Noble hospital in Pune is one of the best hospital in Hadapsar and Magarpatta area. We had a great experience during an operation. Special thanks to Aarti sister, Sumit brother, Ashwini kakde ma’am from mediclaim department to speed up the process for billing and mediclaim, all Mausi and Mama for their support on daily basis. General surgeon Dr. Papurnia and his team including Dr. Mangesh Jadhav and Dr. Bhusan who were involved in the treatment since the beginning did a wonderful job and we are thankful to them.

This is the best hospital they have all modern machinery and technology also the hospital is so clean and neat. Cafeteria is 24*7 available. Overall services are very good. Just want to give one suggetion if they can open branch in pcmc it will be convenient for pcmc crowd.

I recommend Dr. Danish Memon and the services provided at Nobel Hospital. The facilities are commendable, and I plan to recommend them to my friends as well.

I lost my wallet to the Nobel Hospital. I wanted to say (my) wallet to a big "thank" a big "thank" and they returned to the employees. I got back to my wallet. Thanks to the security staff again.

Fake doctors. I went there for corona treatment. Doctor was keep giving medicin regardless of symtoms and when situation goes worse not even allow to meat again. It's more like corporation kind hospital with bed people. Will never go again nor suggest any one.

My dad was referred to noble hospital by my family doctor as he had complained about the chest pain.
Post this he was admitted to ICU and also he had a angiography and angioplasty procedure.
Dr Khan and Dr Sujeet were the doctor who treated him and I would like to say that the kept us well informed about the procedure and risks which helped us make decision.
The staff were very cooperative and hygiene is well maintained.

I visited Noble hospital today and I ma pretty happy with the services provided by them. Moreover I forgot my phone near the visitors area. The security immediately took care of my phone. When I called on to my number security responded to me saying that the phone is in thier custody. Only after proper verification they handed over the phone to me.

Worst experience ever, I have just came for hpv vaccination, got 2 doses in a very worst situation.very negligible behaviour of staff.baap rae for a small IM vaccine they made me run here and there, waiting without any information, no coordination for staff.really I felt very bad for coming here.

They have a decent panel of doctors. Hospital infrastructure is good if not the best. Biggest concern is the cancer ward which I find to be very isolated from the main segment with little attention. OPD's are crowded which is understandable given the list of specialists that visit this facility. Backoffice team is courteous and sisters/nurses are extremely attentive.

Special mention Dr. Pote (pediatrician) I find him to be extremely helpful and a master in his art

My mother underwent laparoscopic surgery for a gynec problem in noble hospital under Dr Sneha Trivedi. The surgery was difficult but Dr Sneha Trivedi performed it very well & my mother had a smooth recovery. V had a very good experience with all hospital staff. Pathetic experience, worst management at the time of covid vaccination. No social distancing at all. In fact they closed the hall full of people.

Its worst treatment seen in this hospital. Specially for kids department.
Under Doctor Pote.i spent more than 20000 for just small diagnosis of gas trouble. Also They charged me thrice for showing reports in week for consulting becoz dr was on leave.it was pathetic experience in MRI department they sent me with my small 6 yrs old girl to ICU for applying intra.where they kept us waiting 1 hour with all critical patients.after a quarrel between their department they told me to go to childers ward.
Where again their was a long fight between childerns ward head and MRI section abt the size of niddle to be used.i thank chil ward staff that they resisited to put 24 no niddle to kid as she was not having such big vessels (nerves). So finnally 20 no size niddle was applied as intra to my kid with along waiting period of 3 hours.i thoght it was over but again drama started in MRI room Contrast MRI was suggested by doctor Pote. May be he was not aware of these all needle size fight. Then the injected contrast fluid spilled out of intra 3 times.my kid was scaned multiple times under that raditions. Which AS A PARENT I KNOW HOW DAMAGING IS THAT FOR ANY ONE. I thoght again it over now. When i reache MRI counter to recive report i asked. Is it done properly. Are result ok. Some lady executive didnt felt like speaking anything and just handed over the reports harshly.it was ok. But again at OPD of Respected Sir Mr pote Their was again new unprofessional behaviour of number waiting were started.i waited more than 1 and half hour for my no. Pepole from behind started rushing in cabin.i watched patiently.informed Nurse and counter executive still. It continued. So As my daughter was suffer from pain. I have make an appeal of my presence.that might waked up their staff. And nurse first said u have been visiting a daily from a long week back. You need not to pay again. Hande me over a small reciept and said pay again as doctor was on leave so his first payments day are due and other junior doctor consulted in his absence is diffrent doctor so u cant count her day for showing reports. It was really shame full to earn money with such worst techniques. Finally after all no results. I have consulted to Dr lodha at market yard.he diagnosed in one consultation charged 800 rs with medicine. Now my daughter isabsolutely fine. PARENTS DONT GIVE YOU KIDS UNDER SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL.

I visited noble hospital and met Dr Sneha trivedi for my gynaecological problem, which I had since 1 year. I had visited multiple doctors for the same. Vaccination:
Need to go to noble annex building for vaccination not the main hospital building.no management, they are taking online registration but don’t care if you have registeration or not.only 1 person to give dose, need to wait in a long queue, I suggest to go to sahaydri hospital, 3 time someone from my family took vaccine there, they properly manages and will give you vaccine with 10-15min.

Noble is a big name but people like me living in magarpatta or hadapsar area knows the reality.

Good Hospital, I visited for vaccination. Covishield was administered in this hospital while Covaxin was at Noble Hospital Annex, adjacent to it. Like many, I too arrived here first by mistake, parked my car (️). Then with guidance walked to the "Annex" hospital. I felt the process for registration at hospital security and payment was a bit slow. But much better than Care Multi-speciality Wagholi, where I got first Covaxin dose. Here they accept Card, GPay, Cash for vaccine payment. Staff were courteous and we're smiling to help. I liked it overall. Total process was finished within 20 minutes for vaccination, waiting time was extra.

I dont want to give even a single star. Worst Hopsital, people & doctors. In all my experience with this hospital was very bad. Specially the so called Consultant Surgeon & Head - Department of Surgery DR. UMESH PAPRUNIA. This guy has unnecessary attitude and ego. He dint even look at my Father's wound & on top of that asked an intern to do the dressing of my Father's hand. My dad is a senior citizen & the way this doctor treated my Father's was way horrible. I would personally recommend not to visit this hospital ever.

I had very bad experience with this hospital, visited for my daughter burn injury during injury but no support as needed for emergency and were told that call after 2 days to take appointment with surgeon. How can one wait for 2 days during emergency.

Very bad life time experience we got from Nobel Hospital Hadapsar Pune. I won't recommend anyone to visit the hospital bad service total business money making motive. A money minting machine playing with lives of the patients.

We lost our mother last week 10th June 2021, due to mismanagement and negligence of unprepared doctors who are not sure how to take care of certain emergency issues.

My mother was admitted in icu for 21 days in the hospital. After being admitting her for 17 days in icu, a cardiologist was called to examine, as her bp was not controlled. The cardiologist doctor suggested for surgery wherein stent is to be inserted into kidney for normal blood flow, which would control her BP. He did not informed risk which could raise due to surgery. After the surgery the blood was leaked internally in thighs, for which doctor said they have to immediately perform another operation wherein they were supposed to insert another closed stent to stop the inner blood flow. Even though it was their fault they asked us to pay for the second operation as well. This was still not done. Next day doctor again told us, the blood which has leaked into things needs to be removed else there is risk of infection. So they were suggesting for third operation. Later when they relieased my mother will not sustain the third operation. They delayed it saying it will get cured by medicine. The first 2 operations where performed one after the other in 2 days. Each operation cost was 1.9 lakhs. After operation my mother didn spoke a single word and continued to remain on ventilator and on thrusday 10th June 2021, hospital declared she is no more.

Concerns here to raise:

1. Inspite of asking the doctor on his daily visit about our mother's health, he never informed she will not survive for long time and still kept on performing dialysis, gave permission for anigograhy and also for operation. In this 21 days, he kept telling she will be fine, giving us false hope.

2. My mother was talking before the opeartion, after operated she stopped talking and within 3 days without talking she expired.

3. My mother was shifted to general ward even though she was complaining about suffocation. She was not even kept for half day and shifted back to icu again.

4. They performed 13 dialysis in this 21 days. Even after being operated she was kept on immediate dialysis. Due to which blood was leaked into inner thighs.

5. ICU staff as well as doctor were rude and disrespectful. Even though we were paying in lakhs, we were not getting enough details when asked about our mother.

6. Food in ICU used to lie for hours and later cold food was feed to our mother.

7. ICU patient shifted to semi private room no doctors around there. My mother was complaining about suffocation but no doctor visited.

8. Cardiologist doctor, didn't informed about the risk before the operation.

9. Before shifting from ICU doctor should be checking all the parameters of the patients. As within half day my mother shifted back to ICU again.

10.10-12 thousand medicines on daily basis were asked to get for this 21 days.

11. First operation went wrong by doctor, still we were asked to pay for the second operation.

12. Doctor should give clarity of the Patient health and not keep on false hope.

13. They call it as icu but it's kind of a general ward. Nurses are not restricted to patients. We had to wait for long time for the nurse to come.

I have not mentioned doctors name here.

I won't recommend anyone to visit the hospital bad service total business money making motive.

Today my mother got discharged from Noble Hospital. They informed about discharge process and she got out within 4 hrs after that.
I would like to thank mediclaim and billing department to process things faster.

Worst OPD system doing partiality, even if you take appointment takes lot of time. Sending doctor's relatives without prior appointment also staff behaviour is not good. Poor system.

I got great response from the hospital management to find my lost Gold Earing which was lost on 26 july and I found it whithin 2 hours.

I also want to thanks Mr. Shakil Shaikh who specially helped me to find my gold earning.

Each and every hospital must have the peraone like him in the management.

Hospital staff is really nice and helpful specially nurses in ward and specialist doctors too, hospital cleanliness is also nice.
Mediclaim department staff on ground floor help you in better way to understand each and every policy.lift service is little slow however security staff is understanding.any staff at any department help you to answer your questions and doubts, I personally experienced it as I had to visit the hospital daily for 1 week.
