OYO 15845 Sanskruti Resort

Booked on goibibo and got a great deal. Decent and spacious rooms, good premises with attached Kamat restaurant.however, I wished they provided hot water in rooms. Also it is located nearly 2 Kms from Sai Temple. If distance is not a concern, then fine place to stay

The room was large, airy and clean. Great place for a family visit.

Only hitch was that on the map it showed 700 odd mtrs from the temple, whereas it is about 1.3km.but this again is walkable in the evening. Too hot to dare walk in the daytime

Pathetic service Service, door locks, food not served with on time, I Ac not working.

The room is quite spacious & well maintained. However, there is no descipline, be it cleaning the rooms on-time or providing the toiletries. There was no tea table or chairs, remote for the TV or AC. It was not a pleasant stay. There was no room service at all, as whenever asked the management says the staff are cleaning or the staff not available, etc. Since, we have gone to the Sri Sai temple, never wanted to spoil our mood, so did not make an issue with the management. The check-in itself was given very late though we have requested for early check-in & late check-out was also promised during the booking, but had to take additional night booking for staying till 5pm. Overall a bad experience with the stay & it's quite far from the temple. Never recommend this place for many reasons as mentioned.

I've been there a couple of times for dinner and the food is just amazing, my favorite place in the area!

First and last my worst experience with OYO rooms. During booking OYO committed to give better support/assist during staying at OYO room but after check in they wouldn't non bother about you.service of staff is pathetic and dinning is completely unhygienic so we avoided it and tried "The Trail Restaurant" in shirdi which was awesome. Called room service for tv issue but no body came to resolved it. Smell in bathroom exhaust fan stopped working, mosquito insect irritates, dirty bed sheet and pillow cover no response from staff. At last, if you are still booking OYO room please be careful for your belongings.i also lost my shirt in this hotel.i gave zero rating and automatically OYO converted it 5 star rating.
