1. Room is very stinky and dirty.

2. Ac remote is not available.

3. Tv is not available.

4. Some switch boards are not working.

5. Shower not working.

6. No dustbin provided even though we asked for it.

7. No complimentary water bottle.

8. No supplies (soap, shampoo, hand wash etc.)

Worst experience for this price (1638).

Third class room and staff.all fraud
Room shown in photos and actual photos is different.guys humble request to everyone stay away from this big scam by OYO.what i have gone through i have experienced it.

The service was very poor, they did not have a TV and there were scratches roaming around in the bedroom. There was no water, we did not see this poor service.

Paid in advance only to arrive and be told that their name had changed so they wouldn't accept my payment. Reported as fraudulent to my bank. It's a big scam. They change their name every so often to try and reset the bad reviews. Don't be fooled. The source is still sour in the end

6. The phone was not working to reach out reception.
7. Holes on the bed sheet from Cigarette.
8. Bed was so dirty.
9. Bathroom was dirty and broken.
10. And the most important thing is, while checking out they asked me to open the application through which i booked the room to take some confirmation from app however, while having my phone with them they gave themselves 5 star rating without my awareness.

Not clean rooms, bad service, bad quality food, not professional behavior of staff, location is very bad location. I have file a complain to oyo about its fake rating on oyo

Does this place even come in Ghatkopar? Which it mentions in the address when unknown guests book it. It is a little ahead of Asalpha metro station and u have to really have keen eyesight to spot it. The rooms are small and dingy and there were too many small small cockroaches in the room.the lady behind the counter was nice and smiling but the rooms and room service could definitely improve. At least get the cockroaches away. Definitely worth a miss next time you come to the city.

The room was extremely dirty, there were cockroaches scurrying around. The faucets were leaking in the washroom, and the flush barely worked. It was an absolute nightmare spending the night there. But we checked in quite late in the night and had to catch an early morning flight, so it was simply too much of a bother to complain or try to get the room changed. But do not recommend the place at all.

The hotel is on the main road so there's no issue of it being in a secluded area. The reception and staffs are extremely nice and polite. The rooms are ultra small but I did take the Saver Double option so there's that. The only con would be that the bathrooms were smelly for no reason. Other than that, it's just another good run of the mill hotel.

Locality not good you need to ask someone to get the exact location of hotel. Room were desent don't expect much with the low cost. They also told not to do payment through oyo because they are facing some payment issue with them, At a time of check out receptionist ask to rate the hotel in front of her which was not good thing. My overall rating for this hotel is 2

Worst exprience, the room was full of cockroaches, very dirty room, staffs are not good, receptionist is very annoying

There was no bucket in washroom, room was ugly, even reception was no good, it was the worst hotel of my life. Also the mattress was stinky. Pillow cover are not washed.

Overpriced for the room size. Smelly and stained bed sheets. Stinky toilets. Funny smell inside the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food was good.
