OYO 845 Hotel Kailash Park

Rooms are ok but location is very bad. It is in a very narrow Gali. And it is not secured also. Not good for families.

Worst hotel when uh ask for early checkin through oyo the company says 200 extra but after you reach hotel they charge more than 500 i was in rush so i had to pay but guys beware of these hotels they are in worst condition and worst service too its better some new company should come in this field because oyo is a fraud cheater and lier no proper response on oyo too

Location is wrong however hotel is just okay. Nothing to expect than just a room to sleep.

We, group of 13 ppl booked through agoda as well as oyo, upon reaching the hotel there was no booking done. They said that they are not linked with oyo Or any other online website anymore. Hence we lost all our money done through online booking which was around 16k.
Hence we had to book same rooms on the spot which costed us another 20k around plus the inconvenience.
We got our refund through agoda but after so much hassle.
Don't book through any online site.
Apart from that the rooms are okaish and the washrooms are good.
Ps oyo is a scam

Rooms are normal size. Not so small though but need some repairs here n there. Service is good.

I dont know why Oyo puts fake room pics instead of making the room clean and hygienic. Stop asking extra money at the time of arrival bc

It's in slum area. Generally used by unmarried couples on per hour basis. They don't give rooms people who book by online. I had to cancel my online booking when property manager refused to provide me. Same happened many others who booked through online. It was late night so this property Manger asked for exuberant rates I didn't left with any other option, rooms were pathetic, bedsheets were not changed from many days, AC was leaking, toilet was too small and sticking. Staff was very very rude. No respect for the quest. They mainly caters to per hour basis customers who comes with a female or male and leaves after 1 hour usage. Never ever go to this hotel. Better to opt for pod stay.

It was not clean as seen on pictures, toilet flush not working, hot water from geyser comes out very slow. Dirty walls and Bad smell and room boy covers up with heavy room refresher spray.
Locality is Bad, street garbage dumping and corporation disposal cleaning takes place in Front of hotel gate.

Very very bad service, the receptionist very rude don’t know how to behave customer rooms are not clean A/C not working properly it terrible to stay in this hotel, there’s no complementary they are changing for water also

Firstly they are dening for the booking if you have already paid on booking site.room are not clean bathroom are not clear, we asked them to clean than to the condition of the room is same.staff are too rude if you ask the manger to talk with them the manger is always sleeping as they say given another room with the same condition after half hr my worst experience with this property even I m having breakfast included they to give.if you want you have to pay extra. Iwill not suggest this hotel at all to anyone

Persons not friendly, no response from staff if any help required, room as shown in photo were not at all in reality, they were dirty, unclean, and even bedsheets and towel were not cleaned in new booked room. Dont recommend for stay. Location was also very bad in reach

The location of hotel is so bad and no hygiene. No Maintainence. People roaming here there in undergarments. Nt to choose wisely. Spcly for couple

No review to reveal but here is my experience 2 star hotel, bathroom found with leakage shower, small room I am still doubting about hidden cameras, tv wasn't working properly due misconducting activity, I woke up early n left the hotel due to this afraid warning if I will find any such case I will sue this hotel completely.hope this review will help to stay aware N secure towards hotel stuffs

Oyo took full payment as advance but hotel said no room at the time of checking in at 1150 at Night.

Hotel staff didn't allowed me to do online payment.bz online payment was 150 rupees less (after discount). He said we will not allow you if you do online payment.booked for 2 people.only 1 towel were provided.bathroom Oyo kit was not provided.it was a local soap which was cut into more then 4-5 piece.room was not good.smell was coming.wall paints were pelling off.not a good place for couple.location is not good.

Best place spacious rooms good service low price and situated on walkable distance from saki naka metro station

•Location of the hotel is hard to find. The path to enter the hotel is narrow, one with a four wheeler might experience a hard time to get in there.

•Hotel from our side doesn't look posh, but from inside it is well maintained and clean.

•Rooms are not big not too small. All the amenities were clean, well maintained and in working condition.

•Staff is good, helpful and polite.

•One might feel their menu expensive while ordering food. But alternatively you could always find good restaurants just outside the hotel as the locality is well crowded and has many food stalls and restaurants nearby. Food junkies often visit this area for their food cravings.

Locality is not good apart from that each and every thing is worth for what you are paying.
