Mumbai Darshan Bus

The tour was a rip off! We paid 600 rs each person and barely went to sites that added up to that amount. We waited a long time to get on the bus from the pick up point after making several calls to the guide. They charge an extra fee of 50 rs for the guide.
The ac bus was the only plus point on this tour as the weather was strangely hot in Dec and for that I give it 2 stars.

Worst service ever. I have booked 3 tickets for my family which includes 1 ticket of my 4 years kid and also i have 1 year old kid. They gave me 1 seat in the front and 2 seats in the back. When i refused to board the bus, they refunded 1 tickets with 200 deduction. Also, there is no proper planning of lunch, they do provide lunch to eat but there is no place to eat the food with family.
Worst of everything is they dropped me at santacruz (20km away from colaba) where i need to go back to Colaba (pick up point).

However one good thing is guide helped me with route to reach home at night.

We booked ac bus for 550 per head. After entering the bus we got to know that we have to pay 750 per head extra for entry tickets and guide charge.
There was an 11D show and it's suggested for only kids aged under 10 with family only.
We started journey from CST Terminal. Package includes site visit to gateway of India (near to Taj hotel), Musium, hanging garden (nothing to see), and two temples not possible to enter inside wit the given time because it was too crowded. Then the useless 11D Show (only 5 minutes), Then Science park and the journey ends at juhu beach. On juhu beach you can enjoy all types of veg street food. After they drop us on the same pick up point.
They served 2 samosa as breakfast and veg biryani as lunch.
They show us most of the celebrity houses during the journey from the bus and go through bandra worli see link.
Overall experience was ok for a tourist.

I went for the Mumbai Darshan on independence day, so all the buildings were well lit.

It was a decent experience for the price (180 per head). The open air experience was good. It would be very ideal for someone who is visiting the city for the 1st time and has only limited time to explore.

Very best and affordable option to see all tourist attractions of mumbai city within one day. You will get a ticket of mumbai darshan just at ₹250 (non AC) or ₹400 (AC) both include breakfast at morning. Nice experience

I had booked Mumbai Darshan from Manoj. It was a good experience and worth the tour. All precautions were taken care of as per pandemic guidelines.

Its just Bhag Milkha Bhaggggg. Paid show directly cancel & they book another without our opinion which waste of Money, Time and Energy. Not Even DARSHAN of Mahalaxmi & Siddhivinayak Temple. One day is not sufficient to complete. Own vehicle required

Very bad seats, unclean bus, shaky shock-absorbers bus, atleast they could have provided double axle buses for better comfort of tourists! I boarded from Kharghar and ac was not switched-on, and I was under impression of Hop-on-hop-off bus service; however, disappointed to level that will never take this tour again! Strong thumbs down: (

If you want to waste your day go ahead as they don't cover genuine points. Their stops are way to far from actual location you may end up walking more. Guide in bus are rude and unruly. They shifts passenger for their commision. Bus service isn't good for any type of travellers

At for one round around Mumbai sightseeing, it is very nice and convenient tour giving breakfast and lunch also on ordering. Then we can decide where we want go to our likelihood space to spend own time another day. But three to four days are required. We miss nilamber tour i.e. Open Deck bus tour. Must try and it is available on Sat-sun only. But tour is reasonable and affordable.

1. As usual mentioned by others, they looks clubbing people in one bus and saying bus breakdown happened. Bus numbers for clubbed people were vary for each than mentioned to them.
2.1 hour Late pickup than mentioned time.
3. Very less time to explore spots.
4. Guide was good, but as mentioned 530 Rs extra charged for each person apart from bus booking and to buy tickets which felt little overly priced.
5. If planning to group for 4-5 members better to travel by cab/Ola.

Very interesting to go with this Bus, but after reading experiences of people's suffering, now cancelled.

I had Mumbai darshan tour experience 8 years ago with my family it was fun and was a great experience.
So me and my siblings decided to take Mumbai tour as they had never travelled in Mumbai before. I expected same experience this time but it turned out to be worst!
We booked tickets at ANJALI TOURS AND TRAVELS through their agent as he approached us. He told us that the bus will take us to 33 places we agreed and bought tickets for Rs. 400 (AC bus).
We boarded the AC bus and found out that the bus did not have AC but just had ordinary cooler vents at each seats. We realised we wasted money for choosing AC buses.
The tour began. Our guide introduced himself and started giving information about the some places and streets for some time. Initially he behaved well with us, gave fine information. Then after he was silent for most of the time sitting at his place.
We reached two important destination of tour i.e Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Museum and Nehru science centre. Both were large places to explore and we need sufficient time but the guide gave just 40 minutes for each place which was clearly insufficient. That's why we weren't able to experience this destination well. We were very disappointed and also this two places had tickets 150rs and 120rs per head approximately.
They didn't even take us to some of the places which they had mentioned in their destination booklet like Rani Baug, Malabar hills, hanging garden, Tarapore aquarium. Also the places which we were supposed to see from inside the bus, the bus didn't slow down for us to see properly. He even said that if some people aren't able to see then I can't do anything for that? !
Next we arrived at a place which we didn't visit and chose to stay in the bus. The bus driver rudely said to all passengers that "aapko baahar jana hai ya na jaana AC band rahega" (whether you go out or stay inside the AC will stay off).
Especially the guide used very impolite language towards the passengers. At some places where there was time limit he said
" Sabko time par vapas bus mai aana hai agar time par nahi aye to bus aage chali jayegi, fir aapko taxi pakadkar next destination aana hoga. " The way he was speaking was very disrespectful and impolite. One passenger just got 2 minute late, he called him and started scolding him in front of all passengers. This was very shocking and unacceptable and complete wrong. You cannot behave such with the passengers.
We all started losing our mood to travel further. We even thought that it was better to travel by ourselves then taking this tour. The way the guide treated us he was really spoiling the image and reputation of Mumbai and it's residents. Authorities of Mumbai Darshan should take strict action against such guides.
Overall the tour experience was very bad, it was waste of money and time both. Never ever taking such tour and won't recommend even others too for the same.

You can must take a mumbai. Darshan bus if you want to cover more places in short time. Because this bus is for short time visiters. They have a fixed time slot for each place. Short and simple bus is a worth of money for short time visitors

Takes you to different places and can visit many places without bothering about parking one way and traffic. Good service by Mumbai nagar palika

Its like a pond where 340 million fishes are already swiming and 10th of them are we, The visitors. There are a lot of places to visit but rush, crowd and high cost is the problem

The bus that arrived at the pickup was different than the number mentioned during registration. After waiting for a while, when we tried contacting them, the guide told us they had already left. Neither did they try contacting us for pickup, nor did they inform us about the change in bus number.
We somehow managed to again catch up to the bus, and when confronted the guide he pretended being on call and wasn't bothered at all.

Additionally, they collected 600 per person after the start saying it included all entry fee tickets. Everyone had to pay up irrespective of what they wanted to opt for. So actually, consider the entire trip to cost you close to Rs. 1000, which at least should be mentioned on the website.

I had tried calling them multiple times before booking, but the line was always busy and they got back to me on whatsapp. The same number would revert on whatsapp but was never available for call.
All in all, expect a bare minimum experience, more like a one day quick tour around the city.pp
