OYO 24261 Ellegance Hill Resort

Food Is good. But the TV in the room was not working and the remote was also missing we told the staff about it but the staff didn't take any action.

I think this place should think about increasing their standards in area of hygiene, maintenance and behaviour of staffs! That's it its a advice for them. And i hope it will be helpful for them.

I visited there during weekends and it was fully packed over there. That's why they were not providing service properly.
But the location in rain has no computation

The resort is all good with rooms, it's cleanliness, service and even food is good and the staff is also very good

The major problem with this place is the location,
if you are not here with your personal vehicle, than it's a 4kms travel oneside from the city Centre point, and no vehicle is available nearby, so here you are left at the mercy of the resort staff, where they arrange it (vehicle) for you but it's not always at your convenience.
Otherwise,
For the location and everything else it's more than 4 star.
So my suggestion is go with your personal vehicle if possible.

2. Every time we need anything, we need to go at reception.
3. Proper cleaning was not there.
4. Though we booked room for two days, we left the room after one day only.

Polite hotel staff, great service, location is pretty interior. But once u reach there its very beautiful.
Rooms (specially washrooms) were very clean.

I stayed in this hotel with my family. It's became a memorable trip. Staff are very helpfull. Food is delicious. Location is like haven.

Very poor service. No room service.when we went there was no working tv (answer was set top box were not there). Toilet were clean with broken taps. Shower was not functioning properly. Room phone was not functioning. Food is ok.

Best place to stay in Lonavala. Little far from main city centre but it's very near to the nature. Beautiful atmosphere and good staff. Food also good. I will visit again.

Very good location for a relaxing vacation. Rooms are in very good conditions and clean. Food is tastey and their service are excellent. They take good care by service specially when travelling with kids. Worth spending time with family and friends.

Today no water in any room

I visited this place a week ago. Atmosphere is happening as well as very peaceful specially at night its very calm. Its hardly 4-5 kms from lonavla station.
Rooms are neat and clean.
They have a playing area and a small swimming pool.
Food is also tasty.
Staff is very co-operative and helping.
Must visit the place.

First the manager that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude, now the room was disgusting it was roached infested whoever is supposed to clean there doesn’t care they step on the roaches and leaves them there it was very dirty I wish I could upload the pictures I took and the videos, I did the booking through OYO and was insured that i would get early check in as i was already there in lonavla. After booking when i called the hotel for early check in he refused to give as i was ready to pay the extra charges. When i reach the property the manager don’t even have curtesy to ask me and wait for some time for rooms to get empty. He was soo rude just shouted as if you want to stay you have to wait till 12pm as per you booking or else talk to oyo help desk. It was so embarrassing that i left the hotel and booked other for my stay.

Location of this resort is away from city so if you have your own vehicle you can visit here with ease. Ample parking place available. Location in good though with greenery around with village vibes.

Facilities include Swimming pool, parking, temple, child play area, some space for roaming and in-house restaurants.

Rooms are good but need some attention on cleaning and hygiene is not upto mark. Some time you have to wait for your food to be deliver to you.

Overall it is value for money properties and must visit

Located remotely from the Lonavla Station and from the highway too but absolute serene, cool and calm, green meadows, near by lake, clouds hovering over the mountain adds charm to the beauty of the location which clearly justifies the name of the resort. Food tastes good but a bit on a higher side of price. Clean swimming pool, a garden for the kids with slide and ride, swings. Good service and cleaning staff, get the work done on a single call.

Over all it was a wonderful experience visiting Lonavla and staying at Ellegance Hill Resort.

Does not full fill commitments. And make fake promises to grab customer.even the bedsheets wore dirty when we arrive. And your food order is also not delivered properly.

Poor Man power, Rahul Gupta was receptionist was very ill mannered, lack of room service never stay in this.

Worst service, shortage of staff and a employee name rahul gupta was very very rude and he charged as 1000rs more for not maintaining cleanliness in room and when we denied he said "ABHI DIKHATA HU TUJE RUKH "

Perfect place for a peaceful stay, hospitality at excellence. The staff is super helpful, hygiene factor is well maintained. Simple, decent and peacefull in all.

Service is worst we went at 2 am at night as we had a booking thru oyo but the person was not able to understand he was not ready to get up and assist us rude person and i dont think so a reception person can be rude plus after 2 hours gave the room

Picsa are nice but actual rooms and service are not upto mark, no proper arrangements for towel, shampoos in bathroom, overall not a good place for business class people.

Worst hotel experience ever not clean bedsheet, weekend prices were tripled, room service had no handwash to give, infact they had cut taxes everytime u order food from them.it was a disaster expression

Transport is an issue here, local transport people looting and the hotel management doesn't care, otherwise a very good place to visit if you have your own transportation

It was a decent hotel, At decent location, difficult to go the hotel at night.if you don't have a private vehicle.room are average.as you see the price point.overall it was a decent hotel.

Please do not stay at this place, it's too far from the tourists point. If going by public transport it's too hectic to reach at the hotel even if going by own it's too far from the main tourists spots. Overall it's not worth to stay.

Hassel free check in. Polite staff and accomidating. We asked for steamwd rice very late in the night and hotel team was kind enough to provide us what we needed. They also allowed us to check out about an hour later then the actual check out time as we had a late night birthday party. Room was clean and smelled nice. AC was a little slow in cooling in our room but the other room was good. May be a temporary issue.

Great experience at eligence Hill Resort, every things is nice.staff is very cooperative and the two guys anil and sandeep is very helpful. Food is very tasty at reasonable price. And rooms and location is also too good.

My stay at this olace was amazing. The rooms were so nice and staff was very friendly. The location of this hotel is nice and I loved the views from there. There is no outside disturbance. It is only 5 kms away from station. One can easily find an auto to this place.
I will suggest if going to lonavala, consider this hotel for best experience.

If you are looking for a serene place to stay amidst nature and quietness. Go for it. Boys there do a good job of maintenance and food is good enough.

This resort is pretty far from the actual Lonavala city. I would recommend this for those who have Self Transportation because you would go through hard time if you want to go to city with Auto each time. Having a Car or a Bike is best and for those people who are old and doesn't want to enjoy the city can come here and have some relaxing time otherwise for those who like to have fun and chill around in the city, it is not the best location to stay for you.

In my stay I had car and trust me it has the good view around. I would prefer this as a mistake but won't repeat it.

Hello everyone, I visited this place last week with my friends. The place is located at an isolated place in Lonavala. It is just 5 kms away from the Lonavala railway station. Our stay here was very nice. Rooms were clean and staff were good. The restaurant here also had varieties in both veg and non veg. The food was also good. It is one if the very good places to stay in lonavala at a very less price.

Location of resort is good but far from main city. Room ceiling, walls, pillows, bedsheets were full of fungus, breakfast was included with the room, it was cold and pathetic, restaurant was unclean and stinking, most of the time dogs were sleeping on the tables, Rates were exorbitant compared to the services, we ordered egg omletes in breakfast it was costing Rs. 125 per single omlet. If option is available, it can be better avoided

Staff behaviour is very very worst.
Cafeteria area is very dirty, even dogs were roaming around us.
Water in swimming pool is dirty.
The room service is very low grade.
In short, the staff is not good as needed in this service sector.
This is the worst ever experience in my life.

Nature View is really good, but little offroad, 5km from market, not provided basic toiletries have asked several times, food is quite good.

Location is awesome, the staff is awesome too, but the room smelled as if a wet stray dog was living there, after emptying a bottle of air freshner the room still had that bad smell, the most i hated was stray dogs (may be it’s their pet) in dinning room they roam everywhere i dont hate dogs but I didn’t pay for hotel with dogs, food is good not bad though

No Power Back Up. Bathroom plumbing chocking. No separate Kitchen for Vegetarian. Good Thing was Staff behavior was good.

Food little costly, follow up required for servicing, location so far from local bazar so personal vehicle required if u want to go outside by morning, breakfast menu include only 2 items which are ok ok.

Cons - It is bit inside village area of Lonavala.road at night is with out street light.and difficult to locate from main road.as no sign board is there on the road.book only if you have own conveyance and if you are traveling in groups. Also Food is costly than the standard of hotel, and you will find street dogs in the dining area. Connecting road from hotel to main road will be water logged during heavy rain.

Pros - rooms are ok types for budget category.price should be with in Rs 1000.

Great experience staying at this place, view is perfect from 3rd floor. Staff is courteous and well mannered. Pool was clean and well maintained.

Hotel location is nice (far from city mess), amenities (small swimming pool, parking, lawn, ample space) are good.

What is bad is if you book an OYO room and go here they will say rooms are full and deny check in.

While if you go directly (without oyo) they will charge higher and give you rooms.

Same thing happened with me on 19th July, later spent 1hour on oyo customer care to get it resolved. Oyo customer care is good, they insisted and asked hotel staff to provide a room.

One more thing, there are 2 hotel staff taking care of guests in 28 rooms. There's a scalability issue when it comes to weekends, only 2 staff may not be sufficient. Staff is good.

The hotel is good for people seeking a holiday away from the city. It stands in quite desolate location and thats the best part of it. Sorrounded with lush green forest all around, it became a perfect spot for me.

However, two things can be improved over here:
1. A bike shed is required. Its a must.
2. Laundry service should be provided during monsoons.

The hotel staff was really helpfull specially Anshu.
