Nexottel Sai Cottage

One of my frnd stayed thr and he was not give basic service of hot drinking water as he had a Thorat infection.if such basic necessities are not available wat is the point to visit such a place

One of the worst experiences I ever
1. The room were not properly cleaned and all the paintings, ceiling were damaged.
2. Bath towels shared to us was not of good quality
3. The food was the worst and specially the French fries.
4. To get service we have to dial multiple times, but still it gets delayed.

No proper service.for each and everything we had to reach out to the reception.no contact details in the room to order food or room service.

Only location is good, rest every thing is not up to the mark.service and food quality is 0, its bad, the food was stale.its over priced, bathtub did have water, hot water only available till 10 am, if u order something it would be delivered after an 1 hr.not atall recommended for familes or with kids.you would suffer. Just for location cant end up spending 6.5 k per night.

Great view of valley. Clean rooms. Good hospitality.
However management needs to work on food quality.

Basic resort. Beddings had spots and marks. The toilets were not very clean either. There was only a cold shower and no hot water.

We booked this for an overnight stay. However, I would recommend exploring before booking as there are a lot better resorts at the same price.

The swimming pool view was nice so look a few photos before leaving.

Resort Management is very poor, they do not care about guest’s comfort.

We had a terrible stay with loud music till 5 AM in the morning.

On the nearer outskirts of Mahabaleshwar town. A bit away from the market, but great view and great rooms!

Rooms were neat and clean. Room staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Some rooms definitely needed makeover. Infinity pool is awesome

सकाळचा नाश्ता हा अपुरा असतो ब्रेड संपतात कधी गॅरेंटी नाही बाकी रूम मधे बाथरूम मधे ब्रश, कोलगेट, बाॅडी फ्रेश शांपू यापैकी काहीच नाही. भरमसाठ पैसे घेवून नाश्ता अपुरा असतो. एसी, टिव्ही बंद असतो कारणे देत असतात स्टाफ फक्त. फुड क्वालिटी सुधारणे आवश्यक आहे

I would not recommend this to anyone as I had a pathetic experience here. First of all it is not at all worth the money you will be spending. All the good reviews now look fake to me. It has nothing barring the view and pool if you are ok paying just for that. About the rooms, the room were not at all maintained, Plug points not working, Intercom not working, Bathtub had stopper missing, No electrici kettle is provided, WiFi not working, Not even set top box was recharged. HIGHLy HIGhly disappointed. I wish I had booker another hotel. The location was bad too.with the market area very far. AFTER telling my feedback to Me Ganesha on the reception area during my checkout he just didn't react ti any of the complaints. Breakfast poor quality,
Not worth, they don't even have RO water they will provide water from well.

It was perfect the match for us and worth it to be here for a couple of days. Would highly recommend this place. Starting from the General Manager of the property 'Mr. Pabitra Chaudhary', The Property Manager 'Mr. Amar', and one of the caretaker of the property Mr. Vipendra Goswami each and every of them addressed us so well that we didn't felt like leaving the place.

It was a pleasant stay. The view was mesmerizing combined with the spacious rooms providing the view of the valley. The rooms were big enough and the location was afar giving us a calm experience.

Our stay at Nexottel Sai Heritage was very comforting. Location was excellent. Food was good and tasty. Staff was polite and co-operative. Was here with my family. My kids enjoyed the play area and the garden. Rooms are spacious and clean. Manager Pavitra was very prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Best view to enjoy in mahableshwar. Good staff, great service, food in good not great. Can't expect much with this price point. I had forgotten my documents which I gave at the time of check-in however the staff was kind enough to courier me back.

Location - 3 (situated 6km away from Main market, so you have to pay taxi charges extra which is very high)
Food - 3 (Can improve because I had poha and upma in breakfast for 3 days consecutively, there should be varieties available. Chinese food was good in taste for lunch or dinner but they can increase varities in food and improve taste of the food)

I had book this hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday, I was very happy after getting the birthday decoration complementary. Hotel was very good especially the view, it had an amazing pool with beautiful mountains.the staff was very polite and helpful, Mr. Umar Farooq had help me a lot from the time of booking till the time of check-out, if someone's in search of peace should definitely stay in nexottel!

I had booked the room online well in advance, but when I reached the hotel I was given a pathetic room and was shown only 1 option which was no better. The room was dirty, bedsheets were filthy with some red spots everywhere. Washroom was so bad, the commode was broken the wash basin was shaking and water flow was like 10 drops every second. The next day I was allotted a different room after people checked out. Overall the property is good but not well maintained.

This was one of the most beautifull stays in Mahabaleshwar. This hotel has all. 1. Amazing scenic beauty, 2.ample space for kids to play, 3.bon fire in the evenin. I have given one star less for the food. They really need to work on it. The place is so secluded that there is no chance to get outside food and restaurent food is very average.

Average at best. Actual rating would be 2.5, increased after room was finally changed on the last day of our stay.service was ok. Good location (if you like quiet). Everything goes downhill from there on, esp food and state of rooms. The one we were first allotted was dark, dingy and miserable, with one window that looked out straight into a wall! 6KMs away from Mahabaleshwar. Best time to visit is August and September, where you will find countless Waterfalls and also feeling above clouds. Restaurant and Infinity Swimming Pool location is heart of this location.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel over the weekend. The view was something we were looking for from the hotel room and it really did live upto the expectations. In addition it had an infinity pool with a amazing valley view. One should visit in rainy season or after the rains to enjoy the view and weather to the utmost. Our main concern during our visit was the service which we had read through the reviews but to our surprise we recieved a great service from the whole staff of the hotel. To start first when we checked in we were upgraded to deluxe valley view cottage from premium valley view cottage as it was off season and the hotel had less visitors. This was the great start to our trip. The room was clean and spacious. Food was good. Service was fast. Surroundings and pool was clean. As it was my wife's birthday they even decorated the room on my request and also provided us with a birthday cake. A big thanks to the whole staff of the hotel for a fabulous weekend we had at your hotel. We surely will like to come back.

Hotel with best view from the pool and restaurant, also the rooms are very good and spacious. Only washrooms are not that clean in some rooms. Otherwise, the best place to stay in.

Awesome valley view along the side of the hotel. Rooms were clean (some flies were there though) and equipped, hot water was provided in mentioned hours. Main attraction was inifnityISH pool, amazing valley views from it. Food is great too, ideal for short and sweet visits.

Food is OK. Far away from Mahabaleshwar and road to Mahabaleshwar is full of pot holes. Expensive considering the room, food, etc.

Great stay @ great price. Food was excellent and was in good quantity. Management tries their best to make your stay comfortable. Best part was the location and view from the hotel.

Worst experience ever. By paying the same price for 3 rooms. They gave us 1 good and 2 very bad rooms (unclean and mosquitos and very dirty). And after complaining for many hours they still didn't change our rooms and even said no for the refunds
