I had a fantastic time at Novotel Juhu during my business trip. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive to my needs. The hotel's dining options were outstanding, and I especially enjoyed the delicious seafood at the on-site restaurant.

Upon our arrival on the 19/09, we checked into our room, the room was clean, however I noticed that the floor room carpets were dirty, the corridor from the elevator to our room had this unusual damp smell. Our experience with our customer service was poor. I decided then to speak to see how I can check out after having stayed for one night instead of three. The front desk manager at that time Mr. Shubham offered and showed me the executive room and confirmed that we could be moved into that room post my daughter afternoon nap. In the afternoon I called to be moved to the executive room# 302 but was told that the rooms air conditioner is leaking and was offered a similar room on another floor with a sea view room#724. I declined to accept the room and remained in my current room as 724 was exactly the same as my current roon but just with a different view. A few hours later my wife went to investigate why the same room was not offered and they mentioned that the room has been assigned to someone. My wife then called me to the front check in counter and I asked the checkin staff whether the room#302 had been allocated to someone and he then changed his answer to a no, after he realised that he had been caught lying to us he started changing his story that the air condition had been looked at by the maintenance people and later the room was deemed as acceptable.

If the management had been upfront with us from the beginning we would not have wasted our time. We are here on holiday and our time here is limited and precious. We were not after a sea view room, we were looking after comfort and convenience which was refused on a basis of a lie.

It is one of the best hotel I visit till Mumbai. Best part is hotel service and cleanliness of the room.

The restaurant ambience here is very average in monsoon. Felt more like a beachside shack in Goa.

Staffs were nice n friendly.mainly karan from inroom dining was very humble and enthusiastic to work.
He never denied any requests and was very helpful.
I also enjoyed moon view dinner and beach view breakfast which I arranged for myself

The food here is always great, the staff is really hardworking and helpful. Staying here you can never have any complain about the food, it always yummy.

Breakfast as expected was delicious and amazing! The extra effort by the chef interacting with the guest in such a busy day was very generous of him. And the f&b staff were always in there toe to assist. Looking forward to visit you again. Thanks for such a lovely service.

Very well Located. Executive Lounge far better equipped with drinks and snacks comparing to Novotel Kolkata or Novotel Aerocity, Delhi. 5 stars for Pradosh Patil who served and managed the lounge in excellent fashion.

The breakfast here is really awesome. Wide spread and delightful taste. And to top it up, the service of the staff is really wonderful. A must go place for food and service.

I have a regular stay at Novotel, the place ambience is wonderful, the breakdast buffet is a must try as they have loads of varieties of options nd different cusines, just a good platter of food to try

No otel juhu is one of my fav. The sundown cafe is the best in Mumbai. Overlooking the beach and the best ambience one can have. Try it out to believe it.

Highly probable bed bug infestation!

After sleeping there I saw that my friends and I woke up with multiple bites in patterns resembling bed bugs. Additionally, reading through the reviews I saw that other people mentioned blood stains in their bed sheets which are symptomstic of a bed bug infestation. I would not recommend people to stay here unless they fully understand the risk of what spreading a bed bug infestation to your house entails. Would not recommend, unaceptable for a 5 star hotel

If there was an option to rate it below one star i would do the same. Define not s 5 star hotel. Had gone there for a relaxing staycation, but leaving the hotel annoyed and frustrated. Had confirmed an early check-in, and was about to get a room in 20 minutes. But took approximately 3 hours. Was in the lobby from 1 pm to 3 pm. When I asked for a late check-out, had to bargain for 15 minutes like a sabji mandi. In short, if you're reading this - put your money elsewhere. 3 stars value their guests more than these bafoons.

The hotel is true to its rating awesome rooms superb food and great service.
The prefect place to get get away n rest

This has by far been the best pancake I ate in some time. I recommend a visit to this place for food splurge. The breakfast spread is wide and the lunch is exclusive too. I have definitely gained a few kilos in just two days, guilty! Come visit Novotel for brunch. You won’t be disappointed

Accor Hotels has opened its Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach for public on 1 July 2009. The hotel spread over 2.5 acre will offer 203 guest rooms and suites with views overlooking the Arabian Sea. This will include 12 suites, 60 Premier rooms and 131 Standard room

Can u say no to a mother requesting you to heat milk for a small baby (whose main source of nutrition is the same)
Today I had the worst experience in a hotel till date.the staff in novotel_juhu is just inhuman. I was told that to get milk heated i will have to fill up a form, but no form or no person came to help.shame on you people. I have stayed in all sorts of hotels in the length n breadth of our country.but never came across such nastiness.

Although the stay & food were pleasant, the entire checkin experience could have been improved.

1. Miss Tejal at front desk was literally shouting on us as we were deciding on preferences. She seems to be having anger management issues.
2. Our check in was at 3pm and we came at 7pm but still were asked to wait for an hour in lobby as the rooms were not yet cleaned.
3. We were downgraded from Ocean View to City view without any refunds/compliments. We had booked online & paid for Ocean view.

Even for other visitors the check in takes approx 30 mins.

Nice 5* hotel, rooms have sea view, looking to the Juhu beach. You have access to the beach from hotel compound directly.

Very crowdy but clean enough. Lot of people with their families were there including their pets. Very young children with their parents were enjoying sea water but could not locate any life saving guard on the beach. Probably watching these people through their cctv screens in their control room.

They allow a party of 50 people during covid but can’t allow 4 people in a room for 2 hours, garbage regulations and I feel my money went down the drain.

2 star is only for location. Hospitality is very poor. Specially the staff at entrance and reception were not good in behaviour, you won't feel like respecting. Checking experience was very poor. Too many questions asked on taking back your own property from clock room. When you enter the room you wont get a 5 star vibes, carpet is very dirty and the windows seems to be not clean for years. The guards are very rude at entrance.

The square restaurant has a wide assortment of cusine and the quality of food is excellent.

Firstly they have variety of breakfast options and the food is too good, I would say amazing, especially south Indian food stands out and my fav mysore masala dosa is so yummy and crispy and tasty.
Not to forget it's a pet friendly and pets are best treated guests.also they have special menu designed for pets

Great place, right on the beach, but if u want the beach view from your room, book the suites, breakfast is good, mr Chinmay. Was a great guy to help us and made sure everything g went perfect. Ordered Chinese for in room dining, great food and portion is good quantity. Worth a visit!

One of the best hotel in juhu. Sea facings view, hotel, restaurant and all type of facility available hear. But its costly not for middle-class I think so. Im also not visited this hotel cause of price but i know the facility and specification of this hotel.
Everyone knows novotel is "Brand" And I don't have to say much about the brand.its name is enough for everyone

The location works really well for a romantic outing irrespective of the time of the day. The breakfast menu could have one occasional change and the service must really pick up.
But overall excellent place to dine in.

Novotel has a very good atmosphere, with a lot of ammeniities and a big pool, it is perfect for holidays. It has a private enterance to the beach and very good rooms, there seems to be a problem with the telivisions, they randomly get switched on in the middle of the night and start playing th Novotel trailer. Great food and overall a brilliant stay.

Was just standing outside the beach as they had barrier-ed it.
Didn't even take of my mask, no one was around, just slid it down to breathe for barely 2 minutes and they fined me 200 bucks. Idk what's crazier, covid or the rules!?

One of the best property at Juhu and amazing view from the sea view restaurant. Food, breakfast and services offered by the restaurant team is amazing. My favourite place to hang out at. They make me feel so special & I feel so much at home. Could go there everyday just watching the sea & looking into infinity. The staff is so hospitable & courteous. My anti-depressant place for sure. I would rate it 10/5 if I had a choice️

Great property located right at the beach with excellent sea view. The staff is polite and the food at the coffee shop is amazing.

They follow the Covid protocol quite diligently. The open air bar and resturant by the beach is an amazing experience with good english music.

It's nice experience to stay in Hotel Novotel Mumbai I like the Room size and a butiful view.and rainfall shower is also excellent. Or Room service by Mr. Sailander he is nice behaviour man.a great experience over all in Last month or this time also.

Stayed here for first time. The hotel is very nice especially the food is superb and the chefs, They take good care of you for breakfast. The beach view from room is very cool and all the staff is freindly and helpful. Room cleaning is good and all covid rules is followed. Very good hotel for stcation. Please try the dosa for breakfast. Very good dosa and breakfast spread. Even during quarantine.

This is a OK place on the beach with a view of the Arabian Sea. The view on the Arabian Sea and beach access is the best. There is still room to groom the staff to reach the global perception of what customer service is. Three stars as it is.

Food is good, typical classy with a lot of choice, tasty but not too spicy off course, and the atmosphere is also just about right, somewhere between warm and semi formal. Perfect setting for a romantic dinner date, or even a casual lunch with an old friend.

Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. It's a hotel near Juhu Beach. People often come here to stay, host event / parties and attend wedding ceremonies. Also there are various small restaurants near the hotel and a transport bus service which takes ypu to santacruz station for railways and airport service. This place is very good for living for a long period since there is no scarcity of resources and shops are at close distance

On our marriage day we had been there for Suhag rat and now after becoming grand parents we again enjoyed the place on our anniversary. So happy and delited and got life in our life. Previous ly it was named Holiday Inn. A wonderful place.

If only the beach in the backyard could be maintained cleaner or private, Novotel is certainly deserving for 5star from food to rooms & services.

Location is nice, as the rooms are seafacing, the rooms are spacious and luxurious. Smoke all over the hotel though. Serivice is nothing special

The quality of the HOTEL has come down big time. The rooms are NOT upto the mark anymore where cleanliness is concerned, toiletries kept were for 1 person whereas we were 3 in the room. The fridge wardrobe door wouldn't close, the T sachets were also restricted to just 2, there was an USED coffee mug in the fridge which proves that the room was NOT cleaned well before we checked in, the duvet was soiled and lastly when we ask for a cup, we were told by the reception that there is "NO CUP". AMAZING.

It's a five star hotel sea facing in Juhu staff is very polite and well mannered. Room service is also very good they always keep your room very clean and fresh you can enjoy sea from terrace or sometimes from your window. It has very refreshing atmosphere.

The hall itself is quiet spacious and ambiance is also awesome there is a dining room and a balcony from where get the clear sea view.

Great location. Good pastry shop with good regular tea. You can have business meeting in the lobby area - not so big but reasonable space

The beach is absolutely lovely. In mumbai, you can rarely see a beach that is so quiet, clean and has a little bit of similarity to Goan beaches. Children play here, families relax, there was a group playing football. I am glad I discovered this beach. It is quite not famous and is still untouched.

Novotel next to beach, room are very neat & clean, staff also very polite & helping, view from room of sea facing is also very relaxing with different restaurants for food lovers in lobby, swimming pool also neat & clean with kids pool area too over all good to stay with hotel.

The staff and service is good what makes me give it a 4 star is the poor maintainance of their washrooms

I was not there for a stay so I don't know much about the room service and stuff but the staff at the entrance greeted well and the other staff was also very cooperative. I loved my small visit there.

Not a Couple friendly hotel, Visiting guests not allowed in room after 10pm if not registered in original booking.absurd rule.also the hotel is in total rundown condition.not recommended as a 5 star.okay as 3 star for the sea view rooms.nothing else.
