OYO 11561 Imperial Bungalow

Everything was good the fixture and amenities could be improved.
Towels soaps TV remote with no battery

Has a great view for room number 8 but there were some major issues with the room they gave us
1. There were too many mosquitoes in our room when handed the room
2. Bedsheet was torn at some places
3. Room was filled with dust
4. The flush was situated behind the cover making it hard to flush
5. Bathroom had no light
6. There was a sign of no smoking in hotel but the hotel was filled with cigarettes smell

Worst experience with oyo and MakeMyTrip and place mangment. I had confirmed my booking twice on phone before going to place with oyo and MakeMyTrip and when i reached there they said there is no booking on your name we dont have room, you must have recived another booking mail from oyo. After 2 hours of jig jig, and calling police. They gave me my rooms. Place good and clean. Towels not so good quality, breakfast not good, make sure you check ac before you confirm your room.

Sir your hotel owes me more than an apology. They kept me waiting for 4 hours and didn't give me any room even I had a booking. And your staff, the worst part was asking for unreasonably higher room rate. Do you really treat your guest like that. Then I think no one should ever come to your hotel. This is my honest feedback, do give a reply. I am honestly waiting to see that.

Pathetic staff and customer service. Its a shame i have to give them one star - would have preferred giving negative rating.

The room was decent and the toilet was clean too here. However, the staff was quite low on sophistication standards that one expects from Oyo. And besides all that he made me review himself then and there itself. So biased review of mine on Oyo.

Don’t ever book this bungalow through oyo or any other app! Even though when you have updated your check-in time in your respective app, they will give the room to other people and when you reach there (who has booked a room already through oyo app) will get a response like”We are not responsible! You can contact oyo”

Rooms are decent. Price at 2800 is little hight. Rs 2000 is ok for it.

If you r taking GRE exam, the exam center is some 200 m from the room

Poor service
The place can not be easily located once you get to the location
The bed n all is not as clean as you would expect

The rooms were SPACIOUS and clean. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people at ₹5901. The place was difficult to locate; one has to go through the entrance of maa nursing home*, but it was in the proximity of Prometric Centre. We were allowed to use the tables and chairs in the premises of the bungalow for our studies. We had early checked in at 8am for extra ₹500 for a room. We were given the key to the room and got surprised by magnanimity of the room. The room had 2 double beds where we easily stayed. The other room left unused which was having 3 beds. As we were having exam so we remained chilled. Reception was generous. This left us with a question, Should we get back our money for that unused room?

Very good service by Surendra & Narayan in a very well maintained facility at this Imperial bungalow of Oyo Rooms.

Definitely worth recommending to your family & friends.

A very great experience, staff is friendly, very humble, quick service. Rooms are very neat and clean. Favorite place to stay at if you're looking near Malad.

The best service n would love to make a visit out here only.

One of the horrible experience. Rooms smelled really bad. Rooms are nothing like I
Pictures. It has got cocroches. They reuse plastic water bottles and if you ask for new bottle they charge rs 25 extra. You can not ask fresh towel before 2 days. Kitchen opens only after 8 in the morning and they prepare only one thing everyday that is "Poha". For lunch and dinner you have to relay on near by restaurants. I would not recommend it to anyone. Only things working are TV, AC and geyser. Please avoid.
