Men's Avenue - Men's Wedding Collection in Pimpri Chinchwad

Went, 2 months back, in September, 2022, i went there, for some formal collection, and i took 3 sets of Blackberry collections, formal shirts and pants. Believe me, the the cloth looked quite good at the time of buying, but, after wearing them for nearly 2 months, the bruises started to show, now it feels like the worst cloth i have ever bought, that too spending around 13k, in total. Even in the event of online sales, you can get better quality than this. I would like to take this up to Blackberry Collections, just to check on the genuineness of their brand, that this shop is selling.

Lot of varities for Groom. Quality of cloths are very nice. Groom should purchase their cloths from Pimpri Branch who lives in Pimpri - Chinchwad. Price is reasonable.
For Kids as well lot of varities.

Doesn't care customer satisfaction. Surprisingly for diwali festival also not even 1% discount they offer. Feel like to begging.

Very good shop, all range of cloth, very good for fuctional occasional purches, vehicle parking available

The attendant was very helpful and professional. But others need to be more professional. A customer comes to your shop to pay money and buy your products, and not for backhand insults and unprofessional treatment.

We went there to get wedding attire, and without a question, it is the ideal location to shop for clothing due to the wide selection and distinctive designs.

Your staff Kishore was good and courteous who assisted us to choose our Sarees. His service is highly appreciated

Majorly for wedding kind of cloths, very less options for mens formal and casual.good for ladies for partyware.you have better options nearby

In case you are getting something custom stitched like formals or kurta, the stitching quality is horrible and one time use quality.
Restrooms are not well kept.

Nice wedding collection for men, kids & on first floor wedding collection for women.lots of variety for choice in our budget.

Collection are okay.you will face size issue and price are high compare to other shop. Less staff are there and even they are not interested to show you more after 4 or 5 dress.

Hope it should have negative rating option. When you ask for exchange at the time of purchase manager and all staff are ready to serve you for anything. However when you paid and come again on next day for any exchange they will treat you like a beggar.

Bad Quality of clothes, I purchased 2 Tshirt after a single wash it got shorter. Not only this i got bad products before too.

Great place great shop for men's clothing. They have almost all types of men's clothing. They are also having trial rooms. Staff is very cooperative. Lots of offers are available on festive seasons. I will surely consider visiting again.

Bought joghpuri suit from here and it has been worst shopping experience. Once you pay the amount they will treat you badly, costume we got was in a very bad condition, it seems somebody alrdy wore it and it was dirty all over. Then comes the customer experience, staff is very bad they will disrespect you in front of customer. They don't even bother to answer if after multiple requests.negative rating will be better option.

Very poor customer service. Ruined my family functions due to delayed delivery. Took 12 days for delivery and that too not met my expectations. They don't care even if you miss function because of them. Highly unprofessional as even after i went on next day of given delivery date they said your cloths are still in laundry for dry clean. Pathetic

Very bad exprience tailors are very stupid and lier's. When we go to take the delivery of cloths then they start to stich our cloths. As they want. Not like our requirements.fake promises.

Visited Men's Avenue, on 18th march 2019 looking for a suit for my friend. A hoarding/poster within the store says *STITCHING FREE FOR CLOTH BEYOND RS. 800/METER* Chose a cloth costing around 900Rs once and Rs. 1000 the second time just to be told that the offer is for cloth beyond Rs. 1500.
Points to be noted-
Do not write/publicise things you are not going to follow
The manager comes and says that the management has a role too. My dear highly un-aware friend if management has a role then don't bloody publicise stuff that you aren't following. Thirdly have an iota of respect for your customer, your house works because of this job, this job exists because of a customer. Ever heard- Customer is king?
So these 6 to 7 gentlemen cover the poster and stand arguing with us shouting and telling us what the management can do.
Such cowards. Indifferent, highly unprofessional, disrespectful and cold individuals.
I'd suggest them to just shut the shop and leave if they aren't interested in answering LOGICAL questions risen by the customers.
Idiots.
