It was my first trip with Neem Holidays.
It was well organised tour.
Itinerary was exhaustive and well planned. Coaches & Hotels were good. Tour manager, guide & tour escort Mr Ketan Bhai was courteous & friendly. He managed trip excellent ly. Quality of food was good.
Overall I can give **** ratings.

Well organized. Ketan Bhasin a very good organizer. Soft spoken, giving all required information in advance.

Neem Holidays has always been the best.as it's been the fourth time we have travelled with Neem Holidays.
Starting with our ticketing associate Mr. Nayan sir is too good and cooperative in explaining the whole itinery as well making the booking process easy and convenient.

Next comes Mr.ketan sir our vietnam tour guide who made our trip very amazing with his proper guidance from showing each and every tourist attractions to giving knowledge about the same and sharing his tips which benefited us alot. Your just doing an amazing job.very very cooperative.thankyou so much sir.

Hotel stays were too nice and comfortable with scrumptious breakfast, lunch and dinner at Indian restaurant was best.

Infact there isn't a single drawback about this whole tour as well as in Neem Holidays.

We recently completed Splendid Vietnam tour starting 5th January 2024 under the tour leader guidance of Mr. Ketan Bhasin. Rooms were good and at most of the locations Indian Lunch and Dinners were provided. Our group was large of 40 persons which Ketanbhai managed well and we were provided and guided well in advance. This was simply superb value for money tour.

Very bad experience! Just being to Dubai trip with them. Do not go with this travels.out 7 days 3 days there was no activity or sight seeing, so we had to go out by ourselves with made us spend huge amt despite of paying them a big fee. There was no co ordination in their India team and dubai representative, not ready to take any responsibility for any small issue.they were changing iternery on the trip itself. The amt paid was only utilised for hotel room and a bus. The entire trip group was disappointed. Would highly suggest do not waste money here.

Re HMC trip date 17-11-23.1 day of the 2 day cruise got cancelled but Neem not transparent about the refund amount. Their Ms. Rekha Vaishnav was extremely rude & not even willing to listen to my view point when I tried to tell her that they should give refund of amount after deduction of additional cost incurred for arranging hotel stay & food.

Regarding the food
Breakfast - very limited choice for vegetarians. Should have been better arranged with the hotels.
Lunch & dinner - at decent indian restaurants but without any application of mind as to the menu only punjabi food provided & same vegetables for lunch & dinner which was repeated every day. For dessert either rasgulla/gulab jamun repeated every day.

The dubai your was very well managed we enjoyed alot the tour manager tour guide all were very very helpful n co operative

We traveled to Dubai through neem and opted for a customised tour. The tour was well arranged and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and to add to that Mr. Kaushal and Mr. Shripal were a fun and an amazing company. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we did not have any discomfort during our trip. And thanks to the Neem team for the prompt reply to our requests regarding the food.

Trip to Swiss was great expirience and their Itinerary was good, our tour guide Sanyukta was very informative and managed the tour well.
Neem needs to work on the back office staff to be more vigilant in answering queries and to be more informative.

# Negative review / Minus Rating Stars for Neem's Management, as: -

< Even after several request & reminders, we are still awaiting for remaining proper 'Receipts' for an Advance payments made by us, which should have been issued spontaneously & in a suo moto manner, by the ' Neem', for legal / accounting purpose of its touring customers.

< After making initial payment for our tour booking by us,

as we experienced quite unresponsivness & vague answers till long from Neem's staff, to our several request for our proper Receipts & for a detailed copy of our application for visa appointment, processed by them,

Ms Rekha - on our insistance for her introduction, she 1st intoduced herself as the Manager,

without paying heed to our above request, started demanding further payment in an intimidating manner, with her / Neem's unjustifiable intention to delist us from our relevant tour booking / forfeit payments already made by us, from our hard earned retirement savings,

then on ms Rekha's undutiful & unprofessional tele talks, when we asked her to transfer the telephone line to Neem's M. D, she introduced herself as M. D.of the Neem.

< Overseas Travel Insurance Policy arranged by them, was withOut asking / mention of name Nomination, which means, God Forbid, in case of claim, legal heirs has to strive very hard, to get claim money,

contrary to that, if nomination is made in the name of predefined legal heirs i.e. As nominee, the procedure is simply to fill claim form with KYC docs.

< Also insurance coverage for Pre existing health condition disease to maximum possible amount, should be advised / be arranged to covered under overseas mediclaim travel insurance policy, instead of its toatal exclusions.

< Quite Poor Management, Administration & Customer friendliness, esp.in absence of their reasonableness, transperancy & clarity for their such a poor performance between the phase of Booking payment made by us, till our Departure for tour.

Though we enjoyed our tour in complacency.

Wasim Handled the show Best way. Very nice person by heart. Bus was extremely nice. BUT Many Issues like too Many packed meals, that too cold, Too many mosquitos in a hotel, also have videos for the same. Food for soo many days was same. Daily only punjabi. All agreed on that issue also. ALSO by Neem it was mentioned that KITTLES WILL NOT BE THERE AT SOME PLACES. BUT NOT AT SINGLE PLACE WE GOT IT. ITS OK IF NOT AVAILABLE BUT COMMUNICATION WAS TOTALLY WRONG. But WASIMS smile made all bearable.

It was Value for money and Swiss Itinerary was very good and so was our good Sanyukta, she was very co operative and very well informed. Will definitely recommend

Based on my Europe tour with you from 3rd May to 14May 2023 I wish you could ponder on the following suggestions moving forward:
1. Include your tour guide (Dipti madam et all) while charting your tour itinerary. Please consider their ground reality experience.
2. Serving Indian food was fine but rice was half-cooked throughout; potatoes were undercooked at times; curries had smoky taste sometimes. Some of us had stomach upsets. Please take it up with the caterers.
3. Update your FAQS with the latest requirements. RT PCR was not required.
You may wish to add something which a tourist should expect from you and you from him.
4. Return flight from Delhi to Mumbai was very close to the landing time from Paris. Please note that there is immigration check; collecting & re-check in of baggage; and security check in before we board. The stress of rushing these procedures could be avoided.
5. Last but not the least; please be proactive to call us up when you miss our calls. It is frustrating to call on you again & again. 'Don't care' attitude hurts.

Wish you will put yourselves in our shoes while addressing our complaints & suggestions.

A big 'Thank you' to Dipti madam for managing the tour commendably inspite of the problems faced by us.
Full marks to her for creating synergy in the group.

We sincerely feel that her experience & expertise should be utilised while charting your tour programme.

1) Five stars to Dipti Madam for her dedicated endeavours to make our trip comfortable.
2) The itinerary planed by NEEM was the worst I ever came across in my life.
3) Travelling by bus was too much & sightseeing very less. Not only that, but the bus had an Amazon advertisement pasted on it due to which majority of 47 members could not see outside scenery.
4) Same breakfast was served for all 10 days & that too continental which was highly nauseating.
5) The lunch & dinner were Indian & barely eatable. NEEM could have planned for some local dishes at each place. We eat Indian food every day here. Why should we be forced to eat the same in Europe after paying through our noses.
6) Also for Jain groups & other groups with food reservations, NEEM can have separate groups. Why spoil our food requirements.
7) Initially though the NEEM charges were less than other travels, there we had to shell out more for some rides or other purpose. This finally resulted in us paying more.
8) The rooms were congested at many places & with poor views at scenic places.
9) For payments the NEEM staff is constantly after you, but when we call, they never respond. Shabnam Sheikh was the least available for clarifications.
I will advise each & everyone to never travel by NEEM. Try other travels or plan on your own. If you are literate & understand working on net it's better to plan on your own. Travels like NEEM will spoil your tour by making it hectic & more uncomfortable.
I had booked through NEEM because some people had praised them. May be it was praiseworthy then. Now it is curse worthy. It's high time NEEM rehauled it's staff which is arrogant & unresponsive.
I am highly disillusioned for wasting my hard earned money in traveling with NEEM.

Third class travel company. Don't go with this travel agency, they are cheaters. Every time they change their itinerary and we even didn't know about this. Our itinerary is different and their tour guide itinerary is different, they show you only limited places as per their itinerary And in our itinerary their are many places to visit. They fool us by giving fake itinerary, we thought that we will see all the places as per our itinerary but they don't show you that places. And some places they show you from bus or van in which you are traveling.

Excellent service by Neem travels for our Bangkok and Pattaya tour in Jan 2023. Special mention for Mr Jimmy at Pattaya and Mr Kewal from Mumbai team. Stay and travel arrangements were excellent. Hospitality was courteous. We had an amazing experience overall for a tour of 2 senior citizen.

I would say Over all experience of mine is good, My Travel Buddy Mr Kewal, is good person. Took well care of us, 5 Star for him.
But I would Suggest or Recommend Neems to pls take a better review before you sign up with your Overseas Travel Partner, who will be accompanying the travellers.
Our travel patner in Thailand are Worse I could say. The language they chose to spell in front of professional must and should be choosy. They cannot pick any sentence and utter in a moob, that will not be sense of humour but seen as non sense (Agent Name Jimmy).
The food arranged through out the tour in Pattaya is road side thali wala.packed some where and bought some where to arrange.

One more point is changing the itinerary in the last minute is nightmare.

How ever we have enjoyed our trip very well.

Thanks Lata n wonderful group fr making my trip a memorable one.we saw some gorgeous n picturesque sights. My dream of visiting Switzerland was fulfilled with Neem Travels. Hotel stay, food n our captain were good.i will recommend my friends to travel with NEEM TRAVELS.

We both enjoyed the trip beyond our expectations. All the group members from age 30 to 76 thoroughly enjoyed trip with Neem Travels. Lata madam, our group leader was so caring and cool tempered. Helping nature. She knows many languages so we could share our problems with her. She also enjoyed with us while dancing and signing. They gave us required time for site seeing. Hi this is regarding the tour of majestic europe with neem on 16sept 2022 it was nice tour with good hotels except in budapest which was not up to the standards. The coach the bus driver were good.tour operator was pretty good overall a decent tour with little hitch here and there.

Good and sweet memories, of whatever is possible to experience. I felt there was no necessity to have overnight stay at Innsbruck. It was late in the night when we reached hotel totally exhausted, it could have been a wise thing to have stayed at Munich itself. More than seeing places, we have spent more time in travelling. Further, we have been charged Rs. 10000 more for our travel to Mumbai and back to Bengaluru, which was not done. Please see to it and any excess amount paid by us may kindly be compensated. Regarding TM, I have no complaints or regrets. He has done the best with available sources. I appreciate his cool and timely action.

We joined Neem group for jewels of Europe on 14th Sept 2022. It was a good experience. We were 24 members and we gel well from different backgroud and age groups. I was accompanied by my wife. Lata was our tour leader and she manages everything well. Food was tasty and hotels were decent good stays.

A mixed bag. Itinerary could have been planned better because 3 days were spent in traveling on the road without any sightseeing. After landing in munich we traveled for 4 hours to trivoli for a night stay. Dinner on the way was completely disorganized, had to stand and eat out of a grocery store.
Tour guide did not take any accountability and blamed everything on neem management.
Budapest hotel, hotel Bara was horrible, with tasteless breakfast. A 3 day stay there was a pain. Half day sightseeing at Vienna, Prague was nice. Munich was a disaster on last day as tour guide made us walk aimlessly for 4 kms without any agenda.
Dinner at Budapest and Prague was good. Stay in Prague at hotel Top was the best. Neem holidays must be sensitive in dealing with travellers.
Visit to castle in Budapest was skipped, 4- 5 hours were given to spend in town squares which could have been allocated to seeing the cathedral at Prague. Dinner at Bratislava and Prague was good. Dinner at Budapest for 3 days was bad. Please give tour managers who take accountability of the whole group. All local tour guides were good.

I have travelled with my wife to part of Europe recently, it was amazing tour. All facilities provided by Neem was excellent with Yummy Indian food. Proper care was taken at all places.

Hats off to Lata our tour leader from Neem. She was available round the clock.

I would prefer to choose Neem for my next tour for sure.

We travel scandinavia + russia, Very satisfied, Reasonably good hotels, sight seen and food. Hence next tour booked 1 year in advance, But Neem him self cancelled tour due to corona, Deduct visa and cancellation charges without our consent and not given refund but issued credit note of after deduct visa & cancelation amount. If we r not cancel the tour and if neem debit the cancellation charge, he have to refund balance amount immediately or neem have to give same tour at same cost, without any cancelation charge, when conditions r normal, pl justify

A good international tour travel company who gives good reasonable package tour for our budget.

Before pandemic me along with my family went on a tour to Australia dated march 2020.
Firstly, every traveler expects a good guide who is capable to understand and explain about the country I heartily thank our tour guide Mr. Pratik Shah to being such a humble and knowledgeable person on this tour. Most of them wear senior citizen and our bus driver and Pratik dada showed all their respected values towards them.

In my opinion travelling to Australia is highly recommend.

Secondly, food, service and management was pretty good as usual. But, accommodation can be improved by neem.

Presently all the tour operators across the world facing problem with covid.i have toured Japan and Australia during last 2 years thro Neem. They conduct excellently.very honest people. I had booked to Russia during last year for April 2020 departure to Neem and unfortunately it got postponed. Thilose who have booked and their tours are stuck need not to worry. They are honest to the core.

This was our first trip with Neem Travels. I have extensively travelled in India and abroad both on my own as well as with various tour operators. I have seen many good tour managers who had admirably handled the tours, but I would say that the tour manager Aditya is unique. He is intelligent and passionate and has good depth of knowledge in his subject. He had assured in the beginning that we would return with great memories and he has honoured those words.best wishes and big thanks to him for the wonderful experience. It was an amazing experience with such a great tourist guide Mr. Pratik shah an amazing person to be with. He was very co-operative throughout trip. A very fun loving person and also caring at same time.

I have been to Europe thru Neem holidays and the experience was good.so this time I booked Japan tour.but to the current situation my tour got cancelled which was scheduled on 2nd April 2020, and I m still awaiting for my refunds but there is no communication from Naam holidays

We had a great tour with no I'll feelings though group of 42 people's with age from 5 to 78 we enjoyed a lot. Our guide Pratik had manged very well covering more then the mentioned itenary very coolly. Our coach driver Mr George was a great knowledgeable and good speaker. He was a great companion rather a driver.

Awesome Australia tour with neem holiday. Value for money. Food and excursions were good but hotel also good but 1-2 places hotel care can be improved.

Great place, full of nature's, value for money, tour leader Aditya Sangale was with full of energy and deep knowledge of the Bali, he made group live with entertainment and fun. Dinner was delicious indian food. Suggestions is that Neem should suggest staying hotel to add indian dishes in breakfast.

We had enrolled for the group tour for Singapore. This was our first tour with Neem tours. The trip was well organized.  Trip Itinerary was 100% completed.   We also experienced the food provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner etc in a great manner. The bus provided for our group was also good. Very Well-organized daily sightseeing with the quite good time management.   Our tour guide was giving us information on places we were visiting and took good care of all of us. Tour manager was knowledgeable and helpful.

Few suggestions we would like Neem to surely work on:  ·
1. Office staff need to be more communicative with customers though mails and calls before the tour.   We found lack of transparency. We were given Visaa nd   final itinerary a couple of days prior of the departure. ·
2. Moderate quality hotel rooms provided. ·
3. Our tour was combined with SIN-MAL tour members. First 3-days, tour manager was with us in Singapore and later, he went to Malaysia with second group. We had to manage all things at our end from all transports to lunch/dinner etc. Such tactics is not expected from any Tours and Travels. ·
4. Neem provides budgeted package, but You have to be crystal clear in what you offer and hopefully Neem should have a better staff to handle the customer queries.

We had been to Bali, indonesia tour with Neem Holidays on 31jan-07feb2020.
Overall experience was very good.
Especially would like to mention about Aditya Sangle (Addy) our Tour manager. He has very pleasing personality. Start talking to him & feels like he is very close friend. At the same time he managed tour very professionaly.
Addys knowledge about bali, their culture, history is excellent. We could observe that he had maintained very good relations with balinese people also.
Whole day addy could maintain his enthu & kept encouraging, pushing participants to do more n more activities.
Addy is thorough professional at the same time can look into peoples personal matters to help them.
We wish him & Neem travels all the best for future and believe to meet again for future tours.
