OYO 11917 Hotel Symphony Grand

Room are not small but hotel is very clean and rooms are also clean and bed and linen was changed before checkin.

If there was an option for 0 stars would probably select that. Worst hotel. Staff is rude. Not cooperative. Doesnt allow friends to stay together. Even after paying advance, Asking cash from guests and to settle full day bill during checkin. Bedsheets were not clean. Asked them coffee twice but no response. Worst behaviour. 0 stars.

Your staff really don’t know how to rakh with customers they don’t know to behave verry disrespectful behaviour

The rooms are small. Like literally you can hardly walk. The staff is totally uncourteous and their policies are highly stupid. Dont book this hotel if you are looking for any good experience. There are other hotels in nearby places which have better experience. The area is also not good near this hotel.

Overall experience was good but there was something unusual paranormal activity happened at night it seems the room was haunted I didn't slept whole night and left the hotel early morning

Extra small rooms, staff seems to be frustrated, no kitchen. Keep calling the reception and they dont answer most of the time. Shortage of staff

Totally 3rd class hotel, 3rd class and rude staff, worst service in fact no service, unhygienic, not clean. NOT AT ALL WORTH VISITING. TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. I would rate this hotel -10

Extremely Small rooms, dirty pillows and bedsheets. No shampoo and soap available in hotel. No almirah were provided to keep your clothes. I won't suggest this place to anyone.

Recently visited Mumbai and it was last minute booking. Very reasonable rates and if you book in advance you might get good rates. This is good place if you have work in and around borivali malad. Other attractions includes gorai pagoda,
Esselworld, water kingdom, aksa beach. If you want to travel to south Mumbai then its not an ideal place. Rooms are smaller and it is difficult to adjust 2 people with luggage. If its 1 person then no problem. Another thing to highlight no good eateries on walking distance. I haven't tried their food. But overall good experience.

Weird staff. I was there only for a couple of minutes and was literally scanned from top to bottom by the hotel staff who was sent with me to show me the room
I left the place just then and there.not at all a female friendly place

The manager at the counter was fighting with 2 ladies that they are no longer with oyo hence cannot help them as they don't have booking details from oyo
