Located at good location and very good ambience.
The service not that good as we demanded for sizzler and the waiter denied saying that it’s peak time. Hence 3* otherwise it would have been 5* from me.

We arrived at 1130pm after having already informing them of the same. We were expected. No problem in checkin.
The corridors and room smelled of cigarettes and more. There were cockroaches in the room. Room got changed at our request without any hesitation. The new room had the smell too. Cockroaches in this room too. The A/C spewed out drops of water on to the bed. It was late night. Room already paid for. We accepted without a fuss. Left early morning. (I should see about getting a partial refund)
Unless management fixes these basic things, they will have unhappy guests who may not be as accepting as we were. I suspect most of their clientele are drunks from the bars around.
The Staff on hand, reception, helpers etc, were great though. Full marks to them.
The Room appearance was fine too. The sheets did look fresh.:)

Along with food, the management and staff support will catch your attention.
I’m always excited for the next visit to this restaurant, I’m in love with this place.

The hotel is located on Palm beach road, Belapur and the location is really good in terms of reachability, though i never stayed in this hotel but i usually having lunch or dinner at their restaurant whenever i visit nearby place, The taste of their restaurant is good.

I used to love this place but my recent experience has made me reduce their ratings. I gave my order on call, the manager did not listen to what I want and pressed his expensive dish anyways. Which turned out to be very expensive then I anticipated. Plus I specifically ordered boneless chicken lapeta and he said that it will be available and later completely denied that I asked him for boneless.

I have visiting Nimantran for over 10 years. Somehow their staff has developed arrogance and have become disrespectful to customers. Their Manager Chandan is very rude and not capable of handling queries and inquiries and bangs his phone on customers. Perhaps Stress of Covid is high on the staff. Owners better be careful. Your reputation and hardwork will go for a toss if you have frustrated staff members. Hope you are paying them salaries.completion next door is catching up. Please wake up. The prices have been risen. Don not try to milk every penny lost during covid from customers. You will loose very loyal customers like me.

I had the worst experience here, stayed here for 1 night and the rooms were in bad shape, there was AC but no remote, After turning it ON it stank up the room, and had water dripping on the floor. Ended up sleeping with windows open and ceiling Fan. Staff were okay and responded when the felt like, no one was wearing a mask, and I doubt the room was sanitized. Food was just okay and expensive. The Banquet hall was small and had big pillars right in the middle.overall very bad experience.

Limited food items are available and also very expensive compared to others.
But Rooms are clean. And poor service.

I am regular at Nimantran, every time after roaming and contemplating we end up here, the ambiance is appealing, the staff curteous but today was highly disappointed with the mutton briyani, need to spice up. Having said that still would like to frequent here.now after 2 major functions at their banquet hall I am giving it 5 stars. The food was awesome and no staff great as always. 100 to 150 seat comfortable hall, ground floor another plus point. Great for small functions, birthday, engagement, conferences, etc

Excellent service. Huge rooms. Too many cafes and restaurants to try nearby. Awesome breakfast. Very helpful staff.

This is the second time we hosted a function at Nimantran banquet and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Ambience and decor: classy and pleasant
Banquet capacity: 100 ppl can be accommodated comfortably. (It can look small at first)
Food: all south and north Indian dishes are mouth watering.
In starters we opted for hara bhara kabab, veg spring roll, chicken reshmi kabab, chicken lollypop, chicken malai tikka.
Main course paneer lazeez, bhendi masala, chicken do pyaza, mutton rogan Josh (this is a must have).
In desserts rabdi jalebi and vanilla ice cream.
However, they do not have continental or separate kids menu yet.
Though the manager was generous enough and added french fries to the list of starters.
Host: the party host Raghu Singh involved everyone in the games and made every one dance.
Photographer: he was one of a kind. Took really nice pics with difficult poses.
Staff: was very helpful and service was quick.
Parking: is a bit of a task since it's a busy sector 15 road.
Washroom: it was clean, a bit cramped for space but manageable.
Overall, everyone had a blast at the party. Most of them couldn't stop talking about the food and the party host.

Some of the food price are not worth the taste Staffs are very nice but service is sometimes slow. All the transport facilities is very very close to the outlet. Also its situated in a nice and quiet area. Tables and seats are very well cleaned and hygiene is maintained perfectly. Overall an Ok place.

Food was average. I found it a lil costlier as simple paneer dishes were starting from 380.dal was good.
