Nandan Travels

Do not travel in Nandan Travels buses, they take the price of a full seat and then load multiple passengers on the same seat (all paying the same amount). Passengers with online bookings are rolled over and are being told to contact the respective online portals (even when the passengers have the bus number and the seat number selected and allotted). The staff is very rude with everyone (pushing people here and there and arguing unnecessarily against all the passenger’s rights).

Worst ever experience on 19th Mar travelling from Jabalpur to Nagpur. Ticket was booked for one bus and they changed the bus. They have given me single sleeper while starting and on midway they started filling bus like cattles. When asked the staff his behaviour was so rude and they even said if I want I can get down of the bus. I will never travel again in this and will suggest not bus service from Jabalpur to Nagpur or vice versa.

In upper seat there's two ac but in lower where there's two seat they given only two ac and their wifi advertisement is there but no response of that bad one

First' i have booked seat but in my seat the conductor tolded someone to sit and I the whole time 3 hrs i sat on back side of the driver seat not in my seat verry bad

Very poor service, i booked my seat from Jabalpur to Nagpur it took more than 8 hours. The bus staff are very rough also the condition of bus is very poor it's window glass is jammed seats are dirty and stops almost everywhere to pick up local passengers. Didn't stopped anywhere for meal. The bus looks more like city bus stuffed with local passengers.

I have booked my ticket from indore to Chhindwara bus got stucked at dewas due to internal technical issues from 7: 30 to 6: 17 till morning we are suffered so badly bus was not repaired after so many follow ups they changed bus bus should be changed from indore but they delayed female with children was so. Fed up very bed service 0000000 rating

Bad experience, Not travel full destination from, Nagpur Maharashtra to Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh, same as Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh to Mumbai Maharashtra.

Good experience with service and assisting. But the floor and surrounding was shattered, broken and need repair. Bit dirty, no dustbin facility. As the bus was an hour late so that experience was bad in a sense that can't leave and can't get bus on time even reached before time

Very bad experience taking 10 hours to reach Nagpur from Jabalpur without any breakdown in vehicle, very bad, very bad sit in bus at Jabalpur at 10: 00 am and now it is 6.45 and not reach to nagpur still in kamptee

Very farzi service of this operator. Yesterday bus from nagpur to jabalpur failed between kanhan and they didn't refunded money. And i boarded other bus as it was urgent. Would recommend not to use this bus service.

Very good travels with luxury buses having comfortable sleeper class seats, wifi, mobile charging points etc. One should must travel in these buses for comfortable journey.

Nandan travels has a good office of its own. It has good busses and buses are punctual in departure. It does not have any Volvo bus

The Buses are good. Now the online mode of booking has made travel easier. The notifications by Travels for your pick up person helps amazingly well.

Good accommodation.but plz spray a air freshener into the bus.because it's smell, the blanket etc.

This is located a little away from the Nagpur railway station. Youll get buses to jabalpur, seoni, katni etc from here. They do maintain a waiting hall for the passengers.
However regarding the bus service its just an average one, the bus maintenance was very poor and even staff behaviour was not so satisfactory

Bus condition/facility is nice. The only problem with them is they cancel the bus at any time without even prior notice. Their mobile msg services are not upto the mark. I met their staff at Nagpur they were friendly and supportive. Their AC busses are clean and well maintained. They stop the busses at a decent places which is suitable for the family for using toilets/restroom.

Today i am not satisfied with the bus ac was not working at all, bus attendent staff behavior are not good with customer

Customer service is very bad, i have booked another seat onilne and they provided me the last seat which is full of jerk and all, they provided my seat to another customer (paise jyda dediye honge shyd), worst customer service

Such a worst traveler.buses are not even check befor journey begains if their is prob. Resolve.it today i am traveling in this and acc bumpher is dead and continiously noise is cmng from acc how any one ll sleep in such a rough sound. I traveld no. Of times in this bus from nagpur to katni. Continiously water was leaking from acc, blankets are so dirty.if uhh can not provide service dont take such high charges and nd stop ur this bloody travel

Very very poor service indeed. When you people are charging for seat u should bloody provide a seat. U can't simply charge and stuff people like cow or goat. I understand ur NGP to jbp or vice versa. But u should charge accordingly for provision of seat also. Even a person who is traveling by standing for two long hours reduce the fair then. Simply chaotic management. I advise people to kindly book ur seat and dont allow anyone to be seated even if the conductor insists. Getting seat is our right after paying full fare.
