Mystic Valley Spa Resort

This is the best place in Igatpuri. The rooms were well maintained. The food was awesome. Whenever you go to mystic you should ask for Steward Ajay he is a very helpful guy has good hospitality skills. The only thing is the room prices are a little too high.

The property is good to stay to family. Food is delicious specially the non-veg section. Only improvement point is that the washrooms could have been better.
Room staff, whether it’s housekeeping or service, were helpful.

Old kind of property, bad housekeeping, poorly maintained rooms, indoor play area and gym, Noisy generator, frequent power failures, dysfunctional lifts, slow service in restaurant and rooms. Only thing good was the morning breakfast.

Nice place to stay during weekends in Igatpuri. Service and hospitality were awesome. Quality of food and way of serving were excellent. Property is quite huge due to that somewhere it was observed the requirement of improvement but still a peaceful place with full of luxury and comfort. Full marks for room size and it's maintenance. Rooms were well arranged and quite clean. View from the room was quite satisfactory. Place is advised to be visited during monsoon season. Overall nice experience. Thanks MVSR.

Experience was good. Rooms are also good. Food and Drinks arw costlier. If you want liquor from outside, shop is situated in Igatpuri around 3 kms also store doesn't accept cards so better carry your liquor with you. Overall experience is good atmosphere is also good

The valley is amazing and the rooms are big it also has a bath tub but the rooms and blankets are damp, stinky. The room service is very slow and the a la carte which can be ordered in the room is absolute waste of money both veg and non-veg food is tasteless.

The rooms are very spacious and we liked the concept of suite rooms. However, games zone is non functional, spa is not that great and food is ok. The property is huge, they should invest in maintaining it. The best part is the myst that comes over in the early morning hours!

Nice resort to goto. The rooms are really big, very good if a group of friends are going. Has good seating area to chill and play inside your room. Food is decent.

It was good experience in Mystic valley resort good amenities pleasant ambience.recommended for family stay. Only thing food is much expensive.

Amazing place to stay. Nice place, staff and clean rooms. If anybody is planning to visit plz visit during monsoon season.

Visited the Resort in the month August 2018
Its is a perfect place for rejuvenating. Beautiful and Serene.the staff is very kind and helpful. The manager is very cordial and hospitable person. Enjoyed my stay to the core.

Not so great stay. Good competitive rates but lacks at maintaining the place. Pool filters werent working. Pool isnt exactly for swimming just 4ft top pool and a 2 ft bottom pool. Had no remotes for TV and AC. Had to call reception for everything even to turn on power supply which was annoying.

In the hotel premises there are private residential properties and management has no control over them so they disturb alot by playing loud music at mid night.lift not working at the resort.the property is more like lodging and boarding place rather resort.no indoor games which many website claims.i did booking through make my trip, whatever showcased on site like indoorgames, working lift, welcome drink etc are not provided. Overall not relaxing holiday.not worth the money.

Very neatly maintained. The best pool I have gotten into in many years. Very clean and high standards of hygiene are maintained in the hotel premises and rooms. The restaurant is mediocre. Food is just so-so.

The property is very huge. Mostly occupied because they are good. Their suites are quite spacious and you can enjoy the foggy environment including mountains from the balcony. Manager is professional as well as their staff. They don't have valets but their garage size is good. Highly recommend.

Mystic Valley Spa resort is a great place to be. We had a blast there in a villa with a private pool. The pool was accessible all night.the climate was awesome. Lovely dense fog everywhere. The rooms were comfortable with cozy beds. The villa had 4 rooms with 1 bed each. 2 halls with 1 smart TV. Service was excellent.only problem was the dense fog outside in the evening. The market place is as round 10 12 KM's from the villa. Had a lovely overnight stay there. I highly recommend it.

Horribly maintained and stinking rooms. Poor service. Food quality not up to mark. Intercom was not working in most of the rooms. No cleanliness in room and bathroom.not at all recommended. If any body knows any property other than Manas and Mystic valley, let us know

On the contrary to all the positive reviews, we had a very ordinary experience at Mystic Valley Spa Resort. To start with the room though spacious was very poorly maintained. We had to call multiple times to make the cable tv work. The bathroom floor was too dirty to step in. Our biggest concern was the entire room was mouldly. There was a constant pungent smell coming out of the walls which were wet because to the rains, which made it suffocating to sleep all night. To top it off, we noticed a rat inside the room, which made our mood even unpleasant. After calling the housekeeping, they didn't "find" the mouse and simply left. So basically we had to spend an entire night in a dirty, mouldy room having a rat in it! Can it get any worse? The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the decent breakfast in the morning. Overall, a completely avoidable place!

The location of the resort is just perfect. We had stayed in a bungalow, which was ok not very clean. They have good space but property is not maintained. Service and food in the restaurant is not bad.

Great at its economical rates. The food here in its Restaurant "Garnet" is amazing (5 s for the chef).
Good staff, quick to respond and proffesional.
Good Hospitality management. We fools went to the pool post its closing time (Pool timings not clearly mentioned), but the manager was obliging and got it reopened upon our request for a little while #CustomerSatisfaction.
Great rooms, spacious and clean with serene views.
The star less is mainly for Two reasons,
FIRSTLY, To the owners. 6pm is not a time to shut the pool. I can understand a cut off thats subject to sunset/darkness hours. #MysticValley please ammend this rule.
SECONDLY, Access to the hotel from the highway needs to be done-up owing to a foggy ambience in the rains and in winter. It becomes dangerous and a li'l treacherous due to visibility and muddy portholes.

The place was more than our expectations. The rooms were really good, clean, spacious, comfortable and quite. The bathroom was clean.
There were power cuts several times in the day but they did have back-up.
It was worth all the penny spent. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

Great place for family outing and getaway place for ppl in Mumbai and pune. Must visit from June to Sept and Dec to Feb. The resort has ample of space and amenities also present like swimming pool, kids play area, garden, indoor activity, camp fire are also done,

Very slow n poor Room service by the staff.

Nothing to do inside the resort.

Only rooms are big, washroom is full of water leakage 24hrs.

Overall on 2 stars for big size rooms.

Location of resort ks wonderful, on highway, easily accessable, all attracion points are near by. Rooms are very clean and infra is also very good in this rate.
