NestAway - Furnished House, Flats, Single Rooms & Shared Rooms at PG Price in Pune

They have just took up a property once and never looked after it. They have not even serviced basic devices that they boast about washing machine not working they don't care about, owner blames nestaway and vice versa. They don't take accountability of anything. Every now and then there managers changes and you have to complaint and complain but no body listens. Poor facility no maintenance. They apply ridiculous moveout charges, none of their appliance work from beginning, place might be dirty as hell at beginning but they will apply nonsense repair and moveout charges. Don't ever live in their properties.

NestAway operations in Pune are really pathetic.
On paper, they have so many teams and people to get things done, but none of these guys are approachable and reliable. They simply keep passing the buck from one to other. Every small thing (agreement, tenant onboarding, documentation, payment clarification, offboarding request) needs a follow up. They do have an online portal to raise service request; however, it's good for nothing since majority requests are closed without actions. After getting fed up with their services in the first 6 months, I am choosing to disengage from NestAway.would like to give zero stars if possible. My experience as a property owner was extremely bad, and same is what i hear even from my tenants. DO NOT CHOOSE NESTAWAY FOR ANY KIND OF BUSINESS!

Very unauthentic and unprofessional behaviour of area manager, none of Nestaway employee response on ticket raised for issues. H-no 269092

After 2 years of move out, yet I didn't receive my deposit back.
I think now I should go to consumer court for my deposit as no one responds from nestaway.
Very unprofessional services.
I always paid my rent on time and expected same in return but nestaway is hopeless.
Service center number still in COVID shock.
They contact you only for payment from you nothing else they concerned.
I’m trying to connect to nestaway and team every day but no one answer to my call or anything.
I also tried contacting the owner of property and she was in loss too.
I kept patient but now I’m very much disappointed from nestaway. I would like to rate the experience below 1 star if it's possible.

This is the worst organisation I've ever seen in my entire life; they took our money and didn't give any services on time, or rather, never.
The area manager is also unsupportive of any issues, as evidenced by their refusal to reimburse my 1500inr for a cancelled booking that was cancelled by Nestaway.
My flat fan has been not working for the past 15 days, and I've tried calling the manager, electrician, and customer service, but have received no response.
My apartment was flooded with drainage water, but no one came to clean it up, so the area manager told me to do it myself.
The manager stated that they will provide gas supply and water purification.we talked to our owner but still no response.
How we all are managing without water purifier we know.
I am fed up from this.
Note: don't ever trust nestaway becasue fist they talk you like you are imp to them but then they never give response on any issue.

Dear All, I want to bring to the notice that they don't refund all amount they take as advance deposit and they don't even take your call if any service needed. They took 30K from me as advance deposit and when I left the property, they deducted 1 month rent as room, cleaning, painting etc.this was acceptable as it was mentioned in agreement. Apart from that I literally asked them to refund my 20K for next 6 months and all the time their executives said that your request is taken and under process. I talk to property owner just after one month since I left property and he told that he had already sent my amount to nest away. But these looters paid me 11K instead of 20K after 6 months rigorous chasing. I retuned the room is best condition with zero damage but they did not even come for inspection. One day my door got locked as they have placed they electronic lock without your approval and when I kept calling them, they did not take call even. That day I was running to theirs offices and lost more than 500 as cab charges and without having food from morning to evening. My suggestion to all is to directly approach the property owner, check if they are nice person then better take property from them instead of these frauds. Note: they are nice only till you have not rented the property.

To all owners who have given their flat to Nestaway - offboard asap if you value your flat. I offboarded my flat in July after they stopped paying rent and unilaterally changed the security deposit to one month. My "relationship manager" had stopped responding to my calls and I started fearing that they may stop paying rent altogether. So I just decided to cut my losses and offboard the house immediately.

It took me several calls and follow-ups to get to inspect my flat and I was horrified with what I saw (see pictures). The flat looked like one huge garbage dump. They were supposed to have cleaned up the house before handing it over to me. I had to do it myself. It took professional deep cleaners 8 hours to clean the flat. Meanwhile they also misplaced the original keys of my flat and have stopped taking my calls or responding to e-mails. Very unprofessional organization which has now descended to unethical and illegal practices.

If you value your property, get out while there is time! I am giving 1 star because there is no option to give negative or zero stars.

It makes me very sad to see that these frauds are

SCAMMERS. These guys are the best example of how a scammer company work. They will eat up all your security deposit by giving stupid reasons. On top of that they will put fines without a valid reason. Stay away!

Will never suggest anyone to use this fraudulent business and it's services. I m living in a nestaway house and have been their customer for 3-4 years and they have became an extortion company.
So i m living in this house for like 2 yrs and now after one of my flatmates have moved out and these people have put 11000rs worth of fine for damages that dnt even exist.
I tired contacting them, opened multiple tickets, attached photos of the entire flat but they won't budg! Their vendors are fraud ppl and try to take money in the name of maintenance and in these 4 yrs have never seen a room even cleaned when you move in. So, basically they take your money and keep it with them. Nice corona strategy!
they are charging me for damages that are not even there and will close all my tickets as per their wish.

It is certainly the worst customer experience that i have got here. NestAway is here only to exploit their customers i.e the tenants, and once you agree to become a tenant at their property then there’s no going back. No customer support, no help regarding any issues that you are going to face is going to be there. I regret the moment I became a tenant with NestAway. Extremely poor services.

Hopless people's company they don't care about the owner's from whom they are getting commission, I have been struggling to get my property rent from Feb-20 till July-20, Lots of mail has been sent but no action, Even they are not paid MSEB bill since Jan-20 till July-20, senseless people empoyeed in the organisation, company management is least bother about this.very much frustrated experience

Guys whoever is reading this review please be aware. Nestaway is a fraudulent company. Under any circumstances do not rent an apartment provided my them! They'll just extract money from u and steal it & never return it! They have harassed me from the last one year so much that I had to finally move out & they still haven't returned my security deposit 2 me! Even if you are a landlord DO NOT give them your flat for renting it out as they keep all the rent 2 themselves. Pls don't trust these ppl! Please please please don't use any Nestaway services! This is coming from some one who has suffered a lot in the last 1 year! They are pathetic money minded people who care least about you and your well being. I have an extremely bad & painful experience of dealing with NestAway team from last 2 months. My property has been leased out with NestAway. Their team is absolutely non-responsive. They do not pick up calls. This includes everybody from relationship manager to Zonal/ Pune Head. It is very frustrating as there is nobody to handle ongoing issues. Their services has gone down to zero levels from the last few months. I would not suggest using them.

To all owners who have given their flat to Nestaway - offboard asap if you value your flat. I had deposited 28K, every month I paid rent to nestaway Now I moved out they have send me only 5k, with no clarification. They added invalid charges of 36k on dashboard. I have attach screen shot also.

Worst service ever, it's been more than 6months I left the house and have not yet recieved deposit money back. Have raised many requests to them but no luck.
I wish to bring them down this time, so going to raise a complaint to CONSUMER FORUM and if required to POLICE as well because this is now a criminal offence and a fraud. Please reply on my comment if any one of you reading this wants join in.

This is the most pathetic service I have ever encountered! No-one replies to emails/calls/messages. They charge you unnecessarily & don't even bother to respond. Don't use it ever! I am done with Nestaway!

Purely money making and least bothered about service. It's been 6 months since I have left the apartment and my deposit of 12k is still not returned even after repetitive reminders. And now they are clearly ignoring my calls and messages.
Worst Service anybody will ever see. They do not respond to complaints resolving them is very far fetched. The manager is irresponsible and does not take in account the problems of the tenants.

Worst company ever.they do not respond to your complaints and add fines to your account for not paying maintenance charge without any prior information. Not a single person ever comes for house maintenance or cleaning. I don't know why they charge you for maintenance.

I have been trying to reach out Nestaway team since 15th May 2020 for some discussions about rent and have been continuously following up with them on the same email but have not received a single response yet. I called the area manager numerous times to get a resolution to my query and finally around 29th or 30th June I received an update from Nestaway that the owner has agreed to waive off ₹1500 for my June month’s rent and that too they had confirmed via call, still no confirmation on email. I paid the agreed amount as rent for June and full amount for July but they added that ₹1500 waive off amount in my July month’s rent as pending amount and are not ready to clear this from my dashboard along with various unknow maintenance charges. Not only this, they did not pay electricity bill for 3 months and when they finally paid it with late fees, the offloaded that late fees burden on us (me and my flatmates) and this has happened more than once. In the month of July, my owner called me and my flatmates to check and confirm if we have paid rent or not because Nestaway did not transfer the said amount to owner and owner was fed up with Nestaway’s pathetic coordination where they were not responding to our owner. Also, on 3rd August 2020, I again dropped an email to Ayushi Awasthi at Nestaway informing her about the various unknown charges and that ₹1500 pending amount asking her to get it cleared from my dashboard and only than I will pay the rent for the month of August because I have been asking them to clear this for so long now but they did not take any action to resolve this. And now, instead of helping me resolve this issue, wherein these charges are still reflecting on my dashboard and now Nestaway has sent me an email about “Eviction process initiated due to non-receipt of dues”. I am completely fed up with Nestaway team, they are not at all helpful, their team members misbehave over calls, they don’t listen about my issue, they never respond to my emails, they just follow up for pending rent amount which I have a documented email as proof where I have been asking them for a resolution. They are extremely unprofessional. I still have got a lot to share but I don’t have that amount of energy to put all the incidents in words.

Never choose Nestaway. Worst company. Asked me to move out of the place in 2 days and didn't refunded my security deposit even after promising that my security deposit will be refunded back.

I as as House Owner, put up my property on Rent through Nestaway. I faced several issues including there inability to find sufficient number of tenants for almost 10 months (barring 2 months when it was full). There is no mechanism to address your concerns.

I understand, company is incurring huge losses hence stopped Minimum Guarantee Rent as well as house Insurance Cover which they had been providing to house owner.

They charge 500/- from Each Tenants towards Cleaning Charges apart from Rent but Never send any one to clean the House.

On Paper, their is Relationship Manager. But no one informs you who he/she is, how to get in touch with them.

All the Large Appliances like Washing Machine, Fans, Furniture, Curtains were so so dirty (full of accumulated dust). Washing Machine's filter is choked.

When I sent notice to terminate, No one bothered to inform me the process involved or the date when they would hand over the property to me.

They collect Rent in advance from tenant but give to House owner after the Month is over. Bad Practice.

In my case, they didn't even send the Account Statement for August 2019 as I sent termination notice on 21st August.

Only contact between all constituents is through App. Their too only one Service Request can be made by Owner or Tenants. Until that is resolved, you cannot make another request.

A tenant portal I would never suggest people to go for. No secuity provided. They don't care if there's a problem in the society you are residing in. They can anyday ask you to leave, by telling you that owner is off boarding the property. Unnecessarily cut a huge amount in the name of rent agreement which they never do, charges get added to your dashboard even if a repairing is done in the other room. The services are never received on time. Moving out is way too complicated and they minus a huge amount from your deposit. WORST CUSTOMER CARE service.

I have been with Nestaway for more than 3 years and that's not the small time period.
My experience with Nest Away was not good specially with the Area Managers, recent case
that happened with me when the Area manager (Deepak Shinde) not even bothered to contact / meet me during my move in and when asked he replied me whether mine agreement n police verification is complete or not on the date of my move in.
This is the height, indirectly that guy was asking me to do this job seriously nestaway sucks.

Wrost ever experience with nestaway. They are not ready to give me a rent aggregrement also tried to reach them and fed up now.

They are still not done biometric as well what the hell is this. Just reaching for rent with a threat that they will charge late fee if you didn't pay.

We recently moved to nestaway (Balewadi, Pune) and raised a request (2 weeks later after moving in NestAway, as we did not get any update for it) for agreement. Now its been a week over still didnt get a proper response from them.
After taking multiple followups with customer care, mentioning few of their answers: -
1. Server was down from 2 weeks, so Nestaway team did not connect for agreement process and others
2. The request is already forwarded to respective team
3. Maharashtra Agreement procedure takes time than others
4. Agreement is under printing process

Dear NestAway team, its a humble request. Please follow your commitments towards customers just like you followup your monthly rent from customers.

Do not ever think of residing in this place and deal with these incompetent idiots who run this company. I have never in my life seen a startup that is an utter joke in the name of customer care. No one in my life has pushed the limits of my control, patience and pushed me to the brink of my anger than Nestaway. This is a message to the CEO who runs this company and all I would say is that you are big Fkn joke of a founder and you should be ashamed of running a company of such low level professionalism. One of the biggest mistake I ever made was dealing with these stupid people and id recommend everyone who is reading this to NEVER EVER opt for nestaway. Stay homeless but dont deal with them. Last 2 months I am behind for my flat keys back but no response from area manager. After so much followup Area Manager told be keys were lost. Very very poor service

Very Unprofessional and as correctly mentioned in previous reviews Money Grabbing company. Without ur knowledge they will deduct all type of unnecessary charges from ur deposit. Their repsentative commits all false things and when u booked with them then u will find different process where ur money will be deducted. I am planing to go to consumer firm against them.

Please Be Aware! This is a fraud company and fraud employees working there -
House ID 71381 - Mr. Amol and Gurvindra Singh has shown me a home on few days before and next day, due there pressure i have deposited Security amount + on boarding charges 27600.after 2 days (Agreement done) Mr.amol has given me keys and all biometrics police verification done. Then after 4 days Mr. Amol called me Owner is of-boarding this property and he will lock from outside, you need to vacant this house today only and will find another home for you.till you stay in OYO. I asked why? He don't have any proper answer. As i came to know from owner that there is some rude and unprofessional things being done from the hand of amol and gurvindra and also some payment confusion. But what my mistake this is a total fraud now they are not providing my money back and saying you need to find home other wise we will call police or lock your door.also not picking up my call. I m home less and also 27600 went. Brother and sisters i am going to do police case since i am mentally hashed and looted with 27600 rs. Please stay away from this company

Very disappointed by the service provided by one of the Home Rental Network provider NestAway.
If anyone here looking for a house on rent, I would like to advice that do not go through the help of using NestAway. They are fooling their customer by taking high amount of charges without informing them.

My group of friends paid 24k amount at the time of booking a house through NestAway. After booking of house, they got informed by nestaway about 9k painting charges written in rent agreement.
This information they should mention on their website and mobile application at the time of booking, not after booking.

Higher authority person also not responding anything on this issue.so

-No service request solutions
-High charges once you move out to other house
