Nice Hotel to stay overall. Just a little makeover to be done. Had a great stay with friends. Jigar (Manager) fluent and polite in every language to speak with. Must visit again

One of worst guest house and they call themselves hotel where staff is wearing shorts all the time. The owner who is Himachali and very rude and arrogant and tried to scam my fellow international friends while i was outside. Such guest house stating themselves hotels should not be allowed. Worst experience. No one should visit this place. The rooms looks like hospital room. The washroom is a hybrid toilet which is even worst.

Very Poor Guest House, I suggest everyone not to stay in it there are no rules followed at all all drunkers staying there

Cons:
1. Hotel is 50+ years old. Old structure.
2. No lift
3. Bathrom is 3x3 foot. (Very small)
4. Blankets have long long girls hair. Even after complaining the new one also have girls hairs.
5. Rent was high for Non AC compared to others hotel.
6. No window fr Non AC.

Rooms are good but the hotel environment is not so good for family. And will not suggest to go there with old parents as they can not go 2nd or 3rd floor via stairs.

Poor experience. Hotelier is a liar. We do not recommend this place. Don’t ever stay here.

It is at the center of Gateway of India, Haji Ali and Marine drive. All are approx 6 KMS away from the hotel. Very happy with the service and staff but common bathroom and washroom are a problem as cleanliness cannot be maintained as its almost impossible to clean after every use by the staff and they cannot monitor each and every customer, so opt for attached one by reading all the facilities. Staff behavior is very polite and supportive.

I really disliked this place Toilets and bathrooms are common for all, poor room service, wifi not working, geysers are in very dangerous condition and rooms are also very conjusted. Worst Experience ever. Even the receptionist wasn't polite he was talking very rudely. Mostly drunked and drug addicts were there except some peoples.

It's best guest house.cleaning is good and hot water is available with no use of television (the television is always off). Don't try breakfast here because the cost is very very high.overall hotel is good.we had satisfied with facilities of this Milan Guest House.

Nice rooms, Nice staff, but they charged me one day price for upgrading room, it's not fare. & For families it will not good bcoz that area was indiscipline area as ladies feel uncomfortable.

I booked this for a night. It was horrible. Room was very small, washroom was very dirty. It was very smelly. There was a hole in blanket. There was insects crawling on bed. There were ants in the washroom. Wall's plaster was damaged. It is located near Grant road railway station. Staff was OK. Staff ask for tip when you check out from the hotel.

Not a good place to stay
They will Alws try to open the door without knocking even when we ask for a glass of hot water they refuse to give saying that we took food not from Their hotels and the worst part they want to clean the room by 8: 00 that is when I still sleep and if I tell them to clean later they won't clean I ve to clean myself totally embarrassing.

Best place to stay with family as well as friends.rooms and washrooms were clean and staff was very polite and friendly.

As per charge of room, it's terrible, too small room, not clean or unhygienic washrooms, bedsheet and blanket. Not proper room services. I given 2 star for only a/c and latest tv connection services

It's nice place to stay its mid of city noise less and main thing is never ever listen to local taxi wala. They ll tell that milan guest house backwass karke. But its worth of money

This is a better place for a medium class family fit economically.
Location is good. Staffs are good. No security issue. Swachata level medium. Do not prefer room meal service, better to go in surrounding hotels and restra.

Rent is less compared to other lodges near nariman point, mumbai, not so hygienic, small rooms are available.i stayed there one night only beacuse of no rooms available near nariman point that night and i dont like the place and the lodge.

It was a nice stay with hotel, decent environment and nice staff, improvement can be made on room hygiene side, a mild foul smell found in washrooms rest was fine experience, location if hotel for tourists is awesome, one can explore south mumbai easily

It is very cheap rate guest house in Grant road very near of peder road of Mumbai. This area you will get good number of Muslim people. Grant road is very popular in Mumbai for this Muslim community. Though this place is darty place but lot of tourist you will get due to rent is very cheap.

The room was actually quite clean and looked exactly like in the pictures shown here.staff was friendly and very involved with trying to help me when i couldn't connect to the wifi.the bed on the otherside was not satisfying at all, though for this price it was okay.
