OYO 5661 Hotel AK Palace

Pathetic experience. The rooms were extremely dirty. Bathroom furnishings were all broken. It was leaking like anything. Never recommend it to anyone.

It is purely a scam. The hotel owner denies any booking made from oyo and asks you to directly book rooms at the hotel at twice the price. I came to know about this when i visited the hotel to check-in. Additionally, oyo app shows that I checked-in and out on particular dates with the payment also been made whereas I did not even stay at this hotel neither did i pay anything after knowing the fact (i stayed in some other hotel)

After booking and online payment by OYO app, these people denied check -in and demanded extra amount

It's a big scam. They change their name every so often to try and reset the bad reviews. Don't be fooled. The source ya still sour

So the booking experience was good but I thought ill pay directly at the location when I reached there he was very harsh and he wanted me to pay as per the hotel charges not what I booked by OYO price

One of the pathetic experience seriously. Don't even think of to go there because they will denied your checking and will ask you for extra money for check in. Oyo should take action against these kind of fraud hotels.

Receptionist don't know how to treat with their client he seems and behave like illiterate no manner to talk speaks rudely no matter room was quite good and big with good hygienic and services

Very worst place hotel online pic is different and real is very bad I'm book this hotel form oyo with offer but receptionist also demand extra money for booking and also water bottle 30 rs and room is very bad unclean and unhygienic don't go plzz in this place

The hotel is good, but service is bad. Even we have the check in time in 12 pm but we wait for more than 45 min. They even not change the bedsheets.

Best experience ever had only if you're looking for a room to sleep with cockroaches and bed bugs and not only that u also get nice rude behaviour from the staff, dirty towel and smelly room is complimentary

The hotel is in a very bad condition, we had booked 3 rooms and the service was not so great. The AC were not working most of the time, plus the washroom is way smaller and the walls are not plastered properly, due to which, I had to give it a bad rating. Don't look at the hotel from outside, it looks good but inside it wasn't.
Also the beds are small for a 6feet person.
I did not take the pictures of the entire room, because there was no use also my friend got a broken cupboard too.

Smelly rooms, cracked walls, broken taps and what else! This was the worst oyo ever. They charged us 1.4k bucks for a room which is not even worth 400rs! Never ever book this hotel.

Oyo hotel is ok not wow type because of hotel working with oyo are not up to the mark in each and every facility.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I made a booking through Goibibo app on 8jul I called the hotel and asked them whether I can get an early check-in. But the hoteleir rejected my request and they asked me to book one morw day. Hence I have booked on 7th July and i infrmed them i will be coming late by 0000Hrs on 8th. They have accpted and i reched the hotel at 12am and I informed them that I have another booking on tomorrow do i need to change the room or need to check in again. Then the person said no need to change room you will get the same tomorrow also. I had a meeting in the morning and I left hotel at 0700 hrs and before leaving the hotel I asked them once again that whether i need to check-in again. They said no need you can continue on the same room. Returned at 1230Hrs then the person at front desk was saying you are not supposed to go to your room. Goibibo had paid a very small amount to them so they cant allow me to check-in. I asked why it was not conveyed to me in the morning then they said they thought go ibibo will give more money but still they have not given. They didnt allowed me to go to my room. The staffs attitude was like i was staying there for free. They asked me to call goibibo so i have called them. They made me wait till 1330. And they asked me to shift to another hotel which is almost 500m away from the hotel. During the rainy day 500m with my luggage was really a nightmare. The staffs at the hotel ak palace were so rude and arrogant. They were simply sitting there like nothing has happend. I paid money and i kept my luggage in the room but i am not able to take my documents or anything from the room. If anybody want to book this hotel please dont do that because when u book through some app you may not know how much amount thia agencies will give to the hotelier and if it is less you will also has to face these sort of issues. The rooms are so small and the toilet is also very very small. AC was not working but I managed it with fan and as i reached there at midnight i adjusted with that.

It is not a 3 STAT HOTEL. Towels were not provided. The washroom was very dirty. A/C was not working at all. No telephone service available to call staff or order something. Everything is provided only after asking. Breakfast was a normal bread without toasting.like non toasted bread also the coffee was not properly mixed was just given coffee mixed and sugar left at the bottom. ONCE AGAIN, IT IS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL.

West ever hotel it's bad experience in my life staff also not giving proper service even place also not properly clean hygienic i suggest this hotel is like boys hostel not for family

A very local stay near Asalpha Metro station. Rooms are very small. Okay if you wish to live alone for an emergency stay in Mumbai.

Hotel is in a prime location. Airport railway station everthing is nearby. You get average service. Rooms are in good condition. AC fan TV everthing works perfectly. Many eateries nearby. A budget friendly hotel with average services.

I won't forget the hospitality of this hotel. I and my sister alongwith a friend have booked this hotel at midnight. They arranged a room for us in another hotel since the room we booked is short circuit at the same rate. Thank you for your generosity!
