Will never recommend this platform, don't go for this if you want peace of mind. They are very soft-spoken till you move-in and pay the money.after that they don't care customers, just loot them with frivolous charges
Worst accommodation app ever, they will just take your money in the name of deposit and agreement and then you will be stuck there for 6 months or longer-term.would recom mend people to choose another method for accommodation rather than this or else your relocating experience will be harder than it already is.

I am begging for my own depositmoney since last 10 days and no response from nestaway yet. Unnecessary deductions are levied in name of taking money from customers. If I don't get my money within next 48 hours I will definitely take a legal action against the company.
Pathetic service. Don't find your accommodation through Nestaway. App and policies of this company is very clear that just cheat the customers. They give your all old furniture and utilities to use. All electronic items are old and having very low star rankings which will increase your electricity bill. This guys are saying "No Brokerage" and they are right, but it means you have to pay more than a broker will charge from you. This guys will charge your Onboarding Fees + Token Fees + Deposit + Rent agreement Charges which is too much. I have paid (3000 On boarding +1300 Token Fees + 8800 Deposit + 2360 Rent agreement Charges) out of which only deposit is refundable, and in addition of it if you don't stay back for min 6 months they will deduct 1 months rent from your deposit and in your notice period is less than 45 days they will deduct more amount from your deposit so you will end up with NO REFUND. This guys will give you 7 days to check entire things in you house and raise request for repair however this guys ensure that they will make you fool for 7 days and post 7 days they will ask extra money to fix it.
I have made mistake my friends and lost my money. You guys please beware of this fraud company and people.
This is cheating and not relaible company. We booked PG bed in Goregaon, mumbai, we were shown different flat by Sachin Gate who claims he is property manager of this company and we're pushed to pay advances, which paid full amount in advance and when we move in Today 21 Jan 2023,5.00 p.m we were forced to move to another flat which was so dirty, water taps not working, WC flushes not functioning, Floor tiles are broken, electrical supply is not available in flat last three days, Sachin Gate not attending us even on repeatative calls, I think this company cheated us and may be this company is totally Fraud. Sachin Gate promises on his own which is incorrect. Within 03 hours of move In, we ask for refund, company and nobody is attending our calls.
Frauds. Stay away from this company. They will overcharge you for rent, promise facilities but never provide any.no repairing will be done from their side.they charge 800 for a light bulb.they will take every opportunity to make money from you.non existent service and maintenance.

Sachin Gate is a fraud. He first fooled us by showing another flat. When we were about to shift to that flat, he cancelled the deal. Then he took the advantage of our desperation of search for flat and got us another flat and promised us to provide geysers, dining table, washing machine, wardrobes. After we paid the deposit & rent, he started ignoring our calls. The house was unclean when we moved here. Electric wires are dangling all over the house. Plumbing work is incomplete. The locks in cupboard are such that someone can easily open it without keys. Geysers are not fitted in the bathroom for which we have been chasing after him for more than a week. The washing machine is in such a condition that it can stop working anytime soon.
PATHETIC. They are very unprofessional and will insist on paying the Deposit and show you stuff which is purchased from Kabadi and not functional and breaks after using a few times! One has to keep chasing the arear manager who will keep fooling you and expect you to drop everything & keep waiting for the technicians to come to fix things. The technician comes at his convenient time and will use your personal toilet and make it dirty! Do half job and leave and never come back! REALLY PATHETIC SERVICE! Better to contact local brokers who are more professional and don't make false promises. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED AND I WISH I COULD GET ALL MY MONEY BACK!
Don't get in their trap. I have lost my money. They haven't properly given the security deposit. Raised ticket, escallated to the higher authority but no use. Even playstore review they have asked for ticket number to resolve the issue, after providing the ticket number there is no response.
Flat owners please don't trust Nestaway. They takes your new flat and damages it badly. At the time of vacating the flat, they says you pay all charges now and you will get back compensation for damages, settlement of pending rent, utility bills etc from HO, but then they never replies to your call or mail. They are unethical and fraud company. Never give your hard earned property to such a company, you will always be in the loss.
Guys are others also facing this issue that if you are a long time customer, they are charging you more rent as compared to the new people in the same room/flat? I am finding it odd that old customers are being penalised for their loyalty. Like most of the reviews mentioned, even my experience has been very bad as they say rent is decided by owner as if the owner only wants a higher rent from me and not the others.really saddened. Had taken the services considering Ratan Tataji is associated with them.experience is really turning sour
NestAway is fraud company and they had not refunded thousands tenant deposit. If they deduct lot of money and put bogus charges on refund amount. They are fraud company. They had not refunded our Rs. 84000 rent deposit money from last six months now.
Just search #Nestawayscam in twitter or any social media, you will find thousands people complaining about it
Customer service is pathetic Inspite of making the whole payment 11 days before the move-in date, the nestaway team didn't bothered to help me out further on their app issues. Finally I had requested for cancellations and still no response.
I had left nestaway property Concorde Anugraha on 31st July (my moveout date of which I received a confirmation). I had to bear all the charges (motor repair, lift repair, diesel, even the salary for caretaker) along with the other tenants which earlier used to be taken care by Nestway. I was spending 3-4 k every month. The property manager never responded to any concerns. On top of that I have not received my deposit back it has been 22 days since I left the property.
Worse service ever, they have not been responding to calls or emails sent and now forcefully are delaying rent payments, as an owner would advise not to sign a contract with nest away.
I esrnestly request all, deal with Nestawy very cautiously. Actually it should be named as a group of "Nasty" People. Taking "Away" your Money. Their customer care staff is useless and irrrsponsive. They pay rentals regularly once they have required paying guests for your property but once the paying guests are less than expected, they cut down rent from your deposit drastically and compell us to consider deposit as rent! Are we responsible for lesser PGs? While signing contract with them, please read the contract carefully, if required do not hesitate to take legal help. Else these Nasty Nestaway people will zero down your deposit. In fact you may have to shell out money from your pocket for the damages done by their Paying guests or for paying unpaid utility charges.

They charge for painting when you moveout even if they have not painted before you move in/during your stay. Most pathetic is they charges me for water but i bought water from local kirana store and i have paid him the amount.
After struggling to stay with this fraud company i decided to move out. I cleared all the rent every month timely payment.
Still they are not giving back deposit! Never ever think to go for nestaway.
