it was sorted the moment we reached the hotel. The hotel's Reception Desk was patient in hearing our situation and Swapnil waived off the extra expenses that erroneously incurred, in no time.

I and my partner had booked the Fern Club Suite which is luxurious with amenities and offers a good view of the splendid Powai Lake. We did not realise that we were entitled to a complimentary breakfast until the hotel’s Guest Relation Executive, Jaishree notified us.

We spent our afternoon at their rooftop swimming pool which was a soothing experience. I wanted to try their gym which was chic but did not have enough time as my partner wanted to visit the ISKCON Temple- which is just 45 minutes away. I would suggest consulting with their Travel Desk before exploring as the city is quite chaotic to absorb.

Overall, the hotel staff goes out of their way to help which definitely deserves a mention. My stay at UK27 The Fern Belagavi was equally outstanding so I would recommend The Fern chain of hotels for a worthwhile experience at mid-scale range.

Nothing special.typical good quality restaurant.good is good, coffee is tasty and thick.serving staff is all polite and responsive. 2 people lunch + coffee was about 2900.so not very expensive also.you may not plan to go there as I am not sure if they have any speciality.bit if you are in the area and feel Hungary. Do check in and u will not be disappointed.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful even in the times of Covid they made sure that they give the best of their services and made the stay special for the customers. We a group of friends had booked a room for a newly wed couple and wanted the room to be decorated and the staff made all the arrangements so nice that we were all very happy with the service. So me and my 3 friends had booked a normal room and a suite in this hotel as there were only 2 people allowed to stay. During the check-in.we were joined by another friend who was just visiting and was going to leave in while. The manager wouldn't allow us to take him. We asked him to spare us 20-25 mins as it was one the friends birthday. But he wouldn't let us take our friend. He was like we can't allow you to take a visitor with you its against the company's policy. But he was if you pay 1120 bucks we can add him in our visitors. The manager was like if you pay 1120 he can even stay the night. Where did the covid norms go now? Hello company policy!?

Overall an okayish experience!

Booked it through Make My Trip for a standard room. At the time of check-in they upgraded me to a Suite (very nice of them)
Staff was courteous and coordidal.
Suite room was very nice and Modern.
Location is very good.
Nice restaurants around.
I did not try the food of the hotel, except the breakfast, which was decent.

AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT:
OVERALL CLEANLINESS WAS LACKING.

THERE WERE NO HAND TOWELS IN THE TOILETS (I HAD 2 TOILETS, SUITE!)

THERE WERE NO TISSUE PAPPERS.

THE COMPLIMENTARY WATER BOTTLES IN THE ROOM WERE OF GLASS AND THE TOP (UNDER THE LID) WAS BROKEN.

SO I HAD TO ASK FOR SEPARATE MINERAL WATER BOTTLES.

NO SLIPPERS IN THE ROOM TO MOVE AROUND. ALTHOUGH, THEY SENT WHEN I ASKED FOR IT.

I did not use any other amenities, so won't comment on them.

Meluha The Fern is a great place and importantly safe place in current situation. When you enter in the premises, your belongings are thoroughly checked and temperature is measured 100%. Then only you are allowed to enter in. Nice ambiance and spacious arrangements are made. Hospitality is very good and disciplined. You feel honoured when you are treated. Taste of food is also good and mainly hygienic.

Location is absolutely perfect. Right at the centre of Hiranandani, powai, this hotel has a great staff. The rooms are not too great, but the service and food is very much appreciated.

Meluha the fern very good location and quality locality and was very nice place to visit, we were having confrence and staff was helpful in all the aspects, timely service and was very apt on cleanliness of the hotel premises. Lovely hotel. The staff were all friendly, the rooms were lovely and clean, the bar staff were fun, the menus provided many choices and its centrally located close to shopping, bars and restaurants.

It’s a good hotel. Good audiovisual facilities to host a conference. The overall feel is more practical and less luxurious.

Very poor service at the front desk, driver damaged the car while valet parking, absolutely no value for money.

The place is quite good but I felt the space alloted for buffet is a little bit clustered and small. Jain food was good as well.

The conference Hall is good for quick business meetings. Ample space and convenience to reach the location

We were staying at meluha fern from november 11th till november 17th we had great experience very nice location in mumbai i would say one of the best nice well maintained buildings near by walking distance shopping restaurants etc.all the staffs were very helpful but there were two above and beyond at tiara restaurant they were sharath and poornima they made sure all guests were taking care

we would come back again and stay if we are visiting mumbai

The hotel is conveniently located in business district of Mumbai. The room are a bit small and restaurant has limited options for breakfast.

Went for a firm event here, it was great. Food was not that great as per expectations but deserts were great specially Gulab Jamun and Chocolate pastries.

The staff was really polite and I just loved the spacious room. Food in restaurant tiara is really awesome. I enjoyed my stay for 5 days.

The experience was really good. It is located in a very accessible location so no problem to find the hotel and overall the hospitality was good. The food was not upto the mark dont know if thats what was ordered but it could be better.

Nice hotel, conference room is quite large with nice cooling, food was also good, especially sweets, very near to hiranandani garden square, just search on map to find the write road,

We were attending an engagement party and I was impressed with the decor and layout of the hall, which was on the top floor of the hotel. Food was also awesome!
